Salah satu poin penting dalam menjalankan fungsi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi oleh dosen adalah melaksanakan penelitian dan mempublikasikan hasil pemikiran serta analisisnya tersebut. Kinerja dosen yang selanjutnya menjadi kinerja jurusan, fakultas dan perguruan tinggi sangat dipengaruhi oleh seberapa luas dan berkualitasnya publikasi para dosen tetapnya. Tuntutan publikasi yang dilakukan komunitas akademik Perguruan Tinggi memberikan dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kesadaran para dosen pentingnya melakukan kajian, penelitian serta menulis karya ilmiah. Perkembangan karya ilmiah di Indonesia relatif makin baik, terutama sejak diberlakukannya regulasi pemerintah, yang mewajibkan mahasiswa S1, S2 hingga S3 untuk menulis artikel di jurnal ilmiah sebagai salah satu prasyarat kelulusan. Dosen tentunya semakin besar tuntutannya untuk aktif menulis di jurnal ilmiah baik di tingkat nasional terakreditasi maupun jurnal internasional bereputasi.

Abstract

The education quality policy refers to the eight SNPs, namely: Content Standards, Process Standards, Graduates Competency Standards, Educators and Education Personnel Standards, Management Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Financing Standards, Assessment Standards. Each of the eight National Education Standards has its own policy. To measure the implementation of national quality standards that cover 8 (eight) national education standards, measurement of the achievement of reference standards and evaluation of education quality is carried out on educational units / programs through: 1). Abstract

The new RPP model to meet the demands of Minister of National Education Regulation number 22 in 2016, hereinafter referred to as Innovative RPP, is new for educators. Educators are required to implement learning that changes the educational paradigm, namely from the teaching paradigm to the learning paradigm. An obstacle for educators, because they have to leave learning strategies that are centered on educators (teacher center oriented) to student centered learning strategies (student center oriented). The benefits of this research, especially for educators who are the subject of research, are the increased commitment and ability of educators. So that it can make Innovative RPP to meet the demands of Minister of National Education Regulation number 22 in 2016 and facilitate educators in facing certification. The benefit in enriching the patterns of educating educators is the Pattern of Practical Work that is effective and efficient. This research method is Action Research with Stephen Kemmis model. Job Training Strategies with Feedback Techniques, designed in 3 (three) cycles. Research results: 1). An increase in the commitment of educators to prepare innovative lesson plans, which is as much as 95% of educators are able to achieve a value of 4.00-5.00 on a scale of 1-5, and 2). An increase in the ability of educators to compile Innovative RPPs, as many as 95% of educators are able to reach grades 4.00-5.00 on a scale of 1-5. The conclusion of this study, that the Job Training Strategies with Feedback Techniques can improve the commitment and ability of 18 Medan Middle School educators to compile Innovative RPPs.

Abstract

The customer is someone who has an important role that can have a positive impact on the organization. Therefore, customers must be privileged by providing what customers expect can be fulfilled. There are 7 factors that affect customer satisfaction, namely: a). Score; b) Competitiveness; c) customer perception; d) Price; e) Imagery; f) Service phase; g) Moment of service; h) The level of customer interest. Customer satisfaction as a state of fulfilling customer needs, in the sense that everything needed can be received in accordance with the desired criteria. The higher the capacity needs are met, the higher the satisfaction it receives. If quality is the desire to satisfy and satisfaction is a sense of pleasure and disappointment over the performance of a product or service produced, then if the quality of service compared with the level of satisfaction obtained a relationship that customer satisfaction with service quality if met will result in acceptance or rejection of service. In other words, it causes satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

Abstract

The COVID 19 epidemic has engulfed this nation and the world throughout 2020, as a mu'min, then it is better to do quarantine or "social distancing" endeavors, so also improve our spirituality. If you can meditate further, as a Muslim all this plague is a blessing, a stop for those who think, to continue to make it as a wash or a way to continue to draw closer to Allah, so that when the level of surrender is high there will be calm and with all efforts and prayer of salvation also to Allah SWT, by always involving HIM, and hoping that all this plague will end, and can also be immediately found the cause. This understanding of cultivation starts from education in the family. Education in the family must be wrapped with good monotheism education. Monotheism education in the family is monotheism education efforts carried out by parents towards their children by delivering material monotheism with the method of sentence monotheism, exemplary, habituation, advice, and supervision. By teaching monotheism which originates from the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, the monotheism that forms in the soul of a child is accompanied by knowledge based on correct arguments and evidence, and can be justified.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian yang dilakukan melalui penerapan metode siklus spiraldiperoleh hasil data penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata aktivitasguru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa persiklus. selamapelaksanaan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: pada siklus pertamadiperoleh skor aktivitas guru dengan nilai rata-rata (3,64), Aktivitas siswadengan nilai rata-rata (3,42), dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai nilai ratarata(60,45). Sedangkan pada pelaksanaan siklus II diperoleh skoraktivitas guru dengan nilai rata-rata (4,36), Aktivitas siswa dengan nilairata-rata (4,25), sedangkan hasil belajar siswa mencapai nilai rata-rata(68,18). Maka rata-rata yang diperole siswa sudah diatas KKM yang teladitetapkan sekolah. Penerapan pendekatan penemuan terbibimbingdengan fokus dan terarah dapat memecahkan masalah pembelajaranmatematik pada materi luas segitiga sangatlah relevan penerapannya dikelas VI Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The object of research is the video footage of the film Alif Lam Mim and the unit of analysis pieces of images in films which are believed to give birth to debate or pros and cons. From the results of research in assessing Islamic values, found Individual Islamic values, found in the character of Alif that is sincere. Islamic values in the Family, found in Lam figures who provide moral education to their children by freeing their opinions and practicing their way of thinking. Social Islamic values, found in the figure of three small children, who give kindness and say hello to fellow Muslims. Islamic values in the State, there is in the figure Alif who reprimanded anyone who did wrong in the duties of the state, even though his own boss. Islamic values of Religion are found in the Mim leaders who believe in Him and depend on the future for His will, which is described in terms of patience, obedience, and sincerity.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)Perencanaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilaksanakan oleh KepalaSekolah dengan menyusun program sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misisekolah. (2) Implementasi program peningkatan mutu dilakukan denganmelaksanakan program sekolah yang telah direncanakan seperti:pemberian tugas dalam kegiatan kurikuler dan kokurikuler, memberidukungan dan motivasi bagi guru yang melanjutkan pendidikan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi, pemantapan UAS dan UAN, mendatangkannarasumber, mengadakan rapat rutin, serta memberdayakan KomiteSekolah (3) Pengawasan program peningkatan mutu pendidikandilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah pada personil pada awal dan akhirsemester untuk mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian kurikulum yangditerapkan. Abstract

Leadership is a central point and determinant of policy activities that will be implemented in the organization and is a very important factor in determining the achievement of organizational goals that have been set. It is the essence of organizational management, basic resources and the central point of every activity that occurs in an organization. Educational leadership is the process of influencing and guiding a leader to educators and education personnel to carry out educational and research tasks using existing educational facilities, both individually and in groups so that educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. The quality of education is an evaluation of education that involves all aspects of education starting from the input, process and output of education that illustrates the quality of school performance regarding the achievement of educational goals that are in accordance with the standards and satisfaction of education stakeholders. The values needed by educational leadership to produce high quality educational institutions, namely: 1) Vision and symbols, 2) MBWA (Management by Walking About), 3) Focus on students 4) Autonomy, experimentation and anticipation of failure, 5) Creating sense of kinship, 6) Sincerity, patience, enthusiasm, intensity, and enthusiasm.

Abstract

Character education is education that develops cultural values and national character so that having and implementing these values is very important in the lives of students as members of society and religious, productive, and creative citizens. The Ministry of National Education has formulated 18 character values that will be instilled in students as an effort to build the nation's character. Media communication that is effective and can be accepted by all levels of society is film. Films that provide learning to support education are Hayya films. The value of character education depicted in this film is very supportive to increase knowledge for audiences, educators, and students. For this reason, this translator only provides a description of how to analyze the value of character education in Hayya films.

Abstract

In a life filled with diversity like this, a spirit of tolerance must be instilled early on. Resources that can be used can be in the form of electronic media such as films. And the film by the author is Bajrangi Bhaijaan. In this film a lot is told about life that is very tolerant, not only that this film also tells about how a human person appreciates a difference in family life, and socially. On the problems studied, what are the values of tolerance education contained in the film Bajrangi Bhaijaan? And the purpose of this study was to determine the values of tolerance education contained in the Bajrangi Bhaijaan film. This research is a qualitative study, the type of research conducted is library research. The data collection method used is the documentation method with the data source used in the study, namely primary data and secondary data. By taking the object of Bajrangi Bhaijaan film studies, the data collection technique uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Bajrangi Bhaijaan film is a film that can be used as an alternative in learning, especially religious tolerance education. Because in this film contains the values of religious tolerance education, there are two kinds of religious tolerance, namely: 1) Tolerance between religions in the form of mutual assistance, mutual respect which includes respecting differences in beliefs, respecting other religious shrines, and valuing differences of opinion, mutual understanding, respecting the rights of everyone and establishing good relations with people of other faiths. 2) religious internal tolerance in the form of good prejudice and fair conduct to all parties
