Abstract

Government performance can be seen from the performance of employees or government officials. Competence is one of the main abilities that every employee must have. Motivation becomes a driving force for employees to carry out an activity in order to get the best results. The problems in this study are: The management of archives which is considered not optimal and not in accordance with the mechanism, the low ability of employees to complete work or tasks that are not rated maximally, the level of employee discipline is still low because if an employee is motivated he will come on time. This study aims to determine how much influence competence and motivation have on employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Lebak Regency. This research method used is quantitative. The population is 40 people consisting of Civil Servants and Non Civil Servants. The sampling technique used was Boring Sample sampling. The results of the study state that competence has a positive and significant influence between the competency variable on employee performance, with a value (X1) tcount> ttable (5.091> 1.687). While motivation has tcount> ttable 3,616 ˃ 1,687) then H2 is accepted, it means that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. And the F test shows that Fcount> F table (42.703> 3.25), it can be concluded that competence and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. The conclusion is that there is an influence between competence, work motivation on employee performance in the PMD Kab. Lebak. Suggestions from research: the competence of each employee must be more capable, and motivation is another thing that must be considered by superiors, the quality of employee performance must be improved and leadership must be firm.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between corporate strategy, corporate culture and compensation on job performance among the employees at Prima Rezeki Pertiwi Company in Banten. The subjects of this research were 60 employees selected as samples by using boring sampling technique taken from the overall population of 60 employees. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a questionnaire. The effect technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regressive and correlation procedure. The result proved that the employees’ performance was positively affected by the corporate strategy, corporate culture and compensation at Prima Rezeki Pertiwi Company in Banten, and the compensation was positively affected by the corporate strategy and the corporate culture. The findings suggest that the variation of the job performance of the employees might have been affected by the corporate strategy, corporate culture and the compensation.

Abstract

Profitability is one of the ways used to assess the extent to which a company's ability to capitalize on the normal activities of the business is the management of raw materials into finished goods ready for sale and profit from the sales proceeds. The level of return on asset can be affected by many factors, one satunnya is inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and total asset turnover. Penellitian aims to study the effect of inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and total asset turnover on return on asset in garment and textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is all garment and textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling method in order to obtain the 14 companies that qualify for the research sample. This study uses regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables consisting of inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and total asset turnover. From the results of data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 20.0. Found regression equation Y '= 1.474 - 0,135X1 - 8,384X3 + 0,926X2 +  e, results of this study indicate that the inventory turnover does not affect the return on asset evidenced by nillai greater significance than 0,782 alpha > 0.05. Accounts receivable turnover significantly influence return on asset with significant value 0.000 < 0.05. Total asset turnover significant positive effect on return on asset with significant value 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously variable inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and total asset turnover affect the return on assets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of census partner recruitment in the Central Statistics Agency of Lebak Regency in 2019 which includes the census partner recruitment process, census partner selection process, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and ways to overcome obstacles in census partner recruitment .Data collection methods in this study were by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The stages in the data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research informant chosen for the key informant is the Head of BPS of Lebak Regency who can provide complete information as well as relevant to the research objectives. While supporting informants, namely, Head of Sub-Division of Administration, Chair of Census Implementers and Employees of BPS in Lebak Regency. The data validity checking technique is done by triangulation techniques. The triangulation model used is source triangulation and method triangulation.The results showed that the implementation of census partner recruitment went through several stages, namely the acceptance of applications, administrative examinations, selection of prospective census partners, interviews, and acceptance decisions. Qualifications determined for prospective census partners are attractive appearance, maximum age of 55 years, minimum education of high school or equivalent, mastering the skills needed in the census activities offered, hard working and able to work in teams, honestly resilient and conscientious, creative and communicative. Sources of census partner recruitment come from inside and outside the Organization. Census partners who come from within the Organization through Interventions from Organic Employees. For methods from outside the applicants who submit applications to the Organization.

Abstract

The supervisor in preparing this thesis is Mr. Dr. Yumhi, S., M.M and Dr. Wildan, S.I.P., M.M.This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on the MMI (Kagumi) Teacher Cooperative in Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school.The population in this study were all customers in the MMI (Kagumi) Teacher Cooperative according to grade level from grade 1 to 6 (1 junior high school to 3 high school) as many as 3077 students male and female students. Whereas the questionnaires were 337 male/female students of 6/3 high school Daar el-Qolam Islamic Boarding School, a sample of 91 people and as many as 28 from goods suppliers were taken using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique using the Yamane Rakhmad formula which states that if population of more than 100, the sample taken is 10% or more. Data retrieval techniques used method of documentation/questionnaire (questionnaire) to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research method is a quantitative method. Data analysis using Multiple Regression Analysis.Correlation calculation results show a very strong relationship where service quality (Variable X1) and customer satisfaction (Variable X2) is related to service loyalty (Variable Y). The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality and customer satisfaction will increase service loyalty. And the results obtained from this study can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant positive effect on service loyalty of MMI (Kagumi) Teacher Cooperative Daar el-Qolam Islamic Boarding School, Gintung Jayanti Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on changes in earnings, measure the condition of the company and find out how much influence the position of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratios significantly on changes in earnings.The method used is descriptive method with a case study approach and uses secondary data. The population used is a pharmaceutical sub-sector company in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 10 companies and the sample is 6 companies.Based on the results of testing that has been done the results of the t test show that Current Ratiot does not have a significant effect on earnings changes where thitung <ttable (-0.885 <2.052) and its significance value (0.401> 0.05) means that H0 is acceptable and H1 is rejected. While Debt to Equity Ratio t count (-0.715 <2.052) and its significance value (0.481> 0.05) which means that Debt to Equity Ratio does not significantly influence earnings changes and this means that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. And based on the test results f, Fcount> Ftable (0.365 <3.34) and the significance value of 0.698> 0.05 means that H0 can be accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneous Current variable Ratiodan Debt to Equity Ratio does not have a significant effect on changes in earnings and this means that H0 is accepted and H3 is rejected. Based on the results and data analysis, the minimum value, maximum value and average value for each company are obtained. The management must be able to improve good financial performance, especially to increase Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and changes in earnings because this is the most important assessment for investors to invest their funds in the company, the better financial performance, the better to convince investors to invest funds.

Abstract

This research is intended to look for factors related to teacher career. This study uses quantitative associative surveys using correlational analysis techniques, which aim to know the general description of the relationship of career management style and career motivation to career. The study population was all teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah YAUMIN Kabupaten Lebak, which amounted to 34 teachers. The sample of the study is part of the study population, which amounted to 34 teachers taken by using Boring Sampling.In this study there are two independent variables, namely career management style and career motivation that has a direct positive relationship to career.Referring to the results of this study can be concluded that the career will be achieved maximally if enhanced career management style and fit with career motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Mudharabah Financing on Return On Equity (ROE) on Islamic banks registered at Bank Indonesia. In this research, the independent variable is Mudharabah financing income, while the dependent variable is Return on Equity (ROE).This type of research used in this research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Normality Test, Simple Regression Equation Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Analysis, and Significant Analysis (t test).The results of this study indicate that mudharabah financing has a significant influence on Islamic banks in Bank Indonesia for the period 2013-2017. The t test results obtained a significant value of 0.031 that the significance value is smaller than the error level of 0.05, which means that when net income falls and capital rises, mudharabah financing at Islamic banks will increase. Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant influence on Islamic banks in Bank Indonesia for the period 2013-2017. Evidenced by the regression coefficient states that each change in mudharabah financing by one unit then the Return On Equity (ROE) will increase by 0.019. Mudharabah Financing has a significant effect on Return On Equity in Islamic Banks registered with Bank Indonesia for the 2013-2017 Period

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain empirical about the direct influence of organizational culture of leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment lecturer. In addition this study aimed to obtain empirically the direct impact of leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques. The population in this study are all university professors Jayabaya much as 134 people. A sample taken from the population of 100 people by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion presented produce the following findings: (1) There is a direct effect of the positive leadership organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (2) There is a direct effect of the positive leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational climate on employee performance. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with 72 respondents consisting of Lebak District Health Office Staff. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire to obtain data. Development of instruments through a variable indicator framework and testing instruments, as well as testing reliability and validity. The results showed that: (1) organizational commitment had a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, (2) organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational climate.
