<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the initial competency description of the functional training participants of the young teacher class XIII 2018. The research method used is descriptive method with a research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire given to all training participants totaling 30 people, taking place on 9 October 2018. The distribution of questionnaires was conducted at the beginning of learning because it aims to find out the initial competency of the training participants before learning begins. The questions asked in this closed questionnaire are questions that must be answered by the training participants with answers "YES" or "NO". This closed questionnaire was distributed to the class group of training participants using Google form. From 30 training participants who sent back the questionnaire to 25 people, this number was the basis for subsequent data processing. The data obtained are processed simply in the form of a percentage for each aspect of the question. The results showed that the initial competency of the 2018 Young Teachers Functional Training participants for the ten aspects for the ten aspects had the lowest average "YES" for the aspect of navigation in PowerPoint (27.00%), which was more detailed for question number 40 namely about skills in using menus and navigation (76%), following the next two that have not been mastered namely the skills to use hyperlinks (72%) and presentations with slide masters (72%). Whereas for the aspect that has the highest average percentage of "YES" is knowing PowerPoint (85.32%), the next downturn is working with text in PowerPoint {more in detail to question number 13 about writing text in the text box (84%)}, and techniques for preparing presentations {in more detail to question number 12 about reducing existing slides (80%)}. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine increasing mastery of the concept of biology teacher Madrasah Aliyah in West Java Province through distance learning. In this research, teachers are given distance training based on e-learning. The research type used is pre-experimental with one group of pre-test and post-test design. The design procedure of this research is to perform the 1st measurement on the subject (pretest) on the ability of mastery of the concept of biology aspects of virus and prokaryotes then subjects are given treatment for a certain period (exposure) through distance training. The 2nd measurement (post-test) is performed after the treatment is given. This research based on distance learning Theory. The result of measurement of pre-test compared with result of post-test measurement, t- test statistic. The result of t-test shows there are significant difference of result of concept test of virus and prokaryotes between before and after doing Distance Learning. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an increase in test score of concept master before following distance training and after following distance training with medium N-Gain. <![CDATA[The purpose of compiling this article is to analyze the values of education in a variety of traditional games in the Sumedang community. The method used is descriptive analytical with analytical techniques through the study of meanings on symbols that appear in traditional games. The results of the discussion show that in traditional games are actually loaded with educational values for children as an effort to inherit the noble values that exist in the content of local culture. <![CDATA[The background of this study is based on the still large amount of training learning that has not optimized the role of participants in the learning process while instilling and familiarizing attitudes. The purpose of this study is to describe the management strategy of training learning based on the Teams Learning Tournament (TLT) learning model. The method used in this study is the Pre-experimental method in the form of One-shot Case Study with the technique of collecting data through observing the results of giving action in learning. The results of the study show that the learning tournament-based training model management strategy is more effective in creating a fun learning process and fostering attitudes, especially discipline, responsibility and cooperation, so that the learning outcomes can be better. Because with the TLT model all training participants are required to show loyalty to their groups while producing quality group products, so that individual contributions are needed by the group. <![CDATA[This study aims, firstly to reveal the values that can be developed in the subjects of social studies. both want to know the efforts that have been done by IPS MTs teachers. in implementing character education in IPS learning. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research object is the teachers of IPS MTs in West Java who become participants of substantive training in increasing the competence of young teachers of IPS MTs. in Bandung Religious Training Center which took place on 06 s.d. April 17, 2017. Technique of data retrieval is done by interview, and filling in questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that; First the teachers carry out character education in IPS learning as a hidden curriculum (hidden curriculum). Both learning strategies conducted by teachers in implementing character education in IPS learning is through learning materials and activities such as disciplinary cultivation, honesty, and responsible attitude, hard work, and never give up. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of the preparation of web-based teaching materials exelearning as a new curriculum, with a quantitative descriptive method. Web-based authoring application program known as eXe (the elearning xhtml editor) is an open source program developed and easy to use by people who do not understand html programming language though, this application can be opened through the application android mobile phone or leptop with internet protocol (IP) address or IP address without bandwidth. The new curriculum is expected to enrich the creative and interactive classroom learning, the research results obtained average score of competence test 47.27, the effectiveness percentage of 54.54% with high category, 18.18% with high enough category, and 27.30% low category.Key words : effectiveness, teaching material, exelearning]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to explain and describe the steps of the SKL KI KD analysis in the hope of helping teachers to harmonize the KD demands on the curriculum with KI achievement. Using one of the KD-3 and KD 4 examples of the 7th grade junior high school science subjects, the results obtained were that KD-3 was quite harmonious based on the thinking process dimensions and the knowledge dimensions of Anderson's Taxonomy. Although the level of KD-3 can be raised to the evaluation stage (C5) with dimensions of metacognitive knowledge, KI demands for junior high school / MTs are sufficient to procedural knowledge. Whereas in KD-4 using Dyer's taxonomy is included in the realm of abstract skills but can be said to be sufficiently aligned for the achievement of KI-4 in the concrete domain. <![CDATA[Religious extension agents have the main task of providing religious guidance and counseling to community communities who are the target group or fostered. Along with the development of religious and national issues, the Government, in this case the Ministry of Religion, considers the importance and strategic existence of this Religious Extension. So at the end of 2016 was selected and appointed thousands of Non PNS Religion Extension throughout Indonesia. In carrying out their duties and functions, they are still not uniform in terms of work mechanism and performance reporting. So the Ministry of Religion through the Director General of Islamic Guidance issued a policy in the form of Decree No. 298 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Non Civil Servant Extension Workers. Through this policy there was a paradigm shift regarding the implementation of the duties and functions of Non PNS Religion Extension officers as well as the integration of work mechanisms and reporting on their performance. So that the performance of Non Civil Servant Religious Extension officers can be evaluated and accounted for accountability. <![CDATA[The dynamics of Islamic propagation movement in Indonesia continues to grow significantly. From since its presence until now, the movement of Islamic propagation in Indonesia beloved country continues to show proud results. Although there are obstacles with the occurrence of religious violence events. But in general, Islamic da'wah development in Indonesia is more robust and dynamic. A condition of attainment of da'wah that must be maintained and developed. When looking at the aspect of the form of movement, at least against the three typologies, namely: the movement of propagation in structural, cultural, and social mobility. These three movements have advantages and disadvantages, so complement and complement each other to advance the da'wah of Islam in Indonesia.
