Salah satu poin penting dalam menjalankan fungsi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi oleh dosen adalah melaksanakan penelitian dan mempublikasikan hasil pemikiran serta analisisnya tersebut. Kinerja dosen yang selanjutnya menjadi kinerja jurusan, fakultas dan perguruan tinggi sangat dipengaruhi oleh seberapa luas dan berkualitasnya publikasi para dosen tetapnya. Tuntutan publikasi yang dilakukan komunitas akademik Perguruan Tinggi memberikan dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kesadaran para dosen pentingnya melakukan kajian, penelitian serta menulis karya ilmiah. Perkembangan karya ilmiah di Indonesia relatif makin baik, terutama sejak diberlakukannya regulasi pemerintah, yang mewajibkan mahasiswa S1, S2 hingga S3 untuk menulis artikel di jurnal ilmiah sebagai salah satu prasyarat kelulusan. Dosen tentunya semakin besar tuntutannya untuk aktif menulis di jurnal ilmiah baik di tingkat nasional terakreditasi maupun jurnal internasional bereputasi.

Abstract

Perencanaan dalam suatu pendidikan sudah pasti melibatkanpemimpin yang mampu melihat kondisi atau keadaan yang terjadidisekolah. Serta mampu berpikir visioner untuk menyusun tujuan dalamsuatu program. Sudah pasti dalam perencanaan membutuhkan evaluasiawal, proses dan akhir maka dari itu peneliti tertarik untuk membahastentang perencanaan keuangan di lembaga kursus dan pelatihan yangberada di tanjung balai. Karena mengingat kebutuhan masyarakat sekitardalam pendidikan dan pengembangan di suatu daerah. Penelitian inimenggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menjabarkan hasilyang didapat selama wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Hasil yangdidapat dalam lembaga tersebut adalah pimpinan selalu melibatkanpegawai dalam melaksanakan perencanaan keuangan dimana dilihat darisegi nilai kebutuhan. Kemudian laporan keuangan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan adanya laporan harian, bulanan dan tahunan yangnantinya berguna sebagai administrasi dalam melihat perkembanganyang terjadi dari tahun ketahun.

Abstract

The Quality Control Cluster is also a method used to solve a problem in the process of improving quality or quality on a regular, voluntary and continuous basis in the field of work by applying the principles and techniques of quality control. Quality itself is one of the characteristics of a product or service that is determined by consumers. Efforts to improve the quality and productivity as well as the performance of a work unit going up the business world and the bureaucracy, need to be carried out continuously so that it can function and achieve its objectives optimally. The stages of the problem solving process in the Quality Control Cluster (GKM) include: 1) Collecting work-related problems, 2) Selecting and setting priority problems to be solved, 3) Setting Targets for Problems to be resolved, 4) Arranging problem solving activity plans, 5) Recommending Solutions or Problem Solving Plans to Company Management, 6) Implementing and implementing problem solving measures that have been approved by the Company's Management, 7) Monitoring and Evaluation of the results of the Implementation, 8) Standardizing.

Abstract

This writing uses the kind of writing narrative with keperpustakaan studyand comparative study existing research results. The subject of thisdiscussion is kepalah school. Based on the study results, it can beconcluded that Management Implementation of Students at MTs NurulIkhsan Medanhas been implemented by applying the eight steps inmanagement activities of learners is the analysis of the needs of learners,recruitment of students, selection of students, grouping learners, oriantasi,coaching and development of learners, recording and reporting, as well asgraduation and alumni. but there are some parts of the indicators in theimplementation of management students who are still not optimalimplementation. As in the selection of indicators learners whereMTsNurul Ikhsan do not carry out the selection of students who will goon the MTs but only selection for the class division is attributable to thelack of interest of students to enroll in MTsRaudhatul Ulum.

Abstract

The implementation of quality management in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 30 Binjai is done by collaborating with all teachers and the school community, but teachers have an important role in fostering the morals of students through the learning process. Before teaching teachers make plans in the form of lesson plans, and in the implementation of learning the teacher becomes an example for students, the teacher always instills a disciplined attitude in learning, teaches respect for others and instills a sense of responsibility to study hard. In addition, the teacher conducts an evaluation by observing and asking questions to find out the quality management application at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 30 Binjai. The results of the implementation process of Islamic Religious Education learning in fostering the morals of students in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 30 Binjai were not achieved optimally. The teacher has made a plan but in the implementation of learning does not match expectations as obstacles. Some students have good character, but there are still students who lack discipline because of the influence of family and environment.

Abstract

The study aims to find out how Islamic educational values are contained in the film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero. This type of research is a library of research with a semiotic approach. The semiotic approach is used to describe the content expressed or implied in the film. The method of data collection that researchers use is a method of documentation through the search of movie documents, newspapers, magazines, and books. Researchers use content analysis as a data analysis technique. The results of the study show the values of Islamic education contained in the film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero includes three things, the aqidah, worship and akhlaq. Starting from the value of aqidah that Bilal show through faith in Allah SWT and faith to Rasulullah SAW. The value of worship with charity and become Mu'adzin of Islam. Abstract

Important figures about the quality of education are Edward Deming, Joseph Juran, and Crosby because they concentrate on quality in the production industry, even though their ideas can also be applied in the service industry, indeed none of them considers quality issues in education. From these three figures, it can be seen that quality is a customer's need for complete customer satisfaction with an item needed or quality is a measure related to customer satisfaction with a product. From the view of these three figures, quality can be interpreted as an extraordinary degree of satisfaction received by the customer according to his needs and desires. In managing the quality of education, the framing of a leader must pay attention to several important components and must evaluate the extent of success that has been done relating to the planning of the Juran Trilogy about quality (Quality Planning), quality control (Quality Control), and repairs and improvements quality (Quality Improvement).

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the messages of preaching in Film Syurga Cinta, so the main problem, namely: 1) How the messages preaching in the film Heavenly Love in terms of semiotics (Roland Barthes) ?, 2) How is the influence of the da'wah messages in the Love Heaven Film on an audience?This type of research is classified as mass communication with film concentration The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The sources of this research are video files, reference searches via online, journals, books, and thesis. Then, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out with several stages, namely: video analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the formulation of the first problem is many contained da'wah messages in its name from the aspects of aqidah, sharia, and morals. But of the three aspects, the most dominant was found by the researcher is the moral aspect. Both in terms of morals to Allah SWT, morals to family and community. Then the second is from the aspect of aqidah, where is the scene what many researchers found includes the pillars of faith and the third Islamic aspects.

Abstract

Hasil penelitianmengungkapkan bahwa: Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana di SMK N 2Binjai merupakan tahapan awal dalam pengelolaan sarana danprasarana di sekolah tersebut, di dalam perencanaan itu adakeseluruhan proses perkiraan secara matang rancangan kebutuhanfasilitas yang diperlukan oleh peserta didik, guru-guru dan seluruh stafyang ada di SMK N 2 Binjai, termasuk rancangan pembelian, pengadaanrehabilitasi, distribusi serta pengadaan perlengkapan sekolah tersebut.Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMK N 2 Binjaidilakukan melalui tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) Menampung semuausulan pengadaan perlengkapan sekolah yang diajukan oleh setiapjurusan di SMK N 2 Binjai. (2) Menyusun rencana kebutuhanperlengkapan sekolah untuk periode tertentu. (3) Melakukan analisisdan penentuan skala prioritas kebutuhan, (4) Memadukan rencanakebutuhan dengan dana atau anggaran sekolah yang tersedia. (5)Penetapan rencana pengadaan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Organizing Resources in Improving Education Quality at SD Bani Adam AS is carried out with a detailed process of all work that must be carried out by each individual in achieving organizational goals, the division of workload into activities that can be carried out by each individual and the development of work mechanisms so that there is coordination of the work of the members of the organization into an integrated and harmonious union. The implementation of the Education Quality Improvement Plan in Bani Adam AS Elementary School has not yet fully followed the stages of the implementation of general guidelines for implementation, because the concepts and objectives of the policy have not been fully understood by the policy actors as a result of the implementation of policy socialization which is somewhat less than optimal. Apart from that, it is also caused by the lack of empowerment of school principals, teachers or educators, school committees and not giving full authority and freedom to the principal as the main policy actors and also the teachers who implement the policies, as well as the lack of courage and good reactivity carried out by the school principal or teacher or educator at SD Bani Adam AS.

Abstract

Sebuah proses perencanaan pendidikan sejatinya harus dilakukan secaraberkala dan berkesinambungan saat dibutuhkan kajian awal terkaitsebuah kegiatan yang akan dikerjakan.Ini artinya bahwa untukmenentukan prioritas,kebutuhan serta biaya kegiatan harus melibatkanpara pengambil keputusan seperti kepala sekolah,wakil kepala sekolahdan beberapa fungsionaris yang dibutuhkan pandangannya.Kesinambungan sebuah proses perencanaan pada akhirnya akan menjadisebuah siklus yang mengagendakan pertemuan guna membahaspersiapan sebuah kegiatan.Siklus perencanaan akan terus berulang padawaktu-waktu tertentu,sehingga tetap menjaga keefektifan persiapankegiatan yang dirancang oleh para penentu kebijakan.
