This study aims to describe the process of using varied methods in the learning. This research is a school action research by taking 23 research subject. The research was carried out in two cycles of cycles and each cycle consisted of 4 stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The esthabilished performance indicators are that if a minimum of 85% of teachers is classified as capable and good in using varied methods in the learning process, then it can be said that the actions implemented are successful. The aspect measured in assessing the success of the action is the teacher?s understanding of the use of varied methods in the learning process and the results of the implementation of In House Training (IHT) activities. The results of the study show, in the first cycle there was an increase in teacher competence in using varied methods in the learning process properly and correctly namely by 57%, while in the second cycle increased sharply to 91%. Therefore it can concluded that through the implementation of in House Training (IHT)_activities can improve teacher competency in using varied methods in the learning process correctly in SD Negeri 1 Pureulak which is marked by the achievement of performance indicators in cycle II. Thust it can be suggested to other schools that the application of In House Traning (IHT) activities can be applied as an alternative in increasing teacher competence in using varied methods in the learning process.

The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in conversation text material through the application of the class I contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach in the second semester of the 2016-2017 academic year at SD Negeri Naleung Mass School, East Aceh Regency. The benefits of this research are to add new references and theories in the field of education, especially the implementation of classroom Action Research by applying various models or learning methods so as to improve student learning outcomes. To achieve this, the steps that need to be implemented are through the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach. Data analysis methods used in this study uses descriptive analysis whose data is sourced from formative tests and classroom observations. This research was conducted in the increase in students mastery learning which reaches 85% classically. The results of the study show that in cycle I (one) the average value of students amounted to 64 and mastery learning reached 44%. These results indicate an improvement from the initial conditions with an average score of only 54.8 and a new learning completeness of 28%. While in cycle II (two) the average value of student was 79.2 and completeness of learning reached 92%. The conclusion of this study was the application of contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach to Indonesian learning. The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of science subjects in human and animal organs through the use of the Picture and Picture Technique Cooperative Learning Model in class V of the Julok Cut Elementary School in the second semester of the 2016-2017 academic year. The benefits of this research are to add new references and theories in the field of education, especially the implementation of Classroom Action Research by applying various models or learning methods so as to improve student learning outcomes. To achieve this, the steps that need to be implemented are using the Picture and Picture Technique Cooperative Learning Model. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after applying Mathematics learning to numeracy operations material through the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach for Grade IV students of SD Negeri 1 Panton Rayeuk T, East Aceh District. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were grade IV students, amounting to 26 students. The results show that through the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach, it turns out student learning outcomes increase in each cycle. Mastery of the material at the initial condition is still very low or has not worked well. Out of 26 students, only 15 students (33%) achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) which was set at 70 with an average value of 52. From the results of the research revealed that in cycle I the average value of students amounted to 69, learning completeness reached 58 %, the achievement of this value shows an increase in the value acquisition in the initial conditions. While in cycle II (the average value of students 78 and mastery learning reached 88%. The conclusion of this study was the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach in Mathematics learning of numerical operations material can have a positive effect on increasing student learning outcomes in class IV semester II of the academic year 2016-2017SD Negeri 1 Panton Rayeuk T East Aceh Regency.

This research was carried out aimed at improving student learning outcomes in Civics in the Central Government living system through the use of an Expository Approach in class IV-A of SD Negeri 1 Peureulaksemen II in the 2017-2018 Academic Year. The benefits of this research are to add new references and theories in the field of education, especially in the implementation of Classroom Action Research by applying various models or learning methods so as to improve student learning outcomes. To achieve this, the step that needs to be implemented is to use the Expository Approach. Data analysis method used in this study uses descriptive analysis whose data is sourced from formative tests and classroom observations. Sampling amounted to 30 people in class IV-A. Retrieval of learning outcomes data using learning outcomes test instruments and observation sheets. From the results of the first cycle test, showed that students who scored 80 were 2 students (6.66%), while those who scored 75 were 11 students or (36.67%), who scored 70 as many as 6 students or (20% ), those who get 65 are 8 students or (26.67%), those who get 60 are 2 students or (6.67%) while the lowest score of 50 is 1 student (3.33%). Based on the completeness of student learning from a total of 30 students there are 19 students or (63.33%). Whereas in Silkus II who got a very good score that is 90 as many as 3 students or (10%), who got a score of 85 as many as 6 students or (20%) who scored 80 as many as 7 students or (23.33%) who scored 75 as many as 5 students or (16.66%) who scored 70 as many as 6 students or (20%) while those who scored 65 were 2 students or (6.66%) and those who got the lowest scores were 60 students or 1 , 33%). The average value of the class is 77.50 with 90% completeness. Based on this research it can be concluded that the application of the Expository Approach can improve the learning outcomes of Civics subjects, especially the material "Central Government System" for fourth-grade students of semester II of SD Negeri 1 Peureulak in the 2017-2018 Academic Year.

The benefits of this research are to add new references and theories in the field of education, especially in the implementation of Classroom Action Research by applying various models or learning methods so as to improve student learning outcomes. To achieve this, the step that needs to be implemented is to use the Discovery Learning Learning Model. Data analysis method used in this study uses descriptive analysis whose data is sourced from formative tests and classroom observations. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The expected indicator of success in this study is the increase in students' mastery learning which reaches 85% classically. The results showed, in cycle I (one) the average value of students amounted to 71.25 and mastery learning reached 58.33%. These results indicate an increase from the initial conditions with an average score of only 59.79 and a new learning completeness of 33.33%. While in cycle II (two) the average value of students is 79.58 and the learning completeness reaches 95.83%. The conclusion of this study is the use of the Discovery Learning Model in the learning of IPA material characteristics of living things can have a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes in class VI-A SD Negeri 1 Peureul Semester I 2017-2018 Academic Year.

In the development of education in Indonesia, a teacher must understand the development of the applicable curriculum, especially regarding competencies that have been set in content standards according to the enactment of the 2013 curriculum, from three aspects of competency in development to four competencies that must be mastered by a student after completing education in the unit education. The application process is carried out through the stages of planning and compiling competencies by describing the basic competencies until the formulation of indicators that can be measured, after going through a complete learning process and developing systematic learning material.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV/a pada pelajaran IPS melalui pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV/a yang berjumlah 28 orang. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan instrumen atau teknik pengumpulan data berupa butiran soal tes pilihan ganda dan lembar observasi. Setelah data terkumpul peneliti mengadakan pengolahan dan analisis data dengan cara membandingkan hasil tes dan observasi dari kondisi awal, siklus pertama dan kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan siswa pada siklus pertama menjadi 68% (19 siswa) dengan rata-rata 71 dari kondisi awal yang hanya 25% (7 siswa) dengan rata-rata 46, dan pada akhir siklus II ketuntasan meningkat lagi menjadi 89% (25 siswa) dengan rata-rata 78. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan SDA (Sumber Daya Alam) melalui pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa SD Negeri Paya Pelawi Aceh Timur.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Alue Nireh Kecamatan Peureulak Timur Kabupaten Aceh Timur dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Inquiry. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Hopkins. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan teman sejawat untuk menciptakan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 (dua) siklus dan setiap siklusnya dilakukan 2 (dua) kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, lembar observasi dan tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Inquiry pada siklus I nilai rata-rata pada tes hasil belajar sebesar 72,00 dengan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar (60 %) Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 80,57 dengan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal mencapai 91,43 %). Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Inquiry melalui tahap stimulasi, perumusan masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis data, verifikasi, dan generalisasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi hewan dan tumbuhan langka pada siswa kelas VI semester I tahun Pelajaran 2017-2018 di SD Negeri Alue Nireh Kecamatan Peureulak Timur Kabupaten Aceh Timur

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan gerak dasar dribble dalam permainan sepak bola setelah digunakan media audio visual pada siswa kelas VII.5 SMPN 1 Rantau Selamat semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 terutama pada mata pelajaran Penjaskes materi permainan sepak bola. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 (dua) siklus. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh selama pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas, dapat di jelaskan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dari mulai kondisi awal hasil belajar siswa masih rendah karena di bawah KKM ?70 yaitu rata-rata kelas hanya sebesar 59,13 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal dari 23 jumlah siswa hanya 6 siswa (26,09 %) yang tuntas. Pada siklus I setelah digunakan media audio visual, nilia rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan menjadi 69,13 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 769,57 % namun hasil tersebut belum mencapai KKM ?70. Pada siklus II rata-rata kelas kembali meningkat mencapi nilai rata-rata 79,13 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 91,30 %. Dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar di setiap siklusnya, maka hipotesis tindakan dapat diterima dan dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar dribble dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa kelas VII.5 SMPN 1 Rantau Selamat.
