Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of price and facilities on tourists' visitation decisions. This focus is based on the importance of the tourism industry in enhancing regional economies, where price and facilities are key elements influencing tourists' decisions when selecting a destination. In the context of increasingly intense global competition, tourist destinations need to understand consumer preferences related to their perceptions of price and the quality of the facilities offered. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, resulting in 162 completed questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the aid of AMOS software to test the relationships between the variables of price, facilities, and visitation decisions. The results indicate that both price and facilities significantly influence tourists' visitation decisions. Specifically, facilities have a stronger impact compared to price on tourists' decisions to visit. These findings underscore the importance of competitive pricing strategies and the enhancement of facility quality in efforts to increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial literacy, credit requirements, and the quality of financial reports on access to financing for MSMEs in the micro-trade sector in Yogyakarta City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 80 MSME respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were gathered via questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.0 to evaluate the measurement and structural models. The findings reveal that financial literacy significantly influences access to financing, indicated by a T-statistic of 2.234 and a P-value of 0.026. This suggests that higher financial literacy among MSME owners facilitates easier access to financing. Credit requirements also significantly affect access, with a T-statistic of 3.259 and a P-value of 0.001, highlighting the impact of complex credit conditions on MSME financing accessibility. However, the quality of financial reports does not significantly affect access, as shown by a T-statistic of 1.057 and a P-value of 0.290, implying that financial reports are not the primary factor in credit decisions for MSMEs. This study emphasizes the importance of improving financial literacy and addressing credit requirements to enhance financing access for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital, sales, and cash ratio on profitability at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur during 2016-2020, using secondary data from the company's financial statements and multiple linear regression methods with Eviews. In 2017, the company's net profit decreased due to costs associated with launching new products to compete in the market. Nevertheless, product demand continued to grow among local and international customers, leading to an increase in working capital for marketing efforts. This study uses quantitative data from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of working capital, sales, and cash ratio on profitability. The results of the study indicate that working capital does not have a significant impact on profitability due to ineffective turnover, in line with previous studies by Meidiyustiani (2016) and others. Sales have a negative impact on profitability, with high sales not covering the increase in operating costs. The cash ratio has a positive impact on profitability, although the impact is not significant, indicating that cash management is important but not the main driver of profit. Overall, this study shows that efficient use of working capital and cost management are key factors in increasing profitability.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of PSAK 73 on the financial performance of state-owned companies in Indonesia's energy, oil, and gas sectors. Using a quantitative approach, secondary financial data from PT Pertamina and PT PLN for the period 2018-2021 were analyzed. The analysis focuses on solvency ratios, specifically the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), as well as profitability ratios, including Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The findings indicate that after the implementation of PSAK 73, both PT Pertamina and PT PLN experienced an increase in the DER and DAR ratios, signifying a higher reliance on liabilities for operational financing. PT Pertamina saw a 1.5% increase in its DAR, while PT PLN's DAR increased by 0.5%. However, profitability ratios displayed mixed results: PT Pertamina's ROA and ROE decreased by 2.07% and 4.2%, respectively, while PT PLN showed a modest increase of 0.5% in ROA and 0.1% in ROE. These results suggest that PSAK 73 had a notable impact on the companies’ solvency but had a varied effect on profitability. The study aligns with prior research on PSAK 73’s effects, particularly on solvency, while profitability results differ across sectors.
