Abstract

This study aims to identify the actions of health workers in preventing the effects of N95 masks. The research method used is literature review through electronic databases and websites, namely Pubmed, Proquest, ScienceDirect and Wiley. The results showed that from 9 research articles, there were articles that reported that the use of bandages was effective in preventing injury and providing comfort, there were also articles that wrote no harm but caused discomfort and there were those who reported more pressure injuries with the use of bandages than those who did not use a dressing. In conclusion, preventive measures by using sanitary napkins when wearing an N95 mask can be applied, although further research is still needed to determine its effectiveness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the innovation optimization program for the supervision of the head of the room to improve quality services at Hospital X Bogor. The method used is a pilot project through problem identification, problem analysis, problem priority setting, Plan of Action (POA), implementation and evaluation. The results showed that there was a decrease in the number of poor abilities and a fairly good increase in the capacity of the head of the room in conducting supervision, each of which was 12 people (37.5%). The results also show differences in abilities before and after the socialization of the optimization of the supervision program. In conclusion, the implementation of the supervision of the head of the room at Hospital X Bogor after the innovation optimization program of supervision can be categorized as quite good and affects increasing the head of the room to carry out supervision. Abstract

This study aims to analyze segmentation, target market and market position in the product marketing mix of the executive clinic of the Oral Dental Hospital (RSGM) X Jakarta City. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that in the segmentation analysis, most visits to the clinic were women of productive age, predominantly from outside the DKI Jakarta area, dominant payments were out of pocket and insurance, and the dominant type of service used was executive service. Targeting analysis shows that the best market determination strategy for RSGM X is multi-targeting. Strengthening positioning at RSGM X can be done by prioritizing superior products, brand attributes and the quality of services provided. In conclusion, RSGM X prioritizes services with adjustments to health protocols through marketing strategies with segmentation, target and position concepts and is supported by the right marketing mix. Abstract

This study aims to describe an innovation program in optimizing nursing logistics management. The method used is in the form of an innovation program through a problem solving approach that starts from problem identification, problem analysis with fishbone diagrams, preparation of POA, implementation with PDCA, evaluation and gap analysis with literature review. The innovation program was applied to the head of the room, team leader and implementing nurses totaling 108 people recruited by purposive sampling using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that: 1) the identification stage, still needs to be done to improve the management of nursing logistics; 2) the evaluation stage, E-Logistics and Tele-Logistics can be used as a planning and controlling instruments, simplify the logistics planning process, can prevent stockouts and overstocks, simplify the linen handover system, improve the quality of nursing care. In conclusion, E-Logistics and Tele-Logistics help improve the implementation of nursing logistics management. Keywords: E-Logistics, Optimizing Logistics Management, Tele-Logistics

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the SBAR method of handover management innovation in improving effective communication. The method used is a case study that starts from the process of identification, analysis, problem priority setting, plan of action (POA), implementation and evaluation. Data collection was done by interview, observation and survey methods. The results of the priority problems were analyzed using fishbone analysis. The results showed that the SBAR method of handover management innovation influenced the team leader's ability to carry out handovers. The evaluation results show that 75% of the team leaders can properly fill out handover forms and submit handovers using the SBAR method. In conclusion, the SBAR method of handover management innovation can be used to improve handover capabilities to improve effective communication. Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of PEWS in identifying emergencies in pediatric patients in the emergency department and evaluating the degree of clinical deterioration in pediatric patients several hours before being in critical condition. The method used is a systematic review. The article search was adjusted to the research question formulation with the PICO formula using sources from the ScienceDirect, ClinicalKey and Google Scholar databases. The results showed that the use of PEWS was very effective in detecting emergencies in pediatric patients. PEWS can also determine the level of intervention and pediatric care. In conclusion, PEWS can be used as a monitoring tool because it can assist nurses in monitoring and controlling the child's condition to provide reports as quickly as possible to the doctor regarding the worsening of the child's condition. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the benefits of digital-based interventions in influencing the function of attention and self-regulation in children with ADHD. The method used is a systematic review through the search for articles adapted to the formulation of research questions with the PICO formula in the Proquest, ScienceDirect and Scopus databases. The results showed that digital interventions based on the web, cellular and virtual reality applications designed according to the therapy requirements of ADHD children in the form of structured games, short stories, animated videos, scheduling and daily activity notes with several assignments to be completed were able to effectively increase attention/attention and improve self-regulatory behavior (emotions, planning and organizing) children with ADHD. In conclusion, intervention with digital therapy proved effective in increasing attention/attention and self-regulatory behavior in ADHD children. Abstract

This study aims to describe the understanding of the residents of Dusun Diccekang, Moncongloe Village, Maros on environmental health by using the Community Nursing Care approach. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive random sampling. The results showed that there are still Dusun Dicekang residents who throw garbage (24%) and wastewater (32%) carelessly, water reservoirs at home contain larvae (40%) and as many as 36% of households still lack knowledge. In conclusion, the understanding of the residents of Diccekang Hamlet, Moncongloe Maros Village is quite good, but there are still some residents who have a poor understanding of environmental health. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) intervention in overcoming the fear of relapse in cancer patients. The research method used is a systematic review using five databases, namely Scopus, CINAHL, Embase, PubMed and Google search. The results showed that the provision of CBT intervention proved effective in reducing the fear of relapse in cancer patients. Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of excellent service at Pandak II Public Health Center Bantul Yogyakarta. The method used is qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews with providers and users of nursing services at the Puskesmas. The validity of the data is done by the triangulation method. The results showed that the themes obtained were: 1) giving a sense of pleasure; 2) friendly and attentive; 3) satisfying as expected; 4) promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services; 5) nursing education facilities; 6) limitations of two-way communication; 7) individual leadership and management style; 8) professional; 9) success of government programs; 10) regulation of the application of nursing care in primary care; 11) HR management; 12) time management; 13) friendliness, attention, speed, thoroughness. In conclusion, there are 13 themes perceived by participants related to excellent service in primary care. Keywords: Patient, Primary Health Service, Excellent Service, Nurse, Public Health Center
