Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain a broader picture of the relationship between diet and nutritional status with the level of physical fitness of rowing athletes in western district regency. The method used by quantitative descriptive method, the participants involved in this research are rowing athletes of west bandung regency, X1 dietary food diet 2x24 hours, X2 nutritional status calculation of body mass index (imt) and Y level of cooper test, with correlation and test contribution using regression test. The results of the first hypothesis test shows the value of X1 counts of 0.174> (0.05) (10). The result of the second hypothesis X2 test shows the value of 0.603> (0.05) (10), it can be concluded there is no significant relationship between diet and nutritional status with physical fitness level athletes paddle west bandung regency. Based on the results of regression analysis X1 contribution X2 & Y obtained value R = 0.476, with R square value of 0.227 it can be concluded that Ho accepted. This shows there is no significant relationship between diet and nutritional status with fitness level. While the value of R square addressed the percentage of values that consider the effect of X to Y of 22.7%, while the rest of 73.3% influenced by other factors. Can be concluded there is no relationship between diet and nutritional status with the level of physical fitness athletes rowing district west bandung

Abstract

Clean and healthy life behavior is all health behavior that is done on the awareness so that family or family members can help themselves in the health sector and play an active role in health activities in the community. Physical fitness is the ability of a person to perform daily hard activity easily without feeling tired, and still have residual or reserve energy to enjoy leisure or another purposes that can be used at any time. The purpose of this research is to understanding about relationship between clean and healthy living behavior with a level physical fitness of X class students in State Senior High School 2 Lamongan.This research is descriptive research with quantitative method. The population in this research is the students of class X in State Senior High School 2 Lamongan. Sampling is non probability with total sample of 205 students from 445 students. Data analysis used in this study using statistical analysis. The results of this study can be known data of healthy and healthy living behavior of normal distribution as well as data of physical fitness which also distributed normally. The relationship between clean and healthy life behavior with physical fitness level of grade X students at State Senior High School 2 Lamongan has significant relationship and has enough correlation criteria. The result of hypothesis in this research is there is relationship of clean and healthy life behavior with level of physical fitness of class X student at State Senior High School 2 Lamongan.

Abstract

Problems in this research is the physical condition of Floorball men athlete of University of Surabaya who have not won for the last few years. The purpose of this research is to determinethe physical condition of Floorball menathlete of University of Surabaya with a research subject of 15 people. The tipe of research used is quantitative with descriptive method. Based on data processing and analysis, (1) the results are the running speed of men athleteof University of Surabaya is included in the good category with 60% precentage. (2) The abdominal muscle strength included in the good category with 66,7% (3) The arm muscle strength included into poor category with 73.3%. (4) The balance included into medium category with 66,7% (5) The endurance included into medium category with 66,7% (6) The agility included into medium category with 66,7%. The conclusion of this research indicates that the physical condition of Floorball menathlete of University of Surabaya is still in the medium category,especially in the arm muscle strengths test included into poor category, so that requires intensive training to improve the physical condition better.

Abstract

This research is an activity process to produce MODEREN (Motoric Development of Special Children) learning models which are developed to train motoric skills of mild mentally retarded children. The devices developed are modification tools and circuit learning methods. But in this writing focused on the process of validation testing through the construct test and the contents of the development tools made. The validators involved in this study were 5 people, namely Dr. Nanik Indahwati, M.Or. experts in the field of motor learning. Dr. Dwi Cahyo Kartiko. S.Pd., M.Kes. experts in the field of adaptive sports education. Andhega Wijaya S.Pd. Jas M.Or. experts in the field of learning media. Dra. Hj. Siti Mahmudah, M.Kes. experts in the field of social psychology and orthopedagogics of mentally retarded children. Drs. Edy Rianto, M.Pd. experts in penjas and adaptive sports. The final results of this study are MODEREN tools and models that are specifically for mild mentally retarded children to practice valid student motor skills.

Abstract

Objective: to determine the existence, amount and types of traditional games which are in the district of Semarang. Methods: This study was descriptive qualitative research with survey method. Samples from this study is the physical education teacher and elementary school students who are in the district of Semarang. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of the study show the following: (1) There are various traditional games in Semarang District; (2) the number of traditional games contained in Semarang District of ten traditional game consists of: Bentengan, Gobak Sodor, Sunda Manda, Bakiak, Bintang Bergilir, Bola Bakar, Egrang, Rok Dodok, Kucing Tikus dan Ular Naga; (3) traditional games which are in the district of Semarang who often played the children of eight games consist of: Bentengan, Gobak Sodor, Sunda Manda,Kucing Tikus, Bintang Bergilir dan Bola Bakar. Conclusion: The traditional game contained in Semarang district as many as ten games and traditional games are often played in Semarang district as many as six games.

Abstract

Based on the problems that have been formulated in this_studyotheoaimoisoto determineothe differencesoin the effect of Hurdle hopping and Depth Jump training on leg muscle power on Adolescent Female Female Student of Tapak Suci College Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2018 and which exercises have better influence between Hurdle hopping trainingand Depth Jump on increasing leg muscle strength in the Young Women College of Tapak Suci, Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2018. The research method used was experimental. Basedoonothe resultsoofotheoresearch, theofollowingoconclusionso can be obtained: There are differences in influence between Depth Jump training and the Hurdle Hopping exercise on the increase in Leg Muscle Power in Adolescent Female Female Fighters in the Tapak Suci College of Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2014, withotocount =5.3508> totable =02.093. Depth Jump training has a better effect than the Hurdle Hopping exercise in mening said the Power of Leg Muscle in Young Women Pesilat in the Tapak Suci College of Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2014, with an increase in Depth Jump training = 6.239%> Hurdle Hopping training = 4.278%. In this study, it turned out that Depth Jump training and Hurdle Hopping training both increased power Leg muscles with a significant increase. Fromothisostudy it0can beoseenothatoinogroups that use Depth Jumps training or inogroups that use Hurdle Hopping exercises both have been shown to increase leg muscle power. Fromothis studyoit canobe seen thatoin groups using Depth Jumps and group exercises. those using Hurdle Hopping training were both proven to increase leg muscle power. In this study, it turned out that Depth Jump training and Hurdle Hopping exercises were both able to increaseleg muscle power with a significant increase.

Abstract

1). The hybrid learning model is the process of learning which is the mixture of face to face and on line learning models. 2). Theadvancement of the learning result and the mastery of skills on the soccer lecture series in the faculty of education and teacher training of UMS. 3). The students enthusiasm in takingthe lecture series using the hybrid learning in in the faculty of education and teacher training of UMS. The method of research applies the steps of Borg and Gall up to the seventh steps in small scale.Data is taken from the questionnaires and tests. Data analysis is inthe form of descriptive and the product effectively tests. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that Hybrid learning is suitable to be applied in the lecture series of soccer in the faculty of education and teacher training of UMS.The Hybrid learningmethod is able to increase the achievement of the students from the average score of 6.8 with the total score of 204before applying the method, and after applying the learning media the score increase to 7.53 with the total score of225.8. There is a variance from the pretest and posttest as much as 0.73 point. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the use of hybrid learning in the soccer lecture seriesin the faculty of eduation and teacher training of UMS.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of difference exercise box jump, burpee, and tuck jump to power against the limb muscles and speed. Fifty-two students were selected according to criteria will be done pretest to determine the Division of the group by means of ordinal pairing. The process of retrieval of data is done with the test power limb muscles using Jump DF and speed tests using a 30-meter sprint at the time of pretest and posttest. Given the form of exercise for 6 weeks for each group and treatment 3 times in one week. The research results obtained is the percentage increase in limb muscles power of 11% and the speed of 2% on box jump exercises greater than a third group to another. It can be concluded that there are significant effects caused by box jump, burpee and tuck jump exercises to increased power and speed of limb muscles as seen from the test sample paired t-test and there is a difference significant influence between exercises and box jump, burpee and tuck jump to increased power and speed of limb muscles as seen from MANOVA test.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the series 1 persadia gymnastics which can influence the total expiratory energy and pulse associated with exercises to oppose it. It is understood that DM is accessed from energy and pulse pulses during Persadian exercise. Methods: using a study design group pretest and postest control groove design with as many as 24 subjects and given series 1 gymnastics as preparation and series 6 diabetes exercise as a control once for 30-35 minutes. Results: Indonesian diabetes exercise can produce an average energy of 83.77 kcal and deny the pulse which reaches an average of 64.3489, Series 1 Persadia Gymnastics can produce an average energy of 520.33333 kcal and deny the pulse that gets an average an average of 81.1689, and there was a significant increase because (p = 0,000) Conclusion: energy expenditure and pulse during conducting series 1 persadian exercise were in accordance with contributions made by the American Diabetes Association..

Abstract

This study aims to develop a common communication between swimming trainers and students then poured into a method or procedure that can be used to overcome water phobia in early childhood, namely CST (communicative Swimming Training) method. CST method has 11 steps or steps that can be followed to overcome water phobia in early childhood. This method is given in a communicative manner in the form of seduction, using good words, firm and accompanied by basic swimming techniques to be used in children who experience water phobias. The effectiveness of this method is evidenced by the decrease in the percentage percentage of the amount of data in the subject I decreased by 39% and on the subject II there was a decrease of 42% taken from the difference between the data before and after the trial. This proves that this method can reduce water phobia experienced by early childhood and this method is more effective at an early age because emotional in early childhood can still be regulated than the age of pre-adolescence or about 9 years and above. The need for repetition of treatment that researchers provide to accelerate the healing of water phobias experienced by the child and do not forget to always pay attention to the health conditions of children who experience water phobia.
