This research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, a research method used to identify, analyze, evaluate, and interpret all previous research results obtained by researchers. The selected literature contained six articles that were in accordance with the research topic. The literature obtained discusses conflicts that often occur between Chinese workers and local workers due to cultural differences, such as differences in terms of work ethic, discipline, and non-verbal styles that can cause misunderstanding.

Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this article evaluates and analyzes several related studies published within the last five years (2019-2023). This method allows the identification and synthesis of data from various sources such as academic journals, related publications, and databases, which are then analyzed to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to ERP implementation within the context of the construction industry in Indonesia. The findings from this literature review reveal a variety of benefits obtained by construction companies after adopting ERP systems, including improved operational efficiency, better resource management, and enhanced strategic decision-making. However, challenges also emerge, including issues related to adapting to change, integration with existing systems, as well as significant implementation costs and time. This analysis provides deep insights into the ERP implementation in the construction industry in Indonesia, providing a foundation for better understanding and further development in facing challenges and leveraging available opportunities.

Abstract

The Communication Strategy of the Bima Regency Tourism Office in Promoting Maria Village as a Tourist Destination aims to determine the communication strategy implemented by the Bima Regency Tourism Office in promoting Maria Village as a tourist destination. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, gathering data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively through the processes of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results reveal that the tourism office's communication strategy in promoting Maria Village as a tourist destination involves advertising through television, radio, brochures, and organizing events. Effective cooperation is maintained between the regional government, central government, tourism awareness groups, and the local community, ensuring well-executed promotional activities. Additionally, the Bima Regency Tourism Office utilizes social media platforms for promoting Maria Village, along with direct outreach to the community and relatives. However, despite these efforts, all the marketing communication strategies employed have not maximized the number of visitors to Maria Village. This is attributed to several factors, including limited government funding, preventing optimal promotional activities. Furthermore, inadequate infrastructure, a lack of human resources due to insufficient awareness of the importance of tourism development in Maria Village, and a lack of innovation by the Bima Regency Tourism Department and the community in enhancing the attractiveness of Maria Village for visitors contribute to this challenge.

The independent variables used in this study are Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, and Green Promotion, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. Employing a causal quantitative approach, data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who had previously purchased Tupperware products in Yogyakarta. Classical assumption tests demonstrated normally distributed data, a regression model without multicollinearity, and no occurrence of heteroscedasticity. The research findings indicate that Green Product, Green Place, and Green Promotion have positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions. However, Green Price does not exhibit a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. These results provide valuable insights into the factors influencing consumers' decisions to purchase Tupperware products with a focus on the green marketing mix elements.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of the integration process of the company's strategic plan and HRD strategic plan to enhance the competitive advantage of PT CSI. The data collection was through in-depth interviews, secondary data, and primary data from HRD in 2019. Qualitative research methods, with a case study approach were utilized for this investigation. The study's findings suggest a lack of orientation towards comprehensive investment in the implementation of Human Resource Management. Despite an integration and adaptation of the process to increase competitive advantage, HRD is still viewed as a cost center. HRD companies have participated in the planning process. The everyday practice of Human Resource Management does not seem to fully depict its alignment with organizational strategy. The results reveal that HRD maintains a dual relationship with policy makers, wherein issues and implications encountered in HR management are considered during the formulation of the strategic plan.

Abstract

Mergers and acquisitions are strategic maneuvers involving the consolidation of two or more companies, aiming to improve overall company performance and gain a competitive advantage. This research seeks to evaluate the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyses) methodology, this research employs a literature review approach. Secondary data from various sources, including books, e-books, journals, and current news, were examined. The results suggest that mergers and acquisitions do not significantly impact the financial performance of companies. This may be due to the fact that the purpose of mergers and acquisitions is more focused on long-term aspects. The theoretical underpinning of this research centers on the understanding that mergers and acquisitions, as strategic actions, may not significantly influence the financial performance of companies in the short term. The results of the literature review indicate that there is no substantial impact on financial performance. This finding suggests that the primary objectives of mergers and acquisitions may be more aligned with long-term considerations, such as market positioning, synergies, and strategic growth, rather than immediate financial gains.
