Abstract

This study is to examine the effect of Financial Performance and Good Corporate Governance Mechanisms on Earnings Management in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Merchandise Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. Using secondary data with a sampling technique using purposive sampling as many as 11 companies from 52 company populations over a period of 5 years. Statistical testing using the SPSS version 22 application.The results of the partial test yielded that Return on Assets (ROA) had a negative and insignificant effect on earnings management, the Board of Commissioners had a negative and insignificant effect on earnings management. Institutional Ownership had a positive and insignificant effect on earnings management. Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on earnings management. The Audit Committee has a positive and insignificant effect on earnings management. Simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Audit Committee have a simultaneous effect on earnings management.

Abstract

A company value can have a positive impact on the company itself, its stakeholders, and its shareholders. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Market Value Added and Debt to Equity Ratio on a company value that is proxied in the metal industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The population in this study were 13 metal industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. And using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS v.20 program. The results of research on the product moment correlation analysis show that the relationship between Market Value added to firm value has a moderate correlation value, then the Debt to Equity Ratio to firm value has a very low correlation. The multiple correlation analysis test has a moderate relationship between the independent interval and the dependent variable. The results for the t test showed the effect of Market Value Added on firm value partially, while the debt to equity ratio variable partially had no effect on firm value. As for the f test, there is a significant influence between Market Value Added and Debt to Equity Ratio on firm value simultaneously. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the simultaneous Market Value Added and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on firm value. And partially only Market Value Added which has a significant effect while Debt to Equity has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rampant crime of money laundering (TPPU) that occurs in Indonesia and the conditions of the anti-money laundering and prevention of terrorism financing (APU PPT) regime. One of the institutions that are members of the APU PPT regime is the Financial Transaction Analysis Reporting Center (PPATK) which acts as the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of PPATK in AML-CFT efforts amid COVID-19 by considering the new trend of money laundering typology. This research was conducted with a qualitative method using snowball sampling in data collection. So as to get the findings of research on the role of INTRAC in accordance with Law no. 8 of 2010 in the aspect of AML and CFT efforts and the role of the PPATK is able to produce the latest money laundering typology data, including responses to dealing with money laundering typology trends that will emerge in the future. And the results show that the role of PPATK in receiving reports and analyzing reports on information related to money laundering is the largest contributor to the identification of money laundering typologies and the role of PPATK in dealing with the impact of the pandemic in 2020 shows rapid adaptation and response both in terms of public services and performance in the prevention and eradication of money laundering.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the effect of return on assets, return on equity, and debt ratio on financial distress in Textile and Garment's companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2013-2018 period both partially and simultaneously. The method used quantitative research and descriptive with purposive sampling. We used 66 data from 11 companies, then analyzed using logistic regression to conclude. It was concluded that the results of the coefficient of determination using Nagelkerke's R Square of 73.6%. The results of the hypothesis test of this study that is either partially or simultaneously return on assets, return on equity, and debt ratio influence and significantly to financial distress.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in achieving goals for the company. Good human resource management can be seen from the performance level of these employees. Many factors influence employee performance in a company, including leadership style, job satisfaction and work motivation. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and work motivation together on employee performance at PT. Farmsco Feed Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Farmsco Feed Indonesia, amounting to 1270 people. The research sample is a number of population members whose collection uses a random sampling technique whose number is determined to be 93 people using the Slovin formula. Data analysis using descriptive-inferential analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a very significant influence on the leadership style variable on employee performance (2) there is a very significant influence of the Job Satisfaction variable on Employee Performance (3) there is a very significant influence on the work motivation variable on employee performance (4) there is a very significant influence on the variable Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation simultaneously (jointly) on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Motivation either partially or simultaneously on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Lebak Regency.The independent variable in this study is organizational climate and work motivation and the dependent variable is job satisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method which is analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The sample was taken by simple random sampling method with the Yamane formula where the respondents were 56 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The statistical test used is data normality testing, multicollinearity, heterocdasticity, autocorrelation, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing (t test) using the help of the SPSS V 21 program.The results showed that partially organizational climate has no positive effect but has a significant effect on job satisfaction. And the research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously or together that organizational climate and work motivation affect job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Lebak Regency. The dominant variable that affects job satisfaction is work motivation.The conclusion from the results of the recapitulation of responses is categorized as quite good, namely, the responses of respondents regarding Organizational Climate with a percentage of 80.2%, Work Motivation having a percentage of 73.6%. And Job Satisfaction has a percentage of 73% which is good enough. Organizational climate and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Broiler chicken is a business that can improve the welfare of business people, both plasma (breeders), and core (companies). In these efforts, many factors determine the success or failure of business activities, including: feed efficiency as measured by the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR), mortality rate (mortality), speed of harvest time, and DOC quality.The research was carried out using quantitative methods. The study population is the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) data and recorded benefits from July 2017 to June 2018 as many as 32 data obtained from 4 plasma (chicken breeders) and 8 plasma periods of each period. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses descriptive-inferential analysis.The results showed that: (1) the average value of the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) showed very good results, namely less than the FCR Standards set by the company; (2) the profits obtained by Plasma each period are volatile; and (3) there is an effect of the influence of the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) on the benefits of broiler breeders in the Partnership Pattern with CV. Taat Mitra Bersinar Tangerang. The effect is inversely proportional. If the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) gets smaller, then the benefits of broiler chicken breeders will be even greater, and vice versa.The study concluded that there was an effect of the effect of Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) on the benefits of broiler breeders in the Partnership Pattern with CV. Taat Mitra Bersinar Tangerang. Furthermore, it is recommended that this study be developed with a larger sample size. It is also recommended to do research with other methods and with factors other than the Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) factor.

Abstract

Health workers are vulnerable to psychosocial hazards and experience burnout syndrome, especially during a pandemic. Both of these things can cause a person to have a desire to change jobs. High turnover rates, especially in areas of work that lack manpower, such as in the health sector, will be a direct or indirect economic problem. This study aims to determine the effect of psychosocial hazards and burnout syndrome on the desire to change jobs in health workers in hospitals. The research uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with primary data from health workers taken using the convenient sampling technique at a hospital in the municipality of Central Jakarta, Indonesia, from March 2021 to May 2021. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using PLS. -SEM. The results showed that psychosocial hazards and burnout syndrome had a positive effect on the desire to change jobs for health workers.

Abstract

This study aims to find factors that can explain task performance at LPMP Provinsi Banten. The analysis was carried out by examining the effect of transformational and transactional leadership, work behavior, and work innovation on task performance. The research approach used a quantitative survey from a total population of 87 people. 72 samples came from LPMP employees of Provinsi Banten. An interesting finding from this study is the partial and simultaneous effect of the dependent and independent variables. Simultaneous testing by paying attention to the R Square value of 0.540, means that simultaneously the effect of transformational and transactional leadership, work behavior, and work innovation on task performance is 54% while the remaining 46% is influenced by other factors outside of this research model. These results conclude that simultaneously and partially, transformational and transactional leadership, work behavior, and work innovation can be used as predictor variables for task performance. The findings show that leaders must realize that increasing transformational leadership styles, work behavior, work innovation will help improve employee task performance by providing motivation, providing equal opportunities, competency-based training, strengthening the sense of kinship among employees, bringing people together with suitable jobs and positions. , provides clarity of tasks and targets that must be achieved and encourages employees to work actively by providing rewards for outstanding employees. This method will boost the morale of other employees to make the best achievements for the Institute.

Abstract

Intention of this research is to know Economic Added value influence ( EVA) And Earning Per Share ( EPS) to share return at company of pharmacy which list in Effect Exchange Indonesia ( BEI).Methodologies which is used in this research of  comparability causal  that is explaining  relation  between variable.  And Method data collecting in this research through secunder data collecting and book study. In this research of  researcher use pharmacy sector manufacturing business which list in Effect Exchange Indonesia period 2011-2015 as research object. And  Population and this research sampel is 6 company which list in BEI.The hypothesis of this study is to describe not or the relationship between the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock return either partially or simultaneously, and the results concluded that the partial Economic Value Added (EVA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) has no effect on return shares, while simultaneously Economic Value Added (EVA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) effect on the company's stock return Pharmaceutical period 2011-2015.
