Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the competence of teachers of Islamic Religious Education at Special School Characteristics (PAI-BP SDLB) through the training of substantive technical education and training for Islamic Primary Education teachers in the regional office of the West Java provincial ministry of religion. Substantive technical training is the implementation of the teaching and learning process in order to improve the competence of PAI-BP SDLB teacher teachers as Civil Servants in the regional office of the West Java provincial Religion ministry. Professional teachers are competent teachers namely competence, pedagogic, personality, social and professional. The Bandung Diversity Education and Training Center has duties and responsibilities in terms of continuing professional development of teachers who are sustainable in the hope that the professionalism of PAI-BP SDLB Teachers will increase. The research method used is a quantitative method, the meaning is a research that is attempted to take or observe problems systematically and accurately regarding the facts and properties of certain objects. also uses survey methods, which is a method used to gather information in the form of opinions from a large number of people on certain topics or issues that aim to find out the general description of the characteristics of the population also trying to collect, describe and analyze data that are basically quantitative. From the results of research that has been done to improve the competency of PAI-BP SDLB Teachers experience improvement especially in understanding the deepening of the material and learning strategies to reach 80%, meaning that there are still 20% of training participants who still need to improve their competence.  Key words: school is extraordinary, competent, professional.

Abstract

In training management pro-social attitudes needed by all employees as the organization good citizens such as: employees sincerely work full-heartedly to develop the organization and are willing to work beyond their own jobs and functions as the representation of virtuous. These behaviors are necessary for the education and training management in order to be qualified and run smoothly and optimally. These behaviors are known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, and the purpose of this research was to examine how the employee organizational citizenship behaviors specialy helping behavior took place in the education and training management at Bandung Religious Training Centre. It also tried to provide recommendations so that the employee organizational citizenship behaviors at Bandung Religious Training Centre continuously improved to increase the quality of education and training administration. The research findings that, in the education and training management, the employees have not showed the criteria of helping behavior. It is recommended that to raise the employee helping behaviors, and change the employees’ mindset, develop the positive values of helping behaviors, improve the employee competence through TOC and MOT Training, and change the existing leadership style into horizontal leadership.Key words: OCB, helping behavior, training management.

Abstract

The aims of this article is to describe comparatively the model of community developmentbase on majelis taklim. The rationale framework is used that Islam and Muslims who become the majority can become social capital for community development. The results of this study conclude that the social context being the entry point for community empowering. The articulation of the developmentactivism was adjusted to the real problems. So that from the two majelis taklim are studied show a different development models, but in the same spirit to defend to the opressed.  Key words: Majelis Taklim, Transformative Councelling, the Oppressed, Islamic Economy.

Abstract

Research in the field of madrasah supervisors is still very lacking, this study fills the less space. The problem of this research is whether the competency test of madrasah supervisor candidate conducted by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province has contributed to the development of managerial supervision instruments in the training of the formation of candidates for supervisors of madrasah conducted at BDK Bandung 2015. For the purposes of this study, case study research and as data analysis techniques used simple regression. Anova results show the value of Foutpit = 4.41 while refear table with dk = 1, and df = 69 with 95% confidence level of 3.99. Therefore it can be said that Foutput 4.41 Ftabel  3.34, so H0 rejected and H1 accepted or in other words competence test of candidate supervisor of madrasah have contribution to development of instrument of managerial supervision. The amount of competency test contribution to the development of managerial supervision instrument can be seen from the regression equation Ŷ = 49.77 + 0.26 X. From the regression equation it can be concluded that, every one point increase in competency test will contribute as much as 0.26 points against the development of the instrument managerial supervision. In addition, the supervisory competence test also has a relationship with the correlation coefficient (r=0.247) with the development of managerial supervision instruments. Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has not fully brought a new paradigm in learning mathematics, seen by a large number of internet users only limited to the use of social media in every circle. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to describe elearning as a way of learning built by the Learning Management System (LMS), and how this system can play a role in personalizing mathematical concepts. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data, compiling or classifying, analyzing, and interpreting several types of software commonly used in e-learning. The results of the analysis show that mathematical personalization can occur by utilizing the features contained in the topics of LMS and is very useful for building learning objects that are suitable to overcome various didactic obstacles in mathematics learning, encourage more semiotic coordination in presentations, and avoid bad classroom practices during mathematics learning. Personalization through LMS can also produce different didactic abilities by considering the profiles of students.  Key words: personalization, mathematics, e-learning, learning management system.

Abstract

In educational institutions, the existence of a head as a leader is very important and strategic. He acts and functions as the regulator and manager of educational institutions so that they work well and effectively. So leadership can be understood as a process of influencing in determining organizational goals, motivating followers' behavior to achieve goals, influencing to improve their groups and culture. Besides that it also influences the interpretation of events on followers, organization, and activities to achieve goals, maintain working relationships and group work, the acquisition of support for cooperation from people outside the group or organization. While education management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling in managing resources in the form of Man, Money, Materials, Method, Machines, Market, Minute and Information to achieve effective and efficient goals in the field of education. So the purpose of this study wants to know the implementation of leadership and management in educational institutions according to experts in their fields. Abstract

This article discusses quantitative research through descriptive method of case study at offcampus PKG training and PKB Aliyah madrasah teacher in Kanmenag Cirebon City. This research is to measure the success of the training through the kirkpatric evaluation model. Evaluation was conducted in 4 stages; Measurement of the success of the training by applying the kirkpatrick evaluation model through four stages. Assessment stage 1: reaction level using the participants' assessment questionnaire on the implementation of training and assessment of widyaiswara. Assessment of participants on the implementation of training average of 85.98 and the assessment of the participants against the widyaiswara of 87.78. Phase 2, the level of learning measurement of training participants includes three aspects, knowledge, skills and attitudes. The average pretest score was 43 and the highest score was 77, the average score of postes 81. The average of pretest and posttest results increased by 65. The average score of the product was 91.66 and the attitude was 88.66. Of the 3 aspects assessed the average score of 80 over the criteria of at least 76.00, then it can be said at this level works well. Phase 3, the quantitative level of behavior average score of the 4 aspects of 3.7. Indicating at this level changes behavior well. While in stage 4 the result level (result level) obtained an average score of 3.8 indicating alumni diklat can improve his career as the impact of training results.  Key words:The success rate of the training, the evaluation model of kirkpatrick.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the initial competency of the training participants in the Substantive Technical Training on Competency Enhancement of Multimedia-Based Learning Media in the Ministry of Religion of Pangandaran District in 2018 totaling 30 people. The study used descriptive method with a research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire to all training participants and simple data processing in percentage form. The results showed that the initial competency of participants in the word processing program was 28.89%, internet for learning 33.33%, basic concepts of hardware and software 34.67%, number processing program 35.56% and word processing program 47.78%, so that the average of all aspects of the program is at 35.78%.  Key words: Initial Competency, training, Information and Communication technology, multimedia.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to know how far the understanding of training participants on the development of teaching materials on the training of teacher competence improvement History of Islamic culture MTs in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Java Province. The method used is descriptive analysis because this method describes in general about the ability of training participants about the development of teaching materials in text form on the subjects of Islamic Culture History MTs through the analysis of Core Competence and Basic Competence. The results of the study that the authors do that that the preparation of teaching materials in text form on the subjects of History of Islamic Culture MTs is needed and help teachers and simplify the process of teaching and learning in the classroom and can improve the quality of learning. Even teaching materials in text form can be developed as teaching materials based on e-learning. In developing teaching materials in text form, teachers should perform KI and KD analysis first.  Key words: development, teaching materials, KI and KD

Abstract

Head of Raudhatul Athfal (RA) who is a teacher who is given additional task as Head of school, is required to have supervision competence as a provision to give lesson to children and guidance to RA teacher. Based on data on educational background of Head of RA, only a small part of Head who have background of Early Childhood Education. This is the biggest obstacle for the Head of RA in teaching. The discussion of this paper is limited to Academic supervision, more specifically discussing about learning and learning at Raudhatul Athfal. The Theory Framework is a discussion of Core Competencies, Basic Competencies contained in Curriculum 2013 for RA. The results of research in the form of findings that the head of RA still have a lot to learn about the strategy of learning, especially the strategy through the game in accordance with the field of development that became the learning objectives in RA as contained in indicators of learning that can be observed through Permendikbud no 137 and 146 in2014 about Curriculum 2013 for early childhood and Decree of the Director General of Education no 3489 in 2016. The author recommends for the type of training, should be given material more practical and applicable material. It is expected that this kind of training can be done with more frequencies.  Key words: Competence, supervision, the head of RA.
