Abstract

The development of more advanced computerized technology and its benefits became more apparent, with the internet making communication easier. The website is one of the prevalent means of promotion used by marketers today. In its development, Tourism Village of Cibuntu also not spared in making use of the Internet particular functions of the website. Www.cibuntu.com website is expected to help both the management and other relevant parties to exchange relevant information Cibuntu Tourism Village. Abstract

ABSTRACT As one of the tourism elements hotel have the most impact toward environmental. To cater consumer needs during their stay, hotel consumed huge amount of energy and natural resources and generate waste both liquid and solid. As a tourism amalgam this need to be solved, or at least there is an effort to reduce it. Green hotel pratice comes as one of solution to hotel impact toward environment that has been widely apply. There is much study about green hotel practice that has been done, especially in well develop countries. This study try to provide result study related to consumer behavior toward green hotel practice as a theoretical enrichment for future study. Most of the result shows that environmental awareness value have impact toward consumer responses toward green hotel practice. Consumer have no issues with simplified service in regards of green practice and they also willing to pay premium because of green practice. These result may be differ if the study held in Indonesia, since there are environmental awareness differences and different consumer behavior characteristics. Despite all of the results that may be differ, the hotel could do another environmental awareness act that have least impact on consumer.Keywords: Environmental Awareness Value, Consumer Behavior, Consumer Intention, Consumer Preferences, Green Hotel Practice.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor utama yang dimiliki Kota Solo. Banyak objek wisata yang ada di Kota Solo memiliki keunikan, seperti wisata sejarah, budaya, dan kuliner. Fasilitas wisatawan merupakan kelengkapan daerah tujuan wisata yang diperlukan untuk melayani kebutuhan wisatawan dalam menikmati perjalanan wisatanya. Pengembangan pariwisata suatu daerah tidak terlepas dari ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di obyek wisata tersebut dan ketersediaan sarana transportasi untuk mencapai obyek wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini mempersentasikan bagaimana pengaruh ketersediaan fasilitas wisatawan terhadap keinginan untuk berkunjung ke Kota Solo. Kondisi ini diperlukan agar kepuasan wisatawan dapat terjaga dan meningkatkan pendapatan daerah setempat. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian sebanyak 113 responden menyatakan bahwa fasilitas wisatawan di Kota Solo belum mampu menjadikan motivasi bagi wisatawan untuk berkunjung.  Kata kunci :fasilitas wisatawan, motivasi wisatawan

Abstract

Hospitality and tourism companies have been growth very fast. Many people from foreign country have an interest to visit Indonesia. Tourism growth in Indonesia reach 9,39% in 2014, exceeding economic growth rate 5,7%. This high number has influenced hospitality sector. In 2014, investment value on hospitality and tourism sector has achieved US$ 130,13 million consisting of foreign investment US$ 117,24 million and domestic investment US$ 12,86 million. In this paper we examine how hospitality and tourism sector in the BEI from the macro economy perspective. Macro variable used in this research are exchange rate, inflation rate, interest rate, and systematic risk. These variables will be related with the stock price of the hospitality and tourism companies listed in BEI. Keywords: exchange rate, inflation rate, interest rate, systematic risk, stock price, hospitality and tourism sector

Abstract

Menjual produk barumemiliki risiko kegagalan yang tinggi. Hanya sebagian kecil dari produk baru yang benar-benar sukses di terima pasar. Masalah yang terjadi adalah, banyak perusahaan tidak tahu bagaimana cara menguji konsep produk yang mereka akan tawarkan, dalam artian, apakah konsep yang akan ditawarkan tersebut dapat di terima pasar atau tidak. Riset ini berusaha menjawab permasalahan tersebut, konsep yang ditawarkan akan di uji ke pasar, metode yang akan dipergunakan adalah product concept testing, di mana sejumlah petanyaan akan diberikan ke pasar sesuai dengan variabel yang berkaitan dengan pengujian sebuah konsep. Pada akhirnya, hasil yang akan didapatkan adalah, apakah konsep produk baru yang ditawarkan dapat di terima pasar, layak untuk di produksi dan di jual ke pasar.Konsep produk baru yang akan diujikan adalah produk pariwisata, yaitu kegiatan mobil off road di wilayah Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia.  Kata kunci: Product Concept testing, Off-road, Produk Pariwisata

Abstract

Nowadays, the sector of tourism is aimed to contribute siginificantly for the national gaincompared to other sectors in Indonesia. One of the most promising things on that sector isevent. Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia becomes the pulse of showing the small eventto the international scale. Jakarta International Handicraft Trade Fair (INACRAFT) is oneof the international scale of event which contains the identity of handicraft in Indonesia.Enjoy Jakarta as the brand of Jakarta has been increasing its branding through the qualifiedplaces in Jakarta in order to make Jakarta as the city of event. This research aims to find theimpact of the place identity, place branding towards to place image. This quantitative methodwhich invloved 45 visitors of INACRAT results that variables impacts the independentvariable partially and simultaneouly. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on data published by the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), it shows that the popularity of Indonesian tourism is increasing and making Indonesian tourism one of the country's main income sectors. One of the tourist destinations that has been increasing lately, which can be seen from the increasing number of tourist visits, is Nusa Penida in Klungkung Regency, Bali. The lack of infrastructure does not seem to reduce the number of tourist visits to Nusa Penida. This is inseparable from the government's efforts in promoting Nusa Penida and also the widespread information about this tourist destination on social media. For this reason, this study seeks to find out the influence of social media electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the decision to choose a tourist destination by taking a case study in Nusa Penida, Indonesia by using the e-Trust variable as a mediating variable. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire. The number of respondents for this study was 50 respondents, of which respondents were tourists who had social media and had visited Nusa Penida. Data analysis in this study used regression analysis which was processed using SPSS by testing it first for validity, reliability and classic assumption tests.Key words: e-WOM, e-Trust, Purchase Decision, Tourist Destination, Nusa Penida, Sosial Media

Abstract

ABSTRACTDue to the important of bar in giving beverage service, a bar is required for having an operational standard procedure in giving the service to the guest so that each guest will get the same service without any distinction.  It is very helpful in making the service being successful so it is expected that the guests will get what they expect and avoid complaint. So in this paper, the author interests to conduct a research about the way of Bartenders in handling the beverages’ orders made by guests in D’Nest Bar and Grill Crown Vista Hotel.Type of data that will be used in this research are Qualitative data, data which is not containing numbers and can’t be counted. The data can be described in a detail and clear form. The data includes an overview of Vista Hotel and interview result which conducted with the bartender and guest. Quantitative data, data in numbers form which can be calculated or processed mathematically and statistically for drawing a conclusion. The taken data comes from the processed questioners about the guests’ opinion toward bartender service in handling beverages’ order. Data collecting technique in this research the author uses probability samples. According to Indriantoro and Supomo (1999:122), each population has the same probability to be taken as a sample. A representative sample is shown by an estimating statistic sample toward population parameter accurately and precisely. By the limitation of time, energy and cost, the author distributes the questioners of 70 respondents by the result of 2% Indriantoro and Supomo (1999:125) the number of the guest of D’Nest Bar and Grill Crown Vista hotel Batam.Data analysis technique this research is based on descriptive analysis, such as by describing, explaining the problem completely, and the obtained questioners which relates to the research problem during the research is conducted.Keywords: Bartender, ordering, beverage

Abstract

Cultural and environment tourism development in Kampung Naga constructed by the high demand of visitor that came to Kampung Naga. This is a social process that contested stakeholder, such as local community and tour operator. All this stakeholder had their own self interest, stated as the elemensof their social concept. Different value of elements between stakeholder created interest between them. The reseearch used descriptive explorative methodology to find out social transformation between stakeholder. The results of this research are local community of Kampung Naga open theirself on the dynamics of tourism there. Social transformation happened in Kampung Naga, both physical and function transformaion. Tour operator interest to visit more to Kampung Naga.. Nevertheless, culture and environment of Kampung Naga sustain till present time. Keywords: cultural tourism, stakeholder, social construction, tourism destination, social transformation

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara Standar Operasional Prosedur yang berlaku dengan penerapan di lapangan, dalam hal ini di Restoran Burger King Jakarta, Branch Cibubur, Penelitian menitikberatkan pada hygiene teknik pengolahan makanan yang meliputi, alat alat yang digunakan untuk memasak, serta kebersihan alat memasak itu sendiri. Penelitian berlangsung selama peneliti bekerja disana, yaitu pada tanggal 7 Januri hingga 7 Agustus 2017. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Pada dasarnya terdapat kesesuaian antara SOP dengan Penerapan SOP di Restoran, Jikapun terdapat ketidaksesuaian hal tersebut merupakan kesalahan individual yang kemungkinan tidak disengaja, itupun yang bersangkutan akan segera diberikan teguran secara langsung.
