Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the increase in the financial performance of Small and Medium Enterprises after establishment is done by the Department Indagkop Ponorogo. Knowing that it can also increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the guidance that has been done. Besides that, to know the barriers are faced by SMEs so that can be designed method / pattern of guidance suit the specific on the financial management.The scope of this research are in Ponorogo, where SMEs surveyed are SMEs that have followed the guidance by Indagkop during the period 2009 to 2013.The necessary data is data including data Primary barriers and obstacles is experienced by SMEs, financial data. It is obtained by direct interviews with a guide from the questionnaire. Secondary data include data of participants and types of training - coaching is done Indagkop PonorogoFrom the result of the research, it is known there are 3 types of training from 2009 to 2013. However, this data is not supported by its business, and the company name. Sample of 50 participants with a variety of year and type of training. The results are 52 % of participants have a business, 24 % have not, and 24 % did not find the address. While having a business, they do not have the financial data in writing. This indicates that SMEs do not yet have basic financial statements, which can be used to evaluate the performance of financial management

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan Kondisi mitra hampir sama dengan kebanyakan UKM  yang ada di desa lain, yakni mengalami beberapa permasalahan sehingga sulit untuk bisa berkembang. Industry kuliner Jipang merupakan salah satu usaha milik BUMDes Desa Wonoketro, sedangkan desa Wonoketro itu sendiri memiliki hasil alam utama yakni padi, serta hasil tani berupa jagung dan kedelai. Sedangkan untuk bidang usaha mitra itu sendiri berupa jasa persewaan molen dan industry kuliner berupa Jipang. Berdasarkan informasi yang digali dari pengurus, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra setidaknya ada empat hal, yakni: kurangnya analisa dan pengembangan potensi desa; belum kuatnya manajemen organisasi yang digunakan; lemahnya aspek administrasi dan manajemen keuangan; serta belum maksimalnya strategi pemasaran yang digunakan. Aspek modal yang selama ini menjadi salah satu masalah penting bagi sebuah badan usaha sebenarnya kurang berlaku bagi mitra, karena mitra mendapat dukungan modal yang cukup besar dari penyertaan modal dari desa maupun dari pemerintah Kabupaten. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini, kami berusaha memberikan solusi dengan membidik aspek Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). SDM menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena SDM itulah yang menjalankan aspek lain dari sebuah organisasi. Kami berusaha menguatkan SDM organisasi mitra dengan memberikan beberapa program seperti pemberian pelatihan manajemen usaha , pelatihan pemasaran  usaha mitra  industry kuliner Jipang demi menguatkan SDM dan marketing usaha  industry Jipang milik BUMDes.

Abstract

The prospect of Reog's handycrafts is more exciting because Reog's art is now one of the main stays of Ponorogo tourism in national and even international scale. This study aims: Knowing the business conditions of craftsmen Reog Ponorogo, and know the problems faced by the craftsmen Reog Ponorogo. Respondents of this study are Reog Craftsmen in Ponorogo. This research uses Quantitative Descriptive research method. The sample in this study population because the population is less than 100 ie 31 craftsmen. The data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis in the field using descriptive and quantitative descriptive explorative format. The result of the research is known that the business of reog craft is mostly done downhill. Craftsmen have pioneered the business since about 10-20 years ago. Making a reogcraft does not require higher education proved the largest number of artisans have aminimum of elementary education. The total workforce of each craftsman <20workers. The highest level of labor education is SMP. Productions made monthly can reach the sales target because most of the production is based on orders from retailers. The market share of craft reog to foreign countries such as Malaysia, Korea, America, and others. The main problem of craftsmen is the difficulty in obtaining raw materials such as peacock, tiger skin, cow leather, cow tail, horse tail and high price of raw materials, capital problem.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, it became intimidation in itself almost all over the world, this began with the shock of the covid 19 virus. The wider the spread of this virus, the more it will have an impact on the economy in various countries as well as Indonesia. With the hampering of the export and import processes, the level of public consumption is getting lower until the implementation of layoffs in several companies. With the background of these conditions, researchers are interested in studying more deeply the company's financial distress. The financial distress itself can be influenced by several factors such as capital structure, ownership structure, company size, and sales growth. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, ownership structure, firm size, and sales growth on financial distress in family companies. The scope of this study is a family company listed on the IDX which is also an object in the study. This study used data on family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2020 with the criteria, namely companies with minimum family ownership of 25%. The data used in this study are financial statements obtained from www.idx.co.id.

Abstract

The development of globalization has led the younger generation to enter the world of investment. The rapid development of the increasing number of young investors is due to the role of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in socializing investment programs. The program collaborates with the academic community at tertiary institutions by establishing an Investment Gallery which aims to invite the younger generation to increase their interest in investing. This study aims to examine the effect of financial knowledge, financial behavior, overconfidence, and income on investment decisions at the Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo Investment Gallery. The population in this study were investors from the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University Investment Gallery with as many as 95 respondents. The research method and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has an effect on investment decisions, financial behavior has an effect on investment decisions, overconfidence has an effect on investment decisions, while income has no effect on investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of career development, self-efficacy and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. This type of research is a survey. The research subjects were 50 employees. This data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) career development has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction with a t count value of -0.211 < t table 2.01290 with a significant 0.834. 2) self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction with a t count value of 2.506> t table 2.01290 with a significant 0.016. 3) Non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a t count value of 3.572> t table 2.01290 with a significant 0.001. 4) Leadership, compensation, and work environment simultaneously affect employee work discipline with an F count value of 22.616> F table 2.81 with a significant 0.000. The contribution of leadership, compensation and work environment has a positive effect on employee work discipline by 59.6%. The regression equation obtained is Y = 1 - 0.027 X1 + 0.264 X2 + 0.439 X3 + e

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the comparison of financial performance for the period before (2017, 2018, 2019) and during (2020, 2021, 2022) of the coronavirus pandemic at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk measured by gross profit margin ratio (GPM), current ratio (CR), total asset turnover ratio (TATO), debt to asset ratio (DAR) and profit growth. The financial statements of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk that have been audited by a public accounting firm are used as a research population. The research sample in the form of a statement of financial position and income statement of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 6 periods, namely 2017 to 2022. The research methodology uses paired sample t-test with the help of Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS) software version 24 to support the research data processing process. Data testing in the paired sample t-test found that there was no difference in financial performance both before and during  the Covid-19  pandemic at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as measured using gross profit margin ratio (GPM), current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR) and profit growth. However, there are differences in financial performance before and during the coronavirus pandemic as measured by the total asset turnover ratio (TATO).

Abstract

Expedition or delivery services have become a service that is growing quite rapidly in the era of globalization, the flow of information and increasingly high consumption needs, as well as the development of online shop or e-commerce businesses have resulted in an increase in the use of expedition services. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely data that can be calculated in the form of numbers. This research using quantitative methods is intended to determine the influence of service quality on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction in land delivery services (Study at JNE Ponorogo Branch). The author's data analysis begins with collecting and processing data in the form of a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale where alternative answers with a value of 1 to 5 are scored based on answers to good questions regarding Service Quality (X), Customer Loyalty (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2). Based on the results of the discussion according to the data managed using the multiple linear regression analysis model, it is concluded that; Service Quality influences Customer Loyalty. So in this research Service Quality is needed to increase the work productivity of companies and customers. Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction. So in this research Service Quality is needed to increase Customer Satisfaction of JNE Ponorogo Branch. Customer Satisfaction influences Customer Loyalty. So in this research the Customer Satisfaction variable is able to increase Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty. So in this research the Customer Satisfaction variable is able to mediate Service Quality on Employee Work Productivity. So the role of Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable on the affective aspects and Customer Loyalty of JNE Ponorogo Branch is very necessary

Abstract

Abstract Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of this research was to determine effect of female commissioner and COVID-19 pandemic on financial distress in property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022 with liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, and firm size as control variables. Background Problems: Competition and development of property and real estate companies that fluctuate cause high costs that must be faced by companies, but companies that are unable to deal with high costs will experience unstable financial conditions and potentially experience financial distress. Research Methods: Logistic regression analysis method was used in analysing this research. There were 43 companies as samples with the research period 2017-2022 so that sample of 258 observation data was obtained. Finding/Results: Female commissioner significantly effect on financial distress, while COVID-19 pandemic has no effect on financial distress. Conclusion: The existence of female commissioner is worthy of company’s attention because they tend to be careful and make low-risk decisions. Female commissioner is considered capable of providing signals about condition of the company and minimize conflicts of interest to reduce risk of financial distress.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to evaluate the impact of the influence of self-control, financial technology, and social environment on the financial planning of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University students. This study is a quantitative type of research, with the method of data collection through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. A total of 190 respondents, proportionally selected from various faculties, became the sample source of this study. The data from the research results were processed using SPSS 25. By going through the normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that self control partially and simultaneously affects financial planning. Because self control has a significant influence in controlling consumptive behavior and encouraging better financial management. Financial technology partially and simultaneously affects financial planning, although it provides convenience in financial transactions financial technology can trigger excessive spending if not used wisely. The social environment also partially and simultaneously affects financial planning in shaping student spending patterns, where interactions with peers often influence financial decisions, both positively and negatively.Keywords: Self Control, Financial Technology, Social Environment, Financial Planning
