Abstract

This research aims 1) to understand the leadership style applied in the Mega Kemayoran area by PT. Nairindo Servitama, and 2) to assess the positive impact of leadership style on employee performance. The research population includes 120 employees who work in the operational section of PT. Nairindo Servitama in the Mega Kemayoran area. This research involved 30 respondents as samples, with sampling using the incidental sampling method. Data collection was carried out through the use of a questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis method. From the research results, it can be concluded that 1) PT. Nairindo Servitama Area Mega Kemayoran applies a democratic leadership style, and 2) there is a positive impact of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Nairindo Servitama Mega Kemayoran area.   Keywords: Leadership style, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how motivation work discipline affects employee performance. This research method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method collecting data from questionnaires from the employees of at CV. Cahaya Pelita Surya in Bekasi, West Java. The software used to process and analyze the data figures is SPSS version 22.0. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded: there is a positive and significant influence between Work Environment and Work Stress on employee performance variables, this is shown by Work Environment obtained t-table ˃ t-count or (3.119 ˃ 2.048) and Work Stress t-table ˃ t-count (5.845 ˃ 2.048). Based on the results of the f-test, Work Environment and Work Stress simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant influence on employee performance variables. This is shown by the f-count value of 77.992 which is greater than f-table 3.32 and a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. While the value of the coefficient of determination (Adj R2) is 0.837 which means that the work environment and work stress variables are able to explain the performance variable of 83.7% while the remaining 16.3% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of workforce diversity and work environment on employee performance in South Tangerang City, Banten. Employing a quantitative approach, the research involved 150 respondents selected through Convenience sampling. The results of the t-test analysis indicate that workforce diversity and the work environment significantly affect employee performance (sig < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) at 0.388 indicates that workforce diversity and the work environment contribute 38.8% to employee performance. While providing valuable insights, this study has limitations such as sampling methods and geographical coverage. Future research could deepen the understanding by incorporating qualitative aspects and considering additional factors influencing employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan sekaligus mempertahankan kinerja karyawan serta terpenuhinya kepuasan kerja, setiap perusahaan berupaya untuk merancang perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang di mana mampu mengarahkan setiap karyawan dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab mereka. Perencanaan sumber daya manusia tersusun dari sebelum seorang karyawan diterima oleh perusahaan hingga ketika masa bekerja berjalan. Hal ini mencakup segala kegiatan pekerjaan, pengaturan tenaga kerja demi tercapainya kesuksesan perusahaann sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang di mana sumber yang digunakan berupa jurnal-jurnal yang telah diteliti sebelumnya terkait topik yang diangkat untuk penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mampu memberikan gambaran dan analisa keefektifan perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam terpenuhinya kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian, kedua variabel kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The significance of e-commerce in the digital economy relies on repeat customers for sustainable growth. Key factors influencing customer return visits include e-trust and e-service quality. E-trust involves trust in platform security, product reliability, and transaction transparency. E-service quality includes website quality, responsive customer service, and efficient shipping and returns processes. This research aims to analyze the influence of E-trust and E-Servqual on E-Repurchase Intention with E-Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study adopts a quantitative research approach, with the sample selected using nonprobability sampling, specifically the purposive sampling technique. The sample for this study comprises 244 students from Putra Bangsa University. Data analysis employs the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. Based on the data analysis, the following findings emerge: (1) E-trust has a positive effect on E-satisfaction, (2) E-service quality has a positive effect on E-satisfaction, (3) E-satisfaction has a positive effect on E-revisit intention, (4) E-satisfaction mediates the influence between E-trust and E-revisit intention, and (5) E-satisfaction mediates the influence between E-service quality and E-revisit intention.The results of this research have significant implications for businesses using e-commerce platforms, indicating that building trust, improving service quality, and increasing customer satisfaction are important strategies for influencing repurchase intentions in the online environment.

Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, MSMEs are the largest group of businesses that have shown resilience to various types of economic crisis shocks. E-commerce has recently been favored by both large and small businesspeople. This study aims to determine the analysis of the effect of e-commerce use on MSME sales. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlation and regression analysis tools, to test the level of relationship and influence that occurs between variables. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce on MSME income has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.005 or less than 0.05. This shows that E-Commerce makes a positive contribution, especially in the economic activities of MSMEs by facilitating online trading activities, enabling product marketing in various regions through digital platforms, and facilitating interaction between sellers in Sleman Yogyakarta Regency and buyers from various locations.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of service quality, financing, and compliance on the performance of clinical pathways in Medika Dramaga Hospital Bogor. The samples for primary data taken were 100 JKN patients who were hospitalized with a diagnosis of Tuberculosis, DHF, PEB with SC, Hernia with Herniorrhoea, and BPH with TURP measures. Secondary data were taken from various sources, for variable service quality from the Marketing Unit report, Funding from the recap of data in inpatient billing, and CP compliance from the case manager data recap. Then the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square method with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) system. The results of the study on primary data show CFA reliability factor (0.941) is dominant in the service quality variable. Meanwhile in the secondary data, the service quality variable has a dominant CFA (0.902) compared to the financing variable and clinical pathways adherence to clinical pathways performance. From primary and secondary data the quality of service with 5 factors is the goal of quality service that has been proven to be dominant in influencing the performance of clinical pathways.   Keywords : Clinical Pathways, Costs of Hospitalization , JKN Patients

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the direct influence of in-shop emotion on repurchase intention, as well as its indirect influence through the mediation of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Lotte Grosir Solo. This study falls under quantitative research, employing non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as the chosen method. The population comprises a portion of Lotte Grosir Solo consumers, with a required sample size of 100 respondents selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection took place in February 2023 through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. SmartPLS 3.2.9 was used as the data analysis method. The test results indicate that all three variables (predictor and two mediators) effectively explain the criterion construct. From the study, it was found that in-shop emotion has a positive but not significant direct influence on repurchase intention. However, in-shop emotion has a positive and significant influence on both mediations, and subsequently, both mediations have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention. In conclusion, this research demonstrates that in-shop emotion indirectly, through its mediations, has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research investigates the mediating role of distribution in the relationship between leadership, partnership, entrepreneurship, and business performance at shrimp paste factories in Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, namely distributing questionnaires to 60 shrimp paste distributor outlets that have collaborated with PT for at least 10 years. Gilang Jaya Raya. SmartPLS version 2.0.m3 facilitates data analysis. The research results show a direct positive influence of effective leadership on distribution practices, which emphasizes the importance of strong leadership for efficient distribution. Additionally, positive impacts were also seen on partnerships and entrepreneurship, highlighting their role in improving distribution channels. Importantly, this research reveals the significant positive influence of distribution on business performance, emphasizing the critical role of effective distribution strategies in overall business success. Although leadership has a direct impact on business performance, partnerships and entrepreneurship do not show a direct influence. However, the mediating role of distribution becomes clear, indicating that the positive influence of partnerships and entrepreneurship on business performance is realized through their impact on distribution practices. In conclusion, this research emphasizes the integral role of distribution as a mediator in forming the relationship between key factors and business performance in shrimp paste factories.

Abstract

The agricultural credit from banking sector plays a crucial role in bolstering a country's economic security as one of the key financial institutions. In the contemporary financial landscape, banks are increasingly engaged in fierce competition to provide products and services grounded in knowledge, consumer education, and a high level of trust. This strategic shift is anticipated to create a distinctive competitive advantage. Competitive advantage, an integral part of work outcomes, necessitates substantial support from reinforcing the intellectual tradition of knowledge sharing. Additionally, it relies on robust beliefs manifested through member trust and a leadership style characterized by inclusivity, vision, trustworthiness, and exemplary performance demonstrations. This study builds upon previous research findings and seeks to explore whether knowledge sharing acts as a mediator between trust and competitive advantage. Furthermore, it investigates whether knowledge sharing functions as a mediator between leadership and competitive advantage. To achieve these objectives, the study analyzes a sample comprising 30 branch offices and sub-branch offices of banks in Surabaya, Indonesia. Path analysis is employed for the research methodology, utilizing a multiple linear regression equation model. The results indicate that knowledge sharing serves as an intervention rather than a mediator between the trust variable and the competitive advantage variable. In this context, knowledge sharing weakens the relationship between trust and competitive advantage. On the other hand, knowledge sharing acts as a mediator between the leadership variable and the competitive advantage variable, strengthening their relationship.
