Abstract

This study aims to apply the identification of left and right oblique modifications to reduce back pain after percutaneous coronary intervention based on the results of Evidence-Based Practice Nursing (EBPN) research. The research method used is a case study. The case study in this innovative design is a case study by applying research results in identifying left and right oblique modifications to reduce back pain post-percutaneous coronary intervention. The results showed that adjusting the correct oblique and left diagonal positions was carried out after two hours of cardiac catheterization, namely for 30 minutes (15 minutes in the correct oblique position and 15 minutes in the left oblique position). In conclusion, giving accurate diagonal left oblique work is carried out in patients who experience post PCI back pain at the time of the study, having a pain scale of 5. After being given intervention, the pain scale is reduced to 3. Keywords: PCI, PJK, Right and Left Tilt Position

Abstract

Based on previous studies ' results, this study aims to examine interventions that impact brain tumor survivors' quality of life. The method used is a literature study. Article search through Science Direct, Pubmed, and Google Scholar databases. The search keywords are brain tumor, QOL, RCT, and Intervention. The Boolean logic used is "AND" and "OR". The search also activates special filters such as article type: research article, access type: open access & open archive, and text availability, free full text. The results showed that the five themes that passed the selection were reviewed. Based on the articles reviewed, this study found that various interventions positively impacted the quality of life of brain tumor survivors. The interventions include yoga, health promotion based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and peer support (the Ohana project), high-quality nursing, pilates-based group therapy, and ski training. The conclusions in this study illustrate the positive benefits of various interventions given to the quality of life of brain tumor survivors. These interventions include yoga, health promotion based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), peer support (the Ohana project), high-quality nursing, group therapy-based pilates, and ski training. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview and ideas from published research results regarding the effectiveness of the kangaroo treatment for weight gain in LBW. The method used is a systematic review using a search strategy on eight electronic databases: Taylor & Francis Online, ProQuest, Semantic Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, EBSCOhost, and Google Scholar. The keywords used in the search were (premature OR "low birth weight infant") AND ("kangaroo mother care" OR "kangaroo care") AND ("weight gain" OR growth OR "infant weight gain"). The results showed that most kangaroo treatments are intermittent PMK, namely PMK given at any time, usually when parents visit their babies. The duration of PMK implementation varies between 30 minutes in one day to 20 hours in one day. In conclusion, the kangaroo method treatment is proven to be effective in increasing the baby's weight compared to conventional treatments that are usually done. Abstract

This study aims to collect relevant information on the effectiveness of complementary therapies in treating sleep disturbances in patients undergoing routine hemodialysis. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting and reviewing several published articles regarding the role, use, and effect of complementary therapy in patients on routine hemodialysis with sleep disturbance problems. The results showed the effectiveness of complementary therapies such as music therapy, acupressure, and Benson's relaxation in overcoming sleep disturbances and improving patients' sleep quality. In conclusion, the three complementary therapies can overcome sleep disturbances and improve hemodialysis patients' sleep quality. However, of the three therapies, the authors concluded that Benson's relaxation intervention was an intervention that had better effectiveness than other complementary therapies. Abstract

This research aims to identify problems in reporting patient safety incidents, conduct analysis, prepare a plan of action, implement innovations in the form of integrated patient safety incident reporting culture management through the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), and carry out evaluations. The research method used is a case report using the ADDIE approach to managing an integrated patient safety incident reporting culture through the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The research results show that the culture of reporting patient safety incidents is not yet optimal, incident reporting has yet to be integrated through SIMRS, and there are no guidelines and Standard Operational Procedures (SPO) for reporting patient safety incidents through SIMRS. In conclusion, incident reporting is influenced by various factors, namely human factors (not all safety incidents have been reported, not yet knowing how to report patient safety incidents using SIMRS), materials (work instructions already exist (manual reporting flow SOP, reporting SPO, and writing via the Home Management Information System Hospital (SIMRS) does not yet exist) method (Integrated incident reporting flow with SIMRS does not yet exist), and machine (Reporting application via the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) does not yet exist). Abstract

This study aimed to determine the levels of sodium cyclamate in candied fruit and to analyze the relationship between knowledge and behavior of food handlers in the Household Food Industry (IPRT). This research method is descriptive-analytic using a cross-sectional design. The research location was in Jambi City, and samples were tested in the Baiturahim Jambi STIKes Mathematics and Natural Sciences laboratory involving 50 selections for examining sodium cyclamate content and 35 food handlers at the candied fruit IPRT in Jambi City. Knowledge, behavior, and sodium cyclamate content data were analyzed using the chi-Square test. The results of the study were that of 35 IPRT food handlers, and there were 29 food handlers with high knowledge (82.9%), there were 21 food handlers with good behavior (60.%), 16 samples of candied fruit that were positive (≥ 3.00 mg/Kg). There is no relationship between knowledge and sodium cyclamate content in candied fruit, p-value > 0.05, and there is a relationship between food handler behavior and sodium cyclamate content, with p-value <0.05. The research concludes that there are still many sweets in Jambi City that contain positive sodium cyclamate and are related to the behavior of food handlers and not related to their behavior. Keywords: Candied Fruit, Sodium Cyclamate, Knowledge, Behavior
