Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and motivation. At La Tansa Mashiro College. simultaneously and partially significant in improving the performance of employees at La Tansa Mashiro College. Respondents in the study conducted by taking a sample of 63 people, the data collected by using a questionnaire with a list of questions, the analysis technique.  The data used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 for windows. While partially variables no significant effecton the performance of employees at La Tansa Mashiro College. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis proved that the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and performance of employees simultaneously and partially significant in improving the performance of employees at La Tansa Mashiro College. The implicationsof this study, is the employee's performance. Must be improved,  especially in terms of : the work must comply with the standards, the ability to complete the work and attitude of cooperationof employees in completing the work.  Motivation should be  strengthened, especially in terms of communication and attention superiors to subordinates,  superiors support to providea good example.  Employees should be improved, especially in terms of: the responsibility for the work and maintain a good working atmmosphere on the job.

Abstract

There are still disparities of income received by employees, especially in the mechanical parts. Which in practice both old and new employees there are differences in income that impact on the productivity of new employees. And mutual rely on the work appeared as lacking fairness of the payment by the company, in which employment and hours of work they do together and help each other. And productivity levels seen in public transport companies PO. Rudi showed a decrease and less than the maximum. This study has the formulation of the problem: 1. How remuneration in the public transport company PO. Rudi 2. How does the productivity of labor on public transport company PO. Rudi 3. Is there any influence on the productivity of labor wages in the public transport company PO. Rudi. This study aims: 1. To find out how the remuneration on public transport company PO. Rudi. 2. To know how is labor productivity in the public transport company PO. Rudi. 3. To determine the effect of the salary increase employee productivity in the public transport company PO. Rudi.The method used in this study is causal and quantitative research with a sample of 80 respondents, using the technique of saturated sample, the data collection technique used observation, questionnaire, literature study, data analysis techniques using regression analysis, Spearman correlation rank, the coefficient of determination, t test.

Abstract

The number of tax payers is increase for years . But, it is not balanced with the level of tax compliance. The compliance problem becomes an obstacle in optimizing the tax revenue. This study examines the level of compliance of individual taxpayers  in Pandeglang by using several independent variables s uch as awareness of the tax payer and the service tax authorities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence  of  awareness  of  the  taxpayer  and  the  service  tax  authorities  against  an individual taxpayer compliance.  The population of this study is individual taxpayers. Based on data from the KPP  Pratama  Pandeglang,  until  the  end  of  2015  there  were  89.193  individual taxpayers.  Not  all  population  have  been  used  in  this  study  to  the  time  and  cost  efficiency. Therefore, carried out the sampling. Sampl ing was  done by simple random sampling  method.  The  number  of  sample  is  100  people.  Primary  data  collection method  used  is  a  survey  method  using  questionnaires  media.  Data  analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of multiple regression analys is.  Based on the results of the analysis undertaken concluded that awareness of the tax payer and the service tax authorities have a positive and significant impact on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to the possibility of whether performance is influenced by work discipline, competence and work motivation. Using a causal study through a survey of Bappeda employees of Lebak Regency, Indonesia, for a sample of 40 employees, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an effect of work discipline on job satisfaction, there is an influence of competence on job satisfaction, there is an influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, and there is an influence of work discipline, competence and work motivation together on job satisfaction.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of work discipline, competence, and work motivation in planning and developing human resources at Bappeda Lebak Regency.

Abstract

The purchase decision is one of the important things that must be considered and used as an evaluation material for the company, because the purchase decisionwill affect the level of sales which if the level of sales decreases will have an impacton the company's profit. This study aims to determine whether there is a large influence of price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee.The research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach,which explains a problem based on data in the form of numbers (statistical data). Thepopulation used in this study is consumers who have made purchases at e-commerceshopee in the Lebak Regency with a population of 2017 as many as 1,288,103, using the formula of Slovin with an error rate of 10%, the sample obtained by 100 consumers. Data collection techniques used are the list of literature reviews andonline questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis,multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test.Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression, the equation Y = 8,714+ 0,287 + 0,568 is obtained. This can be interpreted that the constant value of thevariable value of 0.8,714 states that if the value of the price and type of promotionalmedia is a constant = 0, then the constant value for the purchase decision is 8,714%and the value of the price regression coefficient that each addition of 1 score makes the purchase decision will increased by 0.287 (28,7%) and the regression coefficient value of the type of promotional media that each addition of 1 score then the purchase decision will increase by 0.568 (56,8%). Based on the Sperman rank correlation calculation shows that the price relationship to the purchase decision has a very low relationship that is equal to 0,473 and the type of media Promotion relationship to the purchase decision has a low relationship of 0.631. And based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.457. Which implies that the effect of price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions is 45,7%. While 55,3% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers. Based on the t test results obtained that t-count> t-table (0.008 <0.05) for the price and (0.001 <0.05) for the type of promotional media. And the level of significance <significant level (0,000 <0.05). So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So there is an influence between price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Regional Original Income on Economic Growth in the Regency / City of Banten Province in 2012-2015. In this study the independent variable is Regional Original Income (PAD), while the dependent variable is Economic Growth.The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. With the data used, namely the financial overview and also the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), which is to determine the annual economic growth rate in the 2012-2015 observation period. The data analysis technique in this study used the Normality Test, Simple Regression Equation Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Analysis, and Significant Analysis (t test).The results of this study indicate that it is known that the result of tcount is the result of tcount of 654 and ttable 1,697 (attached). For the level of error α = 0.05 and df = 32-2 (df = 30), then based on table t in the attachment, the ttable value is 1.697, thus compared to tcount <ttable (654 <1.697) so that it falls in the rejection area H0 (H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected). And based on the significance value of the output of SPSS sig.0.0518 <0.05 means that it is influential but not significant. This means that the research on Regional Original Income (PAD) has an effect on Economic Growth but is not significant.

Abstract

This correlational research is aimed at obtaining information related to possibility whether carrer is related by leadership style and carrer development. The research was conducted at the BAPPEDA by using survey method with correlational applied in testing hypothesis. Sevently five participants were selected as samples by boring sampling. The result indicate that carrer development has the greatest influence. Based on the finding it could be concluded that variation of the carrer development might have been related by the variation of leadership style and carrer develompnet. Abstract

This study aims to prove the three hypotheses proposed, namely: (1) whether the effectiveness affects profitabilias ?, (2) does the profitability affect the formation of corporate value ?, and (3) whether the efficiency affects the value of the company ?. The study was conducted by using secondary data taken from summary financial reports of multinational companies from various sectors. The sample in this study used 24 companies consisting of 240 data. To summarize the results of this study using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis used in the discussion. Based on the calculation, this study concludes that the efficiency of the company through asset management affect the formation of profitability, as well as the value of the company. But profitability is not able to prove significantly.

Nowadays, public accounting firm is an organization a lot of challenges and problems at the same time, as business competition is very tough. The growing number of professional auditors who work in the organization, the professionalism of auditors and job satisfaction on performance. A quantitative analysis was used to identify current auditor performance. Its approach was used to explain the effect of proffesionalism and job satisfaction on auditor performance. In addition to it, activities which are related to proffesionalism, job satisfaction, and auditor performance are described.

Abstract

The alternative used in investing by investors is stocks, because the profits obtained are greater so that the funds needed by investors to invest are less than bonds. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous effect of Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices.This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the population included in this study are companies that are included in the food and beverage sector index, namely companies that have been considered to have accountable performance and meet the performance required by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. covering the food and beverage sector. So that only 9 companies for 4 periods.Return On Equity has a significant effect on stock prices. Debt To Equity Ratio does not have a significant effect on stock prices. it can be concluded that the variable Return On Equity (X1), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) has a significant effect on Stock Price (Y).
