Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived ease of donating and the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS interest using fintech crowdfunding. Sample this research is 86 respondents of students at the Islamic Studies Faculty of UIKA Bogor. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and the technical analysis used is multiple linear regressions. The results showed the variable Ease of Donation Ease of Interest in ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding had a negative effect on the significant value of t count of 0.253, indicating that if the ease of donating was easier to use then the interest of students in doing ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding would increase. Variable Effectiveness of Distribution of ZIS Interest Using Fintech Crowdfunding has a positive effect on the significant value of a count of 0,000. There shows the effectiveness of distribution gives confidence to students in conducting ZIS using Fintech Crowdfunding. And according to ANOVA analysis results show that the calculated F value of 30.115 with a significance value of 0,000. This shows that the Perception of Ease to Donate, Effectiveness Distribution jointly, or simultaneously influences the Interest of ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding.

Abstract

Development of BPRS can be developed quantitatively through BPRS financial ratios. The BPRS has a high BOPO which proves that the BPRS experiences financing and inefficient performance problems. This study aims to measure the efficiency of BPRS in West Java for the period 2016-2019. This type of research is quantitative research with non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Source of data used is secondary data collected from financial statements issued by the OJK. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking 11 BPRS samples. The results of this study indicate that of 44 UPBs, 8 UPBs (18.19%) are at the efficiency point as a whole, 14 UPBs (31.81%) are technically efficient, and 9 DMUs (20.45%) are efficient. in scale. The factor causing the inefficiency of the BPRS in West Java is the inadequate use of inputs.

Abstract

In recent years, Islamic banking has experienced positive growth every year. Like this condition, conventional banks have faced new competitors. With the presence of sharia credit cards which are financing products iB Hasanah card products from BNI Syariah. The problem in this research is how the iB Hasanah card product sales strategy through the promotion mix and how it fits in the Islamic economic system at BNI Syariah Bogor Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine how the iB Hasanah card product sales strategy through the promotion mix and how it fits in the Islamic economic system at BNI Syariah Bogor Branch. The research method used in the preparation of this study uses descriptive qualitative methods using primary and secondary data, in addition to the data collection methods in this study using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results of the iB Hasanah card product sales strategy conducted at BNI Syariah Bogor Branch using a strategy consisting of a promotion mix component with each element, namely advertising, sales promotion, publicity, personal selling, and direct marketing. Each element of the promotion mix is inseparable, interrelated. The promotion mix strategy has given strength to BNI Syariah Bogor Branch to compete in the world of Islamic financial institutions which are increasingly growing in competition. Results of the study, BNI Syariah strives to always apply the principles of sharia in running iB Hasanah card products. Based on these data, it is said that the iB Hasanah card product is in conformity with sharia principles that refer to Fatwa DSN No.54/DSN-MUI/X/2006 concerning sharia cards.

Abstract

As the third pillar of Islam, zakat should be considered as one of the main concerned areas for Muslims. Zakat is believed to be able to have an impact on society in terms of economic, educational, and social aspects. One of the indicators of the success of zakat distribution is its impact on reducing the poverty rate, empowering economic conditions, and improving the well-being of its beneficiaries. According to Quran At Taubah verse 60 and 103, the recipients of zakat fund has been determined and the payment of zakat fund should be made through transparent, trustworthy, and professional zakat institutions. This shows the importance of zakat distribution that should be in line with Islamic law as well as a formal regulation. This study, hence, attempts to examine the eight groups who are eligible to receive zakat funds from the perspectives of Islamic jurisprudence and contemporary economic analysis. This study employs a descriptive analysis method from secondary data including classical and contemporary references. This study also provides some recommendations for zakat institutions with respect to the zakat distribution programs.

Abstract

The basic reason why does the writer choose this title is because of the writer is so interested in Buya Hamka’s Interpretation of Ali Imran Surah: 92. Buya Hamka in this Interpretation was giving an example of Waqf practice by the Dzurry (Waqf Expert). It’s has been done by the prophet Muhammad’s friend. The pointed focus of this thesis is want to know which one is the verse of Al-qur’an that explained about waqf especially, about “How to Interpretate?” and “How to Identify” the waqf, and the last one is what the Buya Hamka opinion about it? The method of this thesis is a quality method (library research) through al-Azhar translation by Buya Hamka. Beside by add the literate, the writer using other waqf books as references. The result that there is two surahs that support the waqf. They are Surah Al-Baqarah ayah 177, 26, 267 and Surah Ali Imran ayah 92, 133,134, Buya Hamka told that there are two kinds of waqf; they are Dzurry Waqf and Khairy Waqf. From both of them, waqf can be the same meaning of shodaqoh, which means shodaqoh thatawwu (man charity). Shodaqoh thatawwu the shodaqoh that some one who wants to giving their property, they can give it in any time and any where. They give it without any time limitation and without discrimination (indiscriminate) even they rich or poor. Finally, the people who are giving waqf (waqif) will receive their akhirat reward until they died, as long as the goods are represented for many kindnesses.

Abstract

The bank has a role in collecting public funds because it is an institution that is trusted by the public of various kinds to place in relation safely. Islamic banks in Indonesia increase significantly each year, but the growth rate of Islamic banks continues to increase. Then it is necessary to analyze the growth of assets in Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study analyzes the factors that influence the growth of Islamic bank assets in Indonesia. The factors examined were divided into 2 namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of results for CAR, NPF, DPK, and JKB, while external factors consist of inflation and the BI Rate. The processed data source is the monthly statistics of sharia banking from January 2009 to July 2019, and the method of analysis of this study uses VAR / VECM. The results showed that internal factors determine the growth of assets, increase in Revenue Sharing, JKB and DPK are very decisive factors, external factors are not significant to the growth of Islamic bank assets. And there is no causality between internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Islamic business ethics and the quality of service management at Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng on the level of consumer satisfaction. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population is visitors to the Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng, with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is an accidental sampling. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study conducted obtained the coefficient of determination test results of 0,776. This shows that the percentage influence of Islamic business ethics and service management variables on the level of customer satisfaction is 77,6%. While the remaining 22,4% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. Simultaneously it can be stated that there is an influence between Islamic business ethics and service management together on the level of customer satisfaction at Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng, with a significance value of 0,000, it can be interpreted that the significance value is < 0,05. So it means that there is a positive influence between Islamic business ethics and service management on the level of customer satisfaction at Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng. Partially Islamic business ethics has no influence on the level of customer satisfaction Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng with a significance value of 0,316 > 0,05. While partially service management has an influence on the level of consumer satisfaction Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng with a significance value generated 0,000 < 0,05.
