JURNAL PSIMAWA: Diskursus Ilmu psikologi dan Pendidikan merupakan jurnal berkala ilmiah yang dipublikasi oleh Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa terbit setahun dua kali, yakni bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal Psimawa berisikan tulisan ilmiah berupa hasil penelitian, survei, gagasan konseptual atau hasil pemikiran reflektif yang kritis tentang diskursus ilmu-ilmu psikologi dan pendidikan yang disajikan secara sistematik dengan menggunakan gaya selingkung. Jurnal ini menerima tulisan dosen, peneliti, mahasiswa dan serta pemerhati dalam bidang-bidang psikologi dan pendidikan.

Bahasa Bima adalah satu bahasa yang dituturkan oleh sekitar 610 ribu orang, namun jumlah ini belum termasuk penutur di luar pulau Sumbawa dan Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni membuat map dengan menggunakan GIS dan mendeskripsikan proses fonologis dan perubahan leksikon diantara dua dialek. Metode campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan untuk menghitung distribus permutasi, menganalisa proses fonologis dan perubahan leksikon. Teori fonologi generatif Schane digunakan untuk menganalisa proses fonologis dan teori perubahan leksikon Crowley digunakan untuk menganalisa perubahan leksikon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada 262 perbedaan fonologis dan leksikon antara dua dialek. Ditunjukkan dengan dikonstruksinya 262 peta persebaran bunyi yang berbeda antara dua dialek. Beberapa perubahan fonologis seperti asimilasi, penambahan vocal atau konsonan yang disebut dengan epintesis, dan penghilangan vocal dan konsonan awal. Dari data temuan itu, perubahan leksikon menunjukkan perubahan yang sangat signifikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan deskripsi kesejahteraan psikologis mantan pekerja perempuan yang menerima tindakan yang tidak menyenangkan selama proses migrasi atau saat kembali ke rumah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah tiga wanita yang berdomisili di Desa Sebasang Kabupaten Sumbawa yang memiliki latar belakang profesional sebagai mantan pekerja wanita. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dua subjek (AA dan N) memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik karena mereka telah mampu memenuhi semua aspek penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Sementara itu, NZ menunjukkan hasil sebaliknya. Kesulitan untuk memenuhi kesejahteraan psikologisnya disebabkan oleh rendahnya penerimaan terhadap pengalaman dan masa lalunya yang bekerja sebagai mantan pekerja migran yang pada akhirnya memberi dampak pada persepsi dia tentang mendefinisikan kehidupan yang bermakna.

This study aim to determine the relationship between learning difficulties and learning achievement of fourth grade students of SDN 11 Sumbawa. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. The research subject was taken using a population study approach with a total of 70 4th grade students of Sumbawa 11 Elementary School. The research data was obtained by using report and scale report value scoring instruments to scale using the scale of learning difficulties. Learning difficulty scale consist of 28 items with a validity coefficient between 0.310 to 0.794 and a reliability coefficient of 0.739. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between Learning Difficulties and Learning Achievement correlation coefficient value (rxy) of 0.419 with p count = 0.0001 / p<0.05. Based on the average calculation in general, based on the results of the study the relationship between learning difficulties and learning achievement was in the medium category. Based on the results of calculations for data obtained from the scale of Learning Difficulties, from 70 subjects there were 8 subjects (11.4%) in the very high category, 6 subjects (8.6%) in the high category, 34 subjects (48.6 %) were in the medium category, 21 subjects (30%) were in the low category, and 1 subject (1.4%) were in the very low category. While the results of calculations for the data obtained from Learning Achievement of 70 subjects found 3 subjects (4.3%) were in the very high category, 14 subjects (20%) were in the high category, 36 subjects (51.4%) were in the category moderate, 15 subjects (21.4%) were in the low category, and 2 subjects (2.9%) were in the very low category.

This study aims to determine how is the correlation between self-compassion and self-disclosure, as well as the general picture of self-compassion and self-disclosure in teenagers at Tritunggal Orphanage of Sumbawa. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The research subjects were taken using population study approach with 60 teenagers in Tritunggal Orphanage of Sumbawa. Research data were obtained by using research instruments in the form of two scales, namely self-compassion and self-disclosure. The result of this research shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between self-compassion and self-disclosure with correlation coefficient value (rxy) of 0,496 with p value = 0.0001 / p <0.05. Based on the average calculation in general, the general picture of self-compassion and self-disclosure of teenagers in Tritunggal Orphanage of Sumbawa is in high category.

This study aims to determine the relationship of parental attachment to the learning achievement of TK Sandhy Putra Telkom Sumbawa students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a type of correlational research to find out or test the relationship between two or more variables. The sampling method in this study used a saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 81 people. The instrument in this study consisted of a scale of stickiness and learning achievement obtained from reports on the progress of TK Sandhy Putra Telkom Sumbawa students. The instrument validity test refers to the item correlation total score which states that the item is said to be valid if it has an item correlation total score 3 0.3. Instrument reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula with ? coefficient value 0.868 on the scale of attachment. The results of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of -0.763 with the resulting level of significance of 0.000 (LOS <0.01) means that there is a significant relationship between the level of anxiety with the quality of life of the elderly in Unit I Unit I Sumbawa District Health Center. There is a significant relationship between parent attachment and TK Sandhy Putra Telkom Sumbawa student learning achievement. Negative results (-) show the opposite direction, meaning that the higher the level of attachment of parents, the lower the learning achievement, on the contrary the lower the level of attachment of parents, the higher the learning achievement.

This research aims to know the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic achievement of students. This research used quantitative descriptive approach. The technique of taking sampling is purposive sampling. Withdrawing sampling used Slovin formula and determining sampling representatively were conducted by using cluster sampling. The sample of this research is seventy three students of psychology department in Sumbawa University of Technology. The data of the research was carried out by using instrumental research called self-regulated learning dan academic achievement sheet. The instrument of reliability test using validity constrast based on factor analysis. The result of this research showed that there are positive correlations between self-regulated learning and academic record by value of co-efficiency correlation 0,420 with p value = 0,0001/ p < 0,05 which means the higher it is self-regulated learning of students so the better it is academic achievement, and vice versa. The lower self-regulated learning of students so the lower academic achievement of students. Based on the research output, generally self regulated learning of student faculty of psychology be on average category and their academic achievement be on high level. Self regulated gives effective support on academic record by 17,7 % and 82,3 % was affected by other factors out of this research issues.

This study aims to determine how is the correlation between communication interpersonal and the orientation of religiosity of the students of madrasah aliyah in the pesantren Al-Muthmainnah Sumbawa. This research uses quantitative approach. The research subjects were taken using population study where the subject of the research be taken from the overall population with 142 students of Madrasah Aliyah in the pesantren Al-Muthmainnah Sumbawa. The result of this research shows that there is a correlation between communication interpersonal and the orientation of religiosity with correlation coefficient value (rxy) of 0,687 with p value = 0.0000 / p < 0.05. Based on the average calculation in general, the general picture of communication interpersonal and the orientation of religiosity of the students of madrasah aliyah in the pesantren Al-Muthmainnah Sumbawa is in high category. Based on the calculation for the data obtained from communication interpersonal scale, from 142 subjects, 101 subjects (71 %) are in high category, and 41 subjects (29%) are in moderate category. Meanwhile, from the result of calculation for data obtained from the orientation of religiosity scale, from 142 subjects, 138 subjects (97%) are in high category, and 4 subjects (3%) are in moderate category.

This research aims to know the relationship between long distance marriage and working stress on employees at PT Wiijaya Karya (a project of gas engine power plant 50 MW Sumbawa). This research use correlative quantitative method and psychology scale as an instrument to collecting data. That is likert scale, which it means scale long distance marriage based on aspects couple relationship and working stress based on aspects working stress that had been compiled by the researcher. The result of this research show that there is a positive correlation and the significance between long distance marriage and working stress of employee by value correlation of co-efficient 0,576 and p by 0,0001 / p < 0,05 which is mean the higher employees’ long distance marriage, so the higher employees’ working stress and vice versa. The lower employees’ long distance marriage, so the lower employees’ working stress.

This study aims to determine the emotional regulation of teacher with special needs students who have Qur'anic memorization in guiding and educating children with special needs. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were three accompanying teachers who had taught for more than 1 month at SDIT Insan Qur’ani Sumbawa Besar. Data analysis showed that two subjects (S and M) used memorizing Al-Qur'an as a medium to conduct effective emotional regulation for themselves. Especially subject S who showed better emotion regulation between the two other subjects seen from the cognitive and also emotional expressions that subject S showed when teaching in class. Meanwhile, subject D shows the opposite result. Subject D who has poor emotional regulation does not involve memorizing the Qur'an when feeling negative emotions. There are several factors that researchers found in the field that influence the regulation of emotions possessed by the three subjects namely mood / mood possessed by the subject, readiness to teach, physical condition of the subject while teaching, previous teaching experience, and the extent to which the subject is able to involve the Qur'an in regulating his emotions.

This research aims to know the relationship between self-esteem and anxiety in choosing a spouse in early adult women.This research used quantitative descriptive approach. The technique of taking sampling is purposive sampling. Withdrawing sampling used Slovin formula, the sample of this research is fifty five early adult woman who are not married which is in the Kerato Village. The data of the research was carried out by using instrumental research called self-esteem and anxiety. The instrumen of reliability test using validity constrast. The result of this research showed that there are posiive correlations between self-esteem and anxiety by value of c0-efficiency correlation 0,663 with p value = 0,000/p<0,05 which means the higher it is self-esteem so the better it is anxiety in choosing a spouse, and vice versa. The lower self-esteem so the lower anxiety in choosing a spouse. Based on the research output, generally self-esteem be on high level and anxiety in choosing a spouse be on hight level.
