Abstract

The main problems  in  this study  are how  moral  learning  is achieved by the Islamic Law subject in the PPKN Department (now: PKnH) of the Social Science Faculty (now: FISE) ofYogyakarta State University and what factors  influence moral learning in the Islamic Law subject. The study is qualitative and descriptive survey research. The data were obtained by questionnaires and interviews with the students taking the Islamic Law subject. The results show that Islamic law learning is one of the moral learning. The moral learning achieved through the Islamic Law subject manifests in many ways, i.e.: 1) Almost all instructional topics contain moral values, 2) Learning strategies which endorse moral problems are the dialogue and speech method and the discussion  method, and 3)  The assessment process  which endorses moral problems is that related to the students' behaviours and attitudesfrom the beginning until the end of the learning process. The main factors   obstructing  the  moral  learning  are: 1)  The  basic competence of students in PPKN is heterogeneous, 2)  The students' interest in moral problems  is not high, and 3)  Moral  learning is difficult.

Abstract

The objective of this researdh is to find out the correlation between Principal’s Managerial Leadership and Compensation as independent variables with Job Satisfaction as dependent variable, both individually and collectivelly. Among 119 vocational high school  teachers were surveyed and 77 respondent were selected as samples for the research. Normality, simple regression, multiple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and partial correlation are several data analysis method that were used in this research.  The result of this research imply that: Firstly, a positive and significant corelation was found between Principal’s Managerial Leadership with Job Satisfaction and expressed in coefficient correlation correlation  ry1 = 0.0,319 (a = 0,05) and regression equation as Y=94,350 + 0,245X1 and  determination coefficient is  r2y1 = 0.101  Secondly, a positive and significant corelation was found between Compensation and Job Satisfaction can be found and  expressed in coefficient correlation ry2 = 0.314 and regression equation as Y = 98,752 +0,205X2 and determination coefficient is r2y2 = 0.099.  Thirdly, this research also found that there is a positive corelation between Principal’s Managerial Leadership and Compensation along with Job Satisfaction which is expressed in multiple  correlation of  ry12 = 0.319 and regression form of Y= 94,709 +0,219X1 + 0,023X2,  and determination coefficient is r2 = 0,319 . According to result of this research that improvement of teachers job satisfaction can be in creased by Principal’s Managerial Leadership interest and Compensation interest.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and examine the relationship between student self-confidence and learning outcomes using the distance learning system (PJJ) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive with a correlation form. The population in this study were all students of the Islamic Education (KI) STAI Thawalib study program, Jakarta. The sample used was 21 students who took the Curriculum Development course later. Based on the results of the research obtained, it is concluded that there is a relationship between student self-confidence and the distance learning system (PJJ) and the learning outcomes of the Curriculum Development course during the Covid-19 period. The instrument in this study used the form of test questions, description of learning outcomes and the form of non-test questions on the self-confidence scale. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between self-confidence and student learning outcomes, with the influence of self-confidence by 75.7% on student learning outcomes while 24.3 influenced by factors outside of self-confidence.

Abstract

Mutu dan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas dapat ditingkatkan melalui salah satu alternatif pemanfaatan model pembelajaran dalam penelitian tindakan kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran pemetaan pikiran (mind mapping). Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan tindakan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran pemetaan pikiran (mind mapping). Terdapat peningkatan keaktifan siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 3 Sumur dalam pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek. Hal ini dilihat dari keaktifan siswa dari siklus I ke siklus dua mengalami peningkatan kategori. Pada siklus II, dua aspek kualifikasi tinggi dan enam aspek kualifikasi sangat tinggi. Penerapan model pemetaan pikiran (mind mapping) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 3 Sumur dengan kriteria ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yakni nilai rata-rata 57,5. Kemampuan itu meningkat secara bertahap dari rata-rata 66,3 di siklus I ke rata-rata 77,2 pada siklus II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi yang terdiri dari variabel kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan relasi dan kebutuhan berkembang terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk. 2. Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kemampuan yang terdiri dari variabel kemampuan teknis dan kemampuan perilaku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk. 3. Mengetahui pengaruh kelima variabel bebas tersebut secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk.Yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk dengan jumlah populasi 39 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan merumuskan hipotesis yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian statistik untuk menerima atau menolak hipotesis.Dari pengolahan dan analisa data, pengujian hipotesis dan pembahasan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Motivasi yang terdiri dari variabel kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan relasi, kebutuhan untuk berkembang berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk, kecuali kebutuhan untuk berkembang pengaruhnya tidak signifikan pada taraf signifikasi 1- 10 %. 2. Kemampuan yang terdiri dari variabel kemampuan teknis dan kemampuan perilaku berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk, pada taraf signifikasi 1 – 10 %. 3. Motivasi yang terdiri dari variabel kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan relasi, kebutuhan untuk berkembang dan Kemampuan yang terdiri dari variabel kemampuan teknis dan kemampuan perilaku secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk pada taraf signifikasi 5% dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 0,860, yang berarti bahwa kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 86%, dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh pada prestasi kerja paegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Nganjuk adalah variabel kemampuan teknis sebesar 26,1 %. Berturut turut adalah variabel kebutuhan eksistensi (23,1 %), kebutuhan relasi (22,6 %), kemampuan perilaku (18,8 %) dan kebutuhan untuk berkembang sebesar 15,2 %.

Abstract

This study aims, firstly to reveal the values that can be developed in the subjects of social studies. both want to know the efforts that have been done by IPS MTs teachers. in implementing character education in IPS learning. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research object is the teachers of IPS MTs in West Java who become participants of substantive training in increasing the competence of young teachers of IPS MTs. in Bandung Religious Training Center which took place on 06 s.d. April 17, 2017. Technique of data retrieval is done by interview, and filling in questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that; First the teachers carry out character education in IPS learning as a hidden curriculum (hidden curriculum). Both learning strategies conducted by teachers in implementing character education in IPS learning is through learning materials and activities such as disciplinary cultivation, honesty, and responsible attitude, hard work, and never give up. Key words:  value and character education, social studies learning.

Abstract

The aim of the researcher is to identify and describe the implementation of the congregational midday prayer in shaping student learning discipline at SDIT Al-Muddatsiriyah Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with descriptive analysis techniques. In the process of collecting data, researchers used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show: (1) the congregational midday prayer is a school effort in shaping students' prayer discipline. (2) evaluating the congregational midday prayer using the Mutaba'ah book so that students are disciplined and honest. (3) students who are disciplined to pray dzuhur in congregation will form learning discipline at school. This research can be a positive input for SDIT Al-Muddatsiriyah to pay more attention to the technical implementation of the congregational midday prayer.

Abstract

Social capital is currently widely used by academics and social practitioners in various studies, especially as an alternative to other forms of modality such as economic capital, cultural capital, and human capital. So it is not uncommon if social capital is also converted into an asset owned by a group of organizations, or the community. The utilization of social capital in the organization is very useful in determining the direction of movement, structure, and organizational culture. The Avatar Waste Bank organization, which is located in Binangun Village, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province, was chosen as the study organization in social capital development through a model, the Agile Social Capital Development Model. The agile Social Capital Development Model is a model developed in the form of applying the four values ​​and twelve Agile principles in every activity and organization activity. This model is adapted from the Agile Manifesto concept which is commonly used in the world of software development. The application of the Agile Social Capital Development Model in organizational activities is expected to help develop social capital at the Avatar Waste Bank to become an agile and flexible organization in every condition, especially in dealing with poverty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Kelompok Bermain Nur Masithah Sampang. Penelitian dengan kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara kepada 1 kepala sekolah, 3 guru dan 2 orang tua. Teknik pengolahan data: reduksi, penyajia data dan penyimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dengan kredibelitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian: tahap perencanaan kurikulum: (1) analisis kebutuhan: analisis internal yakni alat permainan edukatif, guru dan perlengkapan pembelajaran. Analisis eksternal yakni masukan orang tua dan kebijakan pemerintah. (2) landasan filosofi: Al-Qur’an, Hadits, Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Peraturan Pemerintah, dan Peraturan Presiden. (3) desain kurikulum: merancang kurikulum melalui permainan edukatif, pendidikan agama dan olahraga; validasi kurikulum oleh pengawas pendidikan anak usia dini dan dinas pendidikan kabupaten; implementasi kurikulum dengan 2 hari permianan edukatif, 1 hari pendidikan agama dan 1 hari olah raga; evaluasi kurikulum melalui raport siswa. (4) rencana induk pengembangan: penyediaan alat permainan edukatif, pelatihan guru dan mengikutkan lomba. Kesimpulan: proses perencanaan kurikulum terlaksana dengan baik dan menghasilkan kurikulum sesuai yang diinginkan sekolah dan masyarakat.
