Abstract

Abstract— The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia for almost two years and policies to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in a decline in the regional economy, as happened in Madiun City. MSMEs, which are expected to be a solution during a crisis, are also affected by the PSBB and PPKM policies. When the Covid case declined, the local government of Madiun City developed MSMEs so that the economy of Madiun City recovered. This study aims to find out (1) How were local government policies for SMEs before the covid pandemic; (2) What is the impact of MSME local government policies in the post-Covid Pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The steps are carried out with the triangulation technique. The results of the research (1) The Madiun City Government makes regulations to support MSMEs and provides training to MSME actors (2) The development of 27 MSME stalls is focused on growing a local-based economy in each kelurahan. Abstract

The hospital is a very vital building that functions as a public service both under normal conditions and during a disaster. In (SNI 1726-2012) for buildings with IV risk, it is recommended to use a base isolation system. The use of the base isolation system is able to minimize the earthquake forces received by the building structure. This journal will review the elastomeric isolation system. The mechanism of action of elastomeric rubber is to use rubber with steel plates inside. The use of rubber is to reduce earthquake vibrations, while steel plates are used to increase the stiffness of the rubber cushions so that the deflection and deformation of the building when resting on the rubber cushions are not large. This study was conducted to examine the effect of using base isolators when compared to buildings without them (fixed base structures). From the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of base isolators increased the natural period of the structure from 0.941 seconds for fix base to 1.456 seconds for LRB so as to reduce story drift in buildings

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution and income of fisherman housewives in the fisheries sub-sector activities. The basic research method uses ethnography in a structured way (surveys and interviews). The research sample of 120 fishermen was determined by simple random sampling. The research locations were determined by purposive sampling in six villages including Labuhan Lombok Village, Pringgabaya Village, Tanjung Luar Village, Pijot Village, Jerowaru Village, and Sekaroh Village. The first objective analysis of income is measured using total income minus all the costs incurred by fishermen. While the contribution of fisherman housewives uses the ratio of housewife income to family income. The estimation results show that the contribution of fishing housewives is 36.87 percent to family income of a total family income of Rp. 1,210,000. The average income of fishermen in East Lombok Regency is Rp. 1,880,000. These results show that the percentage of fishermen's income with the contribution of housewives provides greater income than the regional regional minimum wage. Keywords: housewife; contribution; fisherman; income Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan analisis kontribusi dan pendapatan ibu rumahtangga nelayan di kegiatan subsektor perikanan. Metode dasar penelitian menggunakan etnografi secara terstruktur (survey dan wawancara). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 nelayan ditentukan secara simple random sapling acak sederhana. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive sampling di enam desa antara lain Desa Labuhan Lombok, Desa Pringgabaya, Desa Tanjung Luar, Desa Pijot, Desa Jerowaru, dan Desa Sekaroh. Analisis tujuan pertama pendapatan diukur menggunakan total pendapatan dikurangi dengan seluruh korbanan biaya yang dikeluarkan nelayan. Sementara kontribusi ibu rumahtangga nelayan menggunakan rasio pendapatan ibu rumahtangga terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan kontribusi ibu rumahtangga nelayan 36,87 persen terhadap pendapatan keluarga dari total pendapatan keluarga Rp. 1.210.000. Rata-rata pendapatan nelayan Kabupaten Lombok Timur Rp. 1.880.000. Hasil ini menunjukkan persentase pendapatan nelayan dengan sumbangsih ibu rumahtangga memberikan pendapatan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan upah minimum regional wilayah. Abstract

Increasing production costs in Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) aquaculture, especially the price of fish feed which continues to increase, the selling price of production tends to stagnate, which is a problem faced by Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) cultivators. This study aims to determine a) the level of net profit, 2) the level of relative profit (R/C ratio) and c) the feasibility of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) aquaculture business. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) Tilapia fish (oreochromis niloticus) cultivation at POKDAKAN Pade Angen earns an annual profit of Rp. 250,243,000, 2) The results of the calculation of the R/C ratio for tilapia (oreochromis niloticus) cultivation activities at POKDAKAN Pade are considered profitable, 3) The results of calculating the B/C ratio for tilapia fish (oreochromis niloticus) cultivation activities at POKDAKAN Pade Angen are greater of 1, it means that the cultivation of Tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) cultivation activities at POKDAKAN Pade Angen is feasible to continue and develop Abstrak Meningkatnya biaya produksi pada usaha budidaya ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) terutama harga pakan ikan yang terus meningkat harga jual hasil produski cenderung stagnan menjadi permasalahn yang dihadapi oleh pembudidaya ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus).  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui a) tingkat keuntungan bersih, 2) tingkat keuntungan relatif (R/C rasio) dan c) kelayakan usaha budidaya usaha budidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) budiaya budidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus) di POKDAKAN Pade Angen memperoleh keuntungan setiap tahunnya sebesar Rp. 250.243.000, 2) Hasil perhitungan R/C Ratio terhadap kegiatan budidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus) di POKDAKAN Pade termasuk menguntungkan, 3) Hasil perhitungan B/C Ratio terhadap kegiatan budidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus) di POKDAKAN Pade Angen lebih besar dari 1, artinya usaha budidaya kegiatan budidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus) di POKDAKAN Pade Angen layak untuk dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan. Abstract

This study investigated the challenges Sembalun guides face when using English professionally. Qualitative methods, including data reduction techniques, were employed to summarize and identify key themes and patterns. The participants comprised Sembalun guides, and data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that Sembalun guides need to excel in four aspects: vocabulary, accent, fluency, and grammar. While vocabulary and fluency may suffice for foreign visitors, grammar and accent present difficulties. However, Sembalun guides recognize the significance of developing these areas. Communication with visitors from Russia and France, whose accents resemble those of their native languages, presents the biggest challenge for Sembalun guides working in the tourism industry in Sembalun Village. To enhance the potential of Sembalun Village and attract more international tourists, it is essential for tourism stakeholders, especially tour guides, to possess proficient English-speaking skills. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of English language proficiency for Sembalun guides and highlight the need for continuous improvement to overcome communication challenges and enhance the tourism experience for international visitors.   Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemandu wisata Sembalun saat menggunakan bahasa Inggris dalam peran profesional mereka. Metode kualitatif, termasuk teknik reduksi data, digunakan untuk merangkum dan mengidentifikasi tema dan pola kunci. Peserta studi terdiri dari pemandu wisata Sembalun, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pemandu wisata Sembalun perlu menguasai empat aspek: kosa kata, aksen, kelancaran, dan tata bahasa. Meskipun kosa kata dan kelancaran mungkin cukup untuk pengunjung asing, tata bahasa dan aksen menimbulkan kesulitan. Namun demikian, pemandu wisata Sembalun menyadari pentingnya mengembangkan aspek-aspek ini. Secara khusus, tantangan utama yang dihadapi pemandu wisata Sembalun yang bekerja di sektor pariwisata Desa Sembalun adalah berkomunikasi dengan tamu-tamu dari Rusia dan Prancis, karena aksen mereka menyerupai bahasa daerah mereka. Untuk meningkatkan potensi Desa Sembalun dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan internasional, penting bagi pemangku kepentingan pariwisata, terutama pemandu wisata, untuk memiliki keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris yang mahir. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kemampuan berbahasa Inggris bagi pemandu wisata Sembalun dan menyoroti perlunya perbaikan terus-menerus untuk mengatasi tantangan komunikasi dan meningkatkan pengalaman pariwisata bagi pengunjung internasional. Abstract

IBox is a well-known premium Apple product reseller in Indonesia that sells and offers Apple products and a wide range of complementary accessories, software, and others. However, it turns out that not all iBox customers are satisfied with the facilities and services provided by iBox. Therefore, an analysis is needed to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the facilities and services provided by iBox. One of them is by conducting sentiment analysis on tweets on social media Twitter. The research method used consists of data preparation, data retrieval from Twitter, pre-processing, classification, and performance evaluation.  The classification used is Naive Bayes classification. The results obtained from this study are 69 neutral tweets, 46 negative tweets and 60 positive tweets with the amount of data used as many as 175 tweets. So that in this sentiment analysis, the number of neutral tweets is the largest number of tweets. Furthermore, the classification results using the Naive Bayes method are neutral tweets with a percentage of precision 76%, recall 73%, and F1-score 75%. Then negative tweets have 1% precision, 27% recall, and 43% F1-score. Finally, positive tweets get a percentage of 48% precision, 75% recall, and 59% F1-score. While the percentage of calculation results with macro calculations is 75% accuracy, precision 58%, and recall 59%. Abstrak IBox merupakan reseller produk Apple Premium terkenal di Indonesia yang menjual dan menawarkan produk Apple dan berbagai macam aksesoris pelengkap, software, dan lain-lain. Namun, ternyata tidak semua pelanggan iBox merasa puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh iBox. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu analisis untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap fasilitas dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh iBox. Salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan analisis sentimen pada Tweet di media sosial Twitter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari persiapan data, pengambilan data dari Twitter, pra-proses, klasifikasi, dan evaluasi kinerja. Klasifikasi yang digunakan adalah klasifikasi Naive Bayes. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 69 tweet netral, 46 tweet negatif dan 60 tweet positif dengan jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 175 tweet. Sehingga pada analisis sentimen ini, jumlah tweet netral merupakan jumlah tweet yang paling banyak. Selanjutnya hasil klasifikasi menggunakan metode Naive Bayes adalah tweet netral dengan persentase precision 76%, recall 73%, dan F1-score 75%. Kemudian tweet negatif precision 1%, recall 27%, dan F1-score 43%. Terakhir, tweet positif mendapatkan persentase precision 48%, recall 75%, dan F1-score 59%. Sedangkan persentase hasil perhitungan dengan perhitungan makro adalah accuracy 75%, precision 58% dan recall 59%. Kata kunci: analisis sentimen, twitter; iBox; naive bayes

Abstract

This study aims at finding out how to improve the quality of hotel and restaurant accommodation services at PT. Jelamin Mona which the quality of performance and service has a close relationship with the service satisfaction to consumers, if the quality of service and services provided to consumers is not in accordance with consumer’s expectations it will cause disappointment. But vice versa, if the service and quality of services provided are able to satisfy consumers. The goal is able in gaining the trust of consumers, so that it will invite new consumers through consumer experience who are satisfied with the services. So that hotel and restaurant accommodation at PT. Jelamin Mona will increase. The techniques in doing the data colection is by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observing, and documenting the sources regarding the quality of services and accommodation services for hotels and restaurants. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The researcher use quantitative methods because from their perspective quantitative research uses an ethical approach, meaning that researchers collect data by first establishing concepts as related variables originating from existing theories selected by researchers. Then the variables are searched and the indicators are determined. Only from the predetermined indicators are questionnaires, answer choices and scores made. The results of research to improve the quality of accommodation services for hotels and restaurants are focused on 5 (five) dimensions of quality namely: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible, the five dimensions, PT. Jelamin Mona has done well by all employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan kualitas pelayanan jasa akomodasi perhotelan dan restoran pada PT. Jelamin Mona. Dimana kualitas kinerja dan pelayanan mempunyai keterikatan yang erat akan kepuasan pelayanan kepada konsumen, apabila kualitas pelayanan dan jasa yang diberikan kepada konsumen tidak sesuai dengan harapan konsumen akan menimbulkan rasa kekecewaan. Tetapi sebaliknya apabila pelayanan dan kualitas jasa yang diberikan mampu memuaskan konsumen. Maka tujuan yang diinginkan adalah dapat mendapatkan kepercayaan dari konsumen sehingga akan memancing konsumen baru melalui perantara konsumen yang merasa puas dengan pelayanan dan jasa yang diberikan. Sehingga akomodasi perhotelan dan restoran pada PT. Jelamin Mona akan semakin maju dan berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, melalukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada narasumber tentang kualitas pelayanan dan jasa akomodasi perhotelan dan restoran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menitik beratkan pada metode analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena dari segi perspektifnya penelitian kuantitatif lebih menggunakan pendekatan etik, artinya bahwa peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menetapkan terlebih dahulu konsep sebagai variabel- variabel yang berhubungan yang berasal dari teori yang sudah ada yang dipilih oleh Peneliti. Kemudian variabel tersebut dicari dan ditetapkan indikator- indikatornya. Hanya dari indikator yang telah ditetapkan tersebut dibuat kuesioner, pilihan jawaban dan skornya. Adapun hasil penelitian untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan jasa akomodasi perhotelan dan restoran yang di fokuskan pada 5 (lima) dimensi kualitas. yaitu : Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible, kelima dimensi tersebut,  PT. Jelamin Mona sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh semua karyawan. Kata kunci: Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan; Jasa akomodasi; Perhotelan; Restoran.
