Abstract

Research aims to analyze maintenance and repair management of Simple Rental Apartment building based on Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.24 / PRT / M / 2008 on guidance of procedure and method of maintenance and repair of building. The rise of vertical government-built residential development is not matched by adequate maintenance management. This research was conducted by analyzing maintenance management to managers, technicians and cleaning service by using interview guides and checklist of conformity table based on Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.24 / PRT / M / 2008.Results of this study states that not maximal maintenance management undertaken Simple Rental Apartment managers. The result of research also found that the suitability level of the method from the observation result the researcher only got percentage of 32% based on Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.24 / PRT / M / 2008.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Superplasticizer Sikament LN as a added of cement in compressive strength test in an effort to determine the maximum compressive strength of the concrete. This research was partially adding cement with Superplasticizer with a variety of percentages 0%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%, and 2% of the total weight of cement. Concrete design f’c 35 MPa, W/C 0.4, 12±2 cm slump, amount of sample was 30 (3 samples for each variation for concrete life of 7 and 28 days). The results showed that 0,5% variation of Superplasticizer reached the average concrete compressive strength is 43,5 MPa; 1% variation of Superplasticizer is 42,56 MPa; 1,5% variation of Superplasticizer is 40,86 MPa and 2% variation of Superplasticizer is 40,2 MPa. The maximum concrete compressive strength contained 0,5% variation of Superplasticizer.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze soft second story bulding behavior due to the earthquake load by applying column height variation. The building case has a vertical irregularity soft story on the second level so the behavior during the earthquake was analyzed by heighten the columns at the second level of the building. The behavior of building structure results the response such as internal forces in columns and beams, base shear, fundamental period, displacement and story drift. The seismic analysis is using dynamic analysis response spectrum based on SNI 1726:2012 and carried out using software ETABS version 9.7.4. The results of this research indicates that the increase of column height in soft second story building reduces the building stiffness. So it decreases the building forces, extending the fundamental period, decreasing the base shear, increasing the displacement and the story drift. It can be concluded that the soft second story building reduces the building resistance of earthquake load by produces the behavior approaches the collapse.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Fast Track pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana yang berlokasi di Jalan Pramuka Raya, Jakarta Timur.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Gedung BNPB pada bulan September 2013 hingga Mei 2014 dengan metode survey dan wawancara. Setelah survey dan wawancara dilakukan di lokasi penelitian, data-data yang diperoleh dijadikan instrumen dalam pembuatan kuisioner yang selanjutnya diberikan kepada lima orang responden yang dianggap ahli pada bidang konstruksi.Hasil penelitian ini untuk waktu pengerjaan proyek didapat persingkatan waktu selama 21 hari dari waktu yang direncanakan, dengan penambahan biaya yang ditinjau dari segi upah pekerja sebesar Rp 197.400.000,- atau sebesar 3,4% lebih tinggi dari biaya upah sebelum penelitian ini dilakukan dengan nilai Cost Slope Rp 9.400.000,-

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the water management system at Raden Dewi Sartika Building and provide recommendation in water management in accordance with the existing conditions of the building as an effort of water utilization based on greenship GBCI criteria. Data collecting was conducted by observing the condition of existing water management system in buildings and water. Water demand analysis based on number of building occupants calculated based on the national standard. The analyze of water management on this building using greenship rating tools as the standar. The results of water management research on the building Raden Dewi Sartika get the amount of water requirement of 148,128 liters /day with the amount of waste grey water that can be reprocessed to meet the needs of flushing on the building by 31.8% of the amount of water a day. With greenship, Raden Dewi Sartika Building has fulfilled the benchmarks in the category of recycled water and potable water. But at the potable water category, its processing system was inactive and sub meter water for control water usage was not plugged in. Overall the water management on the building already reach 25% based on the assestment by using greenship

Abstract

This research is done to plan rainwater harvesting so that it can be used as an alternative water source on the campus B UNJ so it is expected to reduce groundwater use that can cause a puddle. The method used in the PAH development plan is a water balance method. This method compares the level of demand with water volume that can be accommodated or the availability of water (supply). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the potential for rainwater in the FIO office building A was 1773.95 m3 , FMIPA building B was 1904.62 m3 , the FIO lecture building C was 1613.21 m3 and the Ulul Albab mosque was 512.16 m3 . Potential rainwater obtained cistern PAH capacity of 200 m3 by saving water needs by 30% in building A FIO, building B FMIPA, and building C FIO. The capacity of the PAH cistern is 80 m3 by saving the water needs of the Ulul Albab mosque by 13.3%. Placement of the PAH cistern under the ground with a ground water system. Ecodrainage application by utilizing the PAH system can reduce drainage load by 0.158 m3 /second or 13.9% from rainwater runoff.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 on podomoro golf project development project cimanggis with PT. Wijaya Karya Building Building as a contractor. This study is descriptive using clauses in ISO 9001: 2015 as a way of knowing the implementation of quality management system from owner, construction management consultant, and contractor, with questionnaire form about application of field. Questions are made in clauses 4 to clause 10 in ISO 9001: 2015.The results in this study indicate that the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 from the owner is "Rarely" applied with the percentage of assessment between 50% to 74.99%. The construction management consultant is "Always" applied to the assessment percentage of 75% to 100%. From the contractor's side is "Always" applied with the percentage of valuation between 75% to 100%. From these results obtained factors - factors that become constraints on the implementation of quality management system based on clauses in ISO 9001: 2015, the method or procedure, human resources (HR), and implementation or operational work.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pengelolaan RPTRA keberadaan ruang terbuka hijau serta sarana dan prasarana kegiatan masyarakat. RPTRA memberikan manfaat bagi seseorang yang umumnya menyetujui SK Gubernur no. 196 2015. Penelitian dilakukan di tempat RPTRA Marunda Jakarta Utara, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan wawancara dilakukan melalui para ahli. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 s.d 17 Juni 2017 dan wawancara dilakukan selama empat hari yaitu pada tanggal 21 s.d 24 juli 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis pengelolaan Ruang Publik Terpadu Anak Ramah (RPTRA) sesuai Peraturan Gubernur No. 196 2015. Sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kepala metodologi penelitian dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan terhadap RTH, rata-rata 75% baik dalam pengelolaan RTH, dan 85% peran masyarakat yang terlibat dalam membantu pengelolaan RTH, menjaga dan merawat tanaman. 80% baik terhadap pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh pengelolaan rptra terkait sarana dan prasarana, dan 95% peran partisipasi masyarakat membantu dalam pengelolaan prasarana dan sarana yang ada di RPTRA.

Abstract

This study intended to analyze the drainage capacity of Sunter with the help of HEC-RAS program software for the flood simulation. The flood discharge plan using the Nakayasu Synthesized Hydrograph (HSS Nakayasu) method with a 5-year repeat period shows the value of 144.49 m3/s, 10-year period of 169.20 m3/s, 20-year period of 191.48 m3/s, while the 25 year period result is 203.69 m3 /s, and a 50 year period result is 231.40 m3 /s. After knowing the flood discharge plan, the simulation next was done using HEC-RAS simulation with 28 section of STR 82-109 and the result of runoff with five years return period will be achieved. The result of the analysis is done using 28 parts of the river cross section using existing data, meanwhile the whole section can not accommodate the flood discharge plan with a runoff height of 0,74-3.19 m based on the period of 5 years. The difference is 1.23-2.55 m by using the cut and fill method, so that the cross-sectional capacity can resist the waterflow until the 50 years of continuous period.

Abstract

The rise of the traffic volume which causes road damage due to heavy load and humidity, there must be an improvement to the quality of the road. This research uses Mount Merapi Volcanic Ash waste as a filler in The WearLayerMixture. The aim of this research is to examine if there is a difference between asphalt concrete that uses Mount Merapi Volcanic Ash as its filler and asphalt concrete that uses cement as its filler in terms of Marshall parameter. This research uses experimental method that examines Marshall parameter on five variations of asphalt level, which are 4%, 5%, 6%, 7% and 8% with 6 (six) samples of specimen on each variation. Marshall method resulting the maximum asphalt level at 6% percentage with it’s stability value which is 964,091 kilograms, flow value 3,1milimeters,Marshall Quotient (MQ) value 312,331 km/mm, Void in Mineral Aggregates (VMA) value 17,976%, Void Filled with Bitumen (VFB) value 69,939%,and Void In the Mix (VIM) value 4,947%. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the Mount Merapi Volcanic Ash can be used as a filler in The Wear Layer Mixture for heavy traffic class with 6% of asphalt level.
