Abstract

The development of tourism is increasingly interesting to study, given that the number of development of alternative tourist destinations and newly formed for domestic and foreign tourists who travel. Bogor Regency has a goal to improve the quality of tourist destinations. This study provides an overview of how an outdoor recreation attraction has an impact on local community satisfaction. The community receives and feels satisfaction as a host so that the hospitality of the community at a tourist destination can also give satisfaction to tourists. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, carried out in cross-sectional way, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Respondents are local people who live around Panorama Alam Pabangbon. Sampling using the Cluster sampling method Data analysis methods are validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, using the help of SPSS 21 software for windows. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collection using a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study indicate that public satisfaction about the tourist attraction of Bukit Panorama Pabangbon is satisfactory with an average value of 143.78 in the range of scores 140 - <170 with a percentage of 50%.

Abstract

Desa Cipasung yang terletak di Kuningan, Jawa Barat, saat ini sedang mempersiapkan diri untuk berkembang menjadi desa wisata. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan terhadap desa tersebut. Program Pendampingan Desa Wisata diyakini dapat menjadi model untuk mencapai peningkatan kualitas produk dan pelayanan Desa Wisata Rintisan Cipasung sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan tambahan ekonomi, pelestarian lingkungan dan penghormatan terhadap sosial budaya masyarakat. Jenis pariwisata yang dapat memenuhi tiga kriteria di atas adalah bentuk desa wisata yang berbasiskan masyarakat. Sebagai hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini maka telah dilakukan beberapa kegiatan seperti penyuluhan dan pelatihan bidang hospitality dan pariwisata kepada anggota masyarakat Desa Cipasung sampai pada kegiatan fisik seperti pembuatan dan pemasangan petunjuk jalan menuju daya tarik wisata Desa Cipasung. Pendampingan implementasi hasil penyuluhan dan pelatihan perlu tetap dilakukan sampai masyarakat bisa mandiri.

Abstract

Desa Cikolelet terletak di Serang, Banten, dan sudah menjadi destinasi desa wisata yang berbasiskan alam perbukitan dan terkenal dengan destinasi wisata Puncak Pilar dan Puncak Cibaja. Posisi Desa Wisata Cikolelet sudah memasuki tahapan berkembang dan bersiap diri untuk naik menuju tahapan maju. Sebagai langkah lanjutan pengembangan desa wisata di desa ini maka diadakan kegiatan lanjutan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan desa wisata ini. Dalam hal ini STP Trisakti bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Banten melakukan kerjasama untuk dapat mengembangkan Desa Cikolelet. STP Trisakti berperan dalam memberikan pendampingan kepada masyarakat di Desa Cikolelet. Metoda pendampingannya adalah mengadakan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang berhubungan dengan pariwisata terhadap anggota masyarakat Desa Cikolelet. Temuan yang paling menarik adalah Desa Wisata Cikolelet yang terletak di Gunung Sari ini mengalami proses intervensi kegiatan pariwisata yang memberikan nuansa dan pengetahuan baru dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Peningkatan kapasitas desa wisata Cikolelet menjadi penting untuk peningkatan dan keberlanjutan program-program wisata yang sudah mulai terlihat melibatkan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Cultural and environment tourism development in Kampung Naga constructed by the high demand of visitor that came to Kampung Naga. This is a social process that contested stakeholder, such as local community and tour operator. All this stakeholder had their own self interest, stated as the elemensof their social concept. Different value of elements between stakeholder created interest between them. The reseearch used descriptive explorative methodology to find out social transformation between stakeholder. The results of this research are local community of Kampung Naga open theirself on the dynamics of tourism there. Social transformation happened in Kampung Naga, both physical and function transformaion. Tour operator interest to visit more to Kampung Naga.. Abstract

The Old City of Jakarta, as a historical tourist destination, requires competent tour guides to increase tourist satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of tour guide knowledge and skills on tourist satisfaction. The method used was quantitative research with a cross-sectional design, involving 150 randomly selected respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability and multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that tour guide knowledge has a positive and significant influence on tourist satisfaction with a p value <0.05. Apart from that, communication skills also make a significant contribution in increasing tourist satisfaction. The discussion shows that tour guides who have a deep understanding of the tourist attraction and good interpersonal skills can create a more satisfying tourism experience. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of increasing the competence of tour guides in order to increase tourist satisfaction. The advice for tour guides is to continue to develop their knowledge and skills, while tourists are expected to interact more actively with guides. Further research is recommended to explore other variables that can influence tourist satisfaction in various locations. Keywords: knowledge, skills, tourist satisfaction, tour guides
