Abstract

Today preaching activities through social media are very widespread and attract the attention of all parties. So that prachers are popular on social media whom can shifting the preachers conventionally popular among the people. Then came the social media such as Ustadz Abdul Somad, Adi Hidayat, and Evie Effendi. In this case, it is certainly interesting to examine da'wah communication activities through social media. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive which seeks to describe how da'wah communication activities through social media that have been going on so far. While the data collection technique uses library research that uses relevant books as primary and secondary data sources. This research produces a picture, that da'wah communication activities through social media are related to patterns of social interaction, persuasive patterns, and ethos factors or the attractiveness of da'wah activities through social media. If da'wah activities through social media want to be effective and interesting, then they must pay attention to these patterns well. This has been proven by Ustadz Abdul Somad, Adi Hidayat and Evie Effendi in his missionary communication activities through social media. Their da'wah activities are seen as effective and attractive, because they pay attention to patterns of social interaction, persuasive patterns, and ethos and attractiveness in the missionary activities.Key Words: Communication; Islamic preaching; Social media

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find conceptual answers about the future of millennium training services, including the impact when service is taken over by mechanical systems. It is departs from the fact that at this time the world changes faster since the internet was discovered. Its existence has greatly changed the culture of humanity including the needs of learning. The study results concluded that learning as a basic human need and also adults as leaners will find new momentum through the internet. Training institutions will be forced to adapt in providing their services. Class learning semakain efesien with the presence of virtual class on the internet. On the other hand, the use of the internet in the world of sincerity will also drive to the efficiency of manpower. As the impact of overtaking of conventional service personnel by machines. Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of the mental revolution in basic education. Through analytical descriptive methods, the conclusion is that the mental revolution serves to improve the quality of education and provide solutions to obstacles due to the low quality of education implementers in the field both teachers, schools, supervisors, students, and policymakers in education through the implementation of the curriculum, especially in the basic education. Abstract

This paper describes career development for educators through different functional promotions. School/madrasah supervisor is one functional position that can be filled by educators as a career development form or promotion. Based on the regulations study related to the requirements assessment of being a school /madrasah supervisor and professional development based on competencies that must be possessed, it can be concluded that a school/madrasah supervisor is a career path that can be achieved by active, dynamic teachers which experienced as representatives or headmaster. Abstract

The Supervisor position in national education system is very strategic. Their duty to be an academic supervisor and evaluator to headmasters and teacher of madrasah s a subject to professional work. However, some researches have shown that supervisor professionalism level in Indonesia is still relatively low. The research tried to observe comprehensively on their academic, managerial, knowledge on research and development, personality, and social competencies. Research was done to collect data from supervisors in jabar with quantitative method, then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The research aims to find the level of supervisor competency in jabar that hopefully can be beneficial for policies to improve their level of professionalism. Research showed that their level of competencies is average. Government needs to intensify activities to enhance their knowledge and skill in supervising, mentoring and coaching headmaster, teachers, researching, and building partnership. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in understanding of google classroom as multimedia learning with the blanded learning method. Utilizing google classroom can help with the collection of tasks, very efficient in terms of costs and users. The design used was a one-group pretestposttest design, the sample was 30 subject matter teachers assigned to Madrasah Tsanawiyah at the Ministry of Religion in Tasikmalaya regency. The results of the pretest with an average value of 47 and posttest 76 on a scale of 100, while the normalized gain value is at the value of 0.53 with the medium category, it can be said there is an increase in understanding of google classroom in the substantive training of increasing multimedia competency. Abstract

The problem of this study is the participants' low understanding of learning models and their application in the classroom, especially for Madrasah teachers. The low mastery ability and application of learning models directly influence the lack of effective learning process, and the low interest in learning students. Teacher curriculum demands are required to apply classroom learning models, according to the demands of the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this study is to find out the participants' understanding of the material of learning models through the application of learning models in the Education and Training Learning Models. This research is a field reserch qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were Participants in Training Model Learning Models for Madrasah Teachers in Bekasi City, West Java. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the mastery of the participants' learning models material improved. This can be seen from the increase in posttest scores from pretest: The lowest value of pretest 12 posttest 28, the highest value of pretest 68 posttest 88, and the average value of pretest 40.93 and posttest 69.47.Key words: Learning models; madrasas teacher; Pretest; Postest

Abstract

Widyaiswara plays an important role and determines the effectiveness of the implementation of education and training programs, so this study aims to determine the assessment of training participants on the performance of Widyaiswara in implementing learning management competencies and the constraints found during the education process in the substantive technical training in the preparation of teaching materials for Ibtidaiyah madrasah teachers. In the Ministry of Religion of the Banjar City in 2018. Researchers used a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were observation sheets, researchers' notes during the learning process and unstructured interviews. Researchers used integrative qualitative data analysis techniques between interactive models and propositions through three stages of analysis, namely data reduction, display, and conclussion/verification and carried out with a basing strategy on theoretical propositions or concept propositions of academic evaluation and widyaiswara competence in the learning process of education and training. This proposition is then used as a theoretical orientation that guides the analysis of this study. The results showed that the training participants' evaluation of the widyaiswara aspects of management of educational material = 85.6, the interaction of widyaiswara with the training participants = 85.1 was GOOD, the organization of learning = 86.7, classroom management = 89.1 and the utilization of education and training facilities = 86.1 was VERY GOOD. The average acquisition of all evaluation indicators of widyaiswara's competence in learning management has fulfilled the predicate of Very Good with a score of 86.52. The assessment of widyaiswara cannot be separated from the constraints found during the learning process, namely (1) The hours of theory and practice learning are not yet proportional, (2) Products or results of training activities, (3) Limitations of the internet network, (4) Limitations of infrastructure and the location of the training, and (5) The limited time provided in the Follow-up Action activities. Abstract

This article intends to examine the concept of education and training in the form of information and communication technology-based teaching materials for the athlete's teacher. This training is very important for them considering the teacher's low ability to use technology in the learning process. The research method used is the study of literature.
