Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) intervention on stress and coping with premenstrual syndrome. The research method is a quasi-experiment within two groups with a pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Intervention affected stress (p 0.000 <0.015) and had an effect on coping with premenstrual syndrome (P 0.049 <0.05) compared to the control group. The conclusion is that the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Intervention has an effect on stress and coping with premenstrual syndrome for four weeks consisting of 4 meeting sessions with a duration of 60 minutes per meeting so that it can be applied as an alternative holistic therapy for sufferers of premenstrual syndrome. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of knowledge about self-care behavior in heart failure patients. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Sampling was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 50 people with heart failure who were hospitalized. Data collection used the Dutch Heart Failure Knowledge Scale instrument. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis tests with presentation of tables in the form of frequency distributions and percentages. The results showed that knowledge about self-care behavior in hospitalized heart failure patients tended to vary, with an average knowledge score of 4.44 and a standard deviation of 1.554. In conclusion, although there are variations in patient knowledge, nurses have an important role in improving patient knowledge and care, both during hospital treatment and after the patient goes home. This is important to help patients optimize their function in carrying out daily activities. Keywords: Heart Failure, Knowledge, Self-Care Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning learning models and soft skill training for nursing staff on the quality of nursing services at Restu Kasih Hospital. The method is genuinely experimental and uses a pre-post-test control group design. The study results showed that before e-learning was carried out in the intervention group, almost all of the quality was in the sufficient category of 52 people (89.7%). Before soft skill training was carried out in the control group, almost all of the quality was in the sufficient category of 48 people (84.2%). After e-learning was carried out in the intervention group, nearly all of the quality was in the excellent category of 51 people (87.9%). After soft skill training was carried out in the control group, almost all of the quality was in the sufficient category of 48 people (84.2%). In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the e-learning learning model and soft skill training for nursing staff on the quality of nursing services at Restu Kasih Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors are related to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Sota Health Center, Merauke Regency. The research method used is an analytical observational study or analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design. The study results showed a significant relationship between Compliance with Fe consumption and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.001. There was no relationship between Maternal Age (p-value 0.345), Gestational Age (p-value 0.678), Education (p-value 0.699), Income (p-value 0.163), and Parity (p-value 0.911) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. In conclusion, of the six independent variables, 1 () factor has a relationship, namely compliance with Fe consumption, with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. In contrast, the other five factors have no relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Keywords: Anemia, Pregnant Women

Abstract

This study aims to design a self-care module for handling dysmenorrhea based on the needs of female adolescents. The method used is a qualitative descriptive exploration with a research & development model. The results of the study indicate that female adolescents' understanding of dysmenorrhea can be seen from four themes, namely perceptions about the meaning of dysmenorrhea, perceptions about the causes of dysmenorrhea, perceptions about the impact of dysmenorrhea, and perceptions about handling dysmenorrhea. In conclusion, female adolescents need educational media to hold the dysmenorrhea they experience, so this study produces a product design in the form of a dysmenorrhea handling module for schools and female adolescents. Keywords: Dysmenorrhea, Self Care Module, Adolescents
