Abstract

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is considered one of the pivotal countries in the region and the international community due to its political and economic weight. The importance of this role comes with the Saudi weight in the Arab Gulf and the importance of the Gulf for the Kingdom’s security in general, as well as being at the forefront of the countries bordering the Gulf in terms of the volume of output and oil reserves. Since the year 2010, changes in the regional environment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have pushed towards reconsidering some of the problems and challenges to which its policy was exposed, and it has moved towards searching for what it deems best to enhance its security and stability in the region. However, this role is faced with internal, economic, political, social, regional and international challenges, The need to adapt in the formation of its positions on regional issues, in line with the changes that occurred in the structure of the Arab regional system and the decline in the position of some regional actors, which led to the multiplicity of Saudi regional proposals to formulate its strategic directions to confront the state of imbalance in the region, in addition to that. Its keenness to fulfill its obligations towards its regional allies, as is the case in Yemen, Saudi Arabia has benefited from being an effective regional state, but its effectiveness must be negatively affected by what is happening on or around its territory. And that future expectations do not serve this role much.

Abstract

With the penetration and spread of the Internet in our daily life, issues related to our identity on the Internet and their potential impacts on our lives, whether positive or negative, have become very important. We, as individuals, interact with a number of websites and services on the Internet that require an account (username and password) to access. These sites range from simple news sites that limit the number of articles that you can read anonymously in a certain period of time, to financial services or healthcare sites or others. Similar services on the Internet require that you know with certainty that you are definitely "you" before granting you access to any private information. Of course, we want them to confirm our identity before allowing access to this type of very sensitive information, which can be used to inflict harm. Take us in different ways if you fall into the wrong hands. The presence in the virtual world has formed the digital identity, and this digital identity has different effects on the morals and habits of the users in this virtual world. Because of the existence of a digital identity, you may also be exposed to some type of privacy crime. In this case, we must study and adapt to create patterns of coexistence and resilience in the digital environment.

Abstract

In modern economic theory, scientific and technological progress considers as one of the relevant factors of long-term eco-nomic growth. The influence of scientific and technological progress on a particular sector of the economy appears in the creation of new products that have important competitive advantages over existing ones, or in the modification (modernization) of existing products. Often, new products based on new (innovative) technologies. However, technological superiority requires well-timed modernization of production and staff training, that is, significant financial and organizational investments. At the same time, the rejection of the transition to innovative technologies can lead to tangible losses in market positions or even to a complete cessa-tion of the organization. This model gives a possibility to make a prognosis of proceeds of enterprises with account changing of quantity of manufactured products, as well as various expenses (raw materials, transportation costs,...). An analytical approach for analyzing the influence of various parameters on the proceeds has been introduced.

Seeing the condition of Indonesia which has a large area and a relatively large number of provinces, the availability of infrastructure and physical capital has an important role in increasing economic growth. Production infrastructure can be provided by both the government and the private sector. In addition, the availability of labor as a human resource in addition to nature, capital and technology also has an important role for the economy. The agricultural business in Langkat Regency in 2018 contributed to the formation of a total GRDP of 35.06 percent, a decrease from 2016 which was 35.61 percent. Meanwhile, the growth rate has slowed down from 5.33 percent in 2017 to 4.76 percent in 2018. Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to the consideration of some methodological problems of the study of state and legal phenomena. The main purpose of the work is to draw the attention of the scientific community to those general theoretical methodological issues that are ambiguously solved by scientists and which are important for legal science. To achieve this goal during the study, the following tasks were solved: 1) substantiate the importance and necessity of the general philosophical method; 2) to argue the unacceptability of the religious and moral approach to the study of state and legal reality; 3) dialectically assess such a methodological principle as the principle of scientific pluralism. In conclusion, it is concluded that, firstly, that general philosophical methods, in particular and especially the method of dialectical and historical materialism, which form the methodological basis for the scientific study of state-legal phenomena, should not be ignored, because they reveal the most general laws of the movement of human thought to the truth, concentrating all the most important and essential that is contained in other methods; secondly, the religious philosophy of believers should not be included in the potential of the methodology of cognition of state and legal reality; thirdly, the methodological principle of scientific pluralism must have appropriate boundaries.

Abstract

Through the current study it’s been tried to discuss that how fiscal sustainability is impacted by the debt which is taken by countries in order to push their economy towards prosperity and growth in Pakistan. Because the economy is considering vulnerable in terms of Public debt due to huge fiscal deficit in the economy. The ARDL approach is being applied by taking GDP as dependent variable while public debt, total revenues, government expenditures and interest rate are been taken as independent variable. The findings of the study suggested that there is strong and significant relationship exist between focused variables. Public debt is negatively associated with GDP in both short run and long run, while government expenditure give positive and significant relationship with GDP and interestingly total revenue give negative significant relationship in long run that supported the argument that the high revenues in developing nations inversely affects the investment that is pillar of GDP, so it adversely affected. The interest rate is positively significant in long run but in short run its negatively related with GDP because it affects cost of capital. The findings of study attract the attention of policy makers that we need either debt reduction strategies or either to minimize the gap between public revenues and public expenditures to promote sustain economic growth in the economy.

Abstract

The population growth and distribution has attracted increasing attention from geographers and planners in India from two or three decades to make the special approach in them to solve the human problems, which is a great task to handle. Here an attempt has been made on demographic dimensions of human resources to examine spatial and temporal variations in population growth and density during the last four decades (1981-2011). Density of population in the state is 124 persons per km2 (Census 2011). The study indicates that Srinagar and Jammu districts recorded high density of population of 2860 and 674 persons per km2 respectively, mainly on account of being the state’s administrative capitals which have made them the hub of socio-economic activities. The lowest population density is found in the Ladakh division with only 3 persons per km2 in Leh district. The population distribution and density pattern indicates an overwhelming influence of geo-physical disposition across the different regions of the Jammu and Kashmir state.

Abstract

Abundant natural resources are not a guarantee for the welfare of the people in a country. Another most important aspect in achieving prosperity is the strength of its human resources. Entrepreneurship as a solution in improving the standard of human life needs to be considered as an alternative. One of the roles of government in forming an entrepreneurial society has been carried out by Disperindagkop. Coffee is one of the commodities in Central Aceh. By creating more value from coffee, it is hoped that the people of Central Aceh will be able to increase their income. In making decisions requires a variety of considerations and careful design. ANP is a qualitative method for a decision-making process with a general framework without making assumptions about the independence of elements at a higher level than those at lower levels and about the independence of elements at a level. By using ANP, we know in detail which things are the most priority or important of problems, strategies and solutions, because sometimes there are a lot of policies or policy making, there are many limitations related to resources, so we need to know and understand which ones should be the first key / main problem or main strategy. After testing with ANP, it is found that the most priority aspect in determining the entrepreneurship development strategy is based on local wisdom is the entrepreneur / community, followed by Disperindag and the last one is academics. Creating individuals who have an entrepreneurship spirit is not an easy job. It takes a variety of education and training related to entrepreneurs and has become part of the government's responsibility for the welfare of its people, and one way is to educate people to become strong entrepreneurs.
