Abstract

Introduction: Research attempts to understand an overview of the effectiveness of directive counseling to handle underachiever students in SDN Utan Kayu 01 Pagi East Jakarta.Methods: The study used a single subject design. The research design used was an A-B-A design with a tied variable measurement procedure. The analysis in graph is intended to get an idea from time to time that could be used to clarify the results of a specific intervention. The subject in this study is a student of 3rd Grade in SDN Utan Kayu 01 Pagi East Jakarta.Result: On baseline (A1), behavior in a school where we are not performing our duties, has increased in the intervening phase (B) and the baseline (A2) is the number of tasks completed between two and four tasks. To see how far he can maintain a concentration of the lesson, at the intervening stage (B) and the baseline (A2) the ability to maintain a concentration of the lesson is increasing, taking between 14 and 26 minutes. Subject is experiencing some difficulty in socializing, at the intervention stage (B) and the baseline (A2) showd that it has decreasing.Conclusion and Recomendation: From the results of this analysis, it is concluded that the intervention by using directive counseling has improved. It is therefore expected to be constantly developed by researchers or school parties in the community. Keyword: Directive Conseling, Underachiever, Underachiever Behaviour. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penelitian berusaha memahami gambaran mengenai efektivitas konseling direktif untuk menangani siswa underachiever di SDN Utan Kayu Utara 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain subjek tunggal (single subject design). Penerapan yang digunakan adalah desain A-B-A dengan prosedur pengukuran variabel terikat. Analisis dalam bentuk grafik tujuannya untuk memperoleh gambaran dari waktu ke waktu yang bisa digunakan untuk memperjelas hasil intervensi dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang siswa kelas III SDN Utan Kayu 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Hasil Pada baseline (A1), tentang perilaku selama di sekolah yang tidak mengerjakan tugas, mengalami peningkatan pada tahap intervensi (B) dan baseline (A2) yaitu jumlah tugas sekolah yang berhasil dikerjakan antara dua sampai empat tugas. Untuk melihat sejauhmana dapat mempertahankan konsentrasi terhadap pelajaran, pada tahap intervensi (B) dan baseline (A2) kemampuan untuk mempertahankan konsentrasi terhadap pelajaran mengalami peningkatan, waktunya antara 14 sampai dengan 26 menit. Subjek mengalami hambatan dalam bersosialisasi, pada tahap intervensi (B) dan fase baseline (A2) bahwa hambatan dalam bersosialisasi mengalami penurunan. Kesimpulan dan Saran Dari hasil analisis ini disimpulkan bahwa intervensi dengan menggunakan konseling direktif mengalami peningkatan. Maka diharapkan ini terus dikembangkan oleh peneliti atau pihak sekolah di masyarakat. Kata kunci : Konseling direktif, underachiever, perilaku underachiever.

Abstract

Introduction: The state of good nutrition is a major prerequisite in realizing a healthy and quality of human resources. Iodine deficiency is a global health problem affecting more than 50 countries in the world. A third of the world's population suffers from iodine deficiency, including school children from mild to severe iodine deficiency.Method: method this research is quantitative with cross sectional study design that aims to see the relationship between nutritional knowledge and the role of health officers effects to consumption of iodized salt in sungai kapas village of bangko subdistrict. Population of this research is 1,908 households with the number of samples in detail for 91 households in the river kapas village of bangko merangin district. The data were collected by using questionnaire instrument and salt inspection using iodine test. Sampling process using proportional random sampling method by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test.Result: Results the results of study are while for 91 respondents majority 57 (62,6%) that health worker have good role and the rest 34 of respondent(37,4%) saynot. The result of p-value = 0,005 (p <0,05). It can be concluded that there is a significant correlation the role of health officer with iodized salt consumption at household in sungai kapas village.Conclusion and Recommendation: Conclusion is hope that housewives can choose iodized salt and can store salt properly so that family members can avoid iodine deficiency. Abstract

Background The purpose of this study is to get an empirical picture of the effectiveness of peer counselor training programs to increase peer counselor skills when providing peer counseling also to get an empirical picture of the effectiveness of the peer counseling implementation guide module to help students solve their problems.Method The number of participants in this study consisted of 21 students from several faculties at Jambi University, selected through interview. Program evaluation research design is part of field research conducted on the natural setting of the subject, in the sense that it is not an experiment placed in a laboratory. The data was collected by observing their micro skills in counseling role play, before and after the training. The statistical test that used is the Wilcoxon statistical test. The Wilcoxon test is a non-parametric statistical test to see the significant differences from two correlated samples.Result Statistical tests showed that there were four participants’ micro skills significantly different after the training with a significance value of p < 0.005. Micro skills paraphrasing and giving open questions significantly increase, while the behavior of giving forced questions and directly giving solutions that should not be showed by the peer counselor decreased significantly. This significant change in skill is indeed the main focus of the research. Some other micro skills have not significantly changed after the training: attending, clarifying, perception checking, closed question, suggesting a solution, giving information, conclusions given by the counselee and conclusions given by the counselor.Conclusions and Recommendation There were four counselor skills that differed significantly after the training, while eight other skills had not changed. For further research, experiment to more participants is needed. Improvements to the observation assessment method should be more effective and able to measure the variables appropriately. An evaluation at a higher stage is needed to see how the training impacts the counselee's satisfaction. Keywords: peer counselor, micro skill, wilcoxon test, observation ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran empiris mengenai efektifitas program pelatihan peer counselor dalam meningkatkan keterampilan peer counselor ketika memberikan konseling sebaya dan memberikan gambaran empiris efektifitas modul panduan pelaksanaan konseling sebaya membantu mahasiswa menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Metode Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 21 mahasiswa dari beberapa fakultas di Universitas Jambi. Partisipan di ambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian di seleksi melalui in-depth interview. Desain penelitian evaluasi program merupakan bagian dari penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan pada seting natural subjeknya, dalam artian bukan merupakan eksperimen yang ditempatkan pada sebuah laboratorium. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan adalah observasi untuk menghitung frekuensi micro skill yang ditampilkan oleh peserta. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji statistik Wilcoxon. Uji Wilcoxon merupakan uji statistik non parametrik untuk melihat perbedaan signifikan dari dua sampel yang berkorelasi. Hasil Uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat empat micro skill yang dimiliki peserta berbeda secara signifikan setelah mengikuti pelatihan dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0.005. Micro skill paraphrasing dan memberikan pertanyaan terbuka meningkat secara signifikan, sedangkan perilaku memberikan forced questions dan memberikan solusi yang seharusnya tidak ditampilkan oleh konselor menurun secara siginifikan. Keterampilan yang mengalami perubahan secara siginifikan ini memang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian. Beberapa keterampilan lainnya belum mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah peserta mengikuti pelatihan: Attending, Clarifying, Perception checking, Closed Question, Menawarkan Usulan, Memberikan Informasi, Kesimpulan yang diberikan dari Konselee dan Kesimpulan dari konselor. Kesimpulan dan Saran Terdapat empat keterampilan konselor yang berbeda secara signifikan setelah mengikuti pelatihan, sedangkan delapan keterampilan lainnya belum ada perubahan. Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah lebih banyak lagi dan variasi subjek. Sebaiknya dilakukan perbaikan pada metode penilaian observasi agar lebih efektif lagi dan dapat mengukur variabelnya dengan tepat. Evalusi pada tahapan yang lebih tinggi diperlukan untuk melihat bagaimana dampak pelatihan terhadap kepuasan konseli. Kata Kunci: peer counselor, micro skill, wilcoxon test, observation

Abstract

Introduction Covid-19 pandemic was found in Indonesia at 2020, this situation caused various problems starts from economic problem, social to psychological problems. Dealing with various problems that arise due to covid-19, coping or the ability of individuals to responding the problems was necessary so that individuals were able to adapt and keep productive during covid-19 pandemic situation. Objective This study was aimed to prove the existence of differences of aggressiveness level due to the Covid-19 pandemic at Jambi City in terms of the use of problem focused coping, emotional focused coping, positive religious coping, and negative religious coping. Method This research was a quantitative study with a comparative method and cross-sectional. The population in this study were the people of Jambi City with a total sample 401 persons who were determined through purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research was Anova One Way (F-test) using the JASP 0.14.0.0 application. Result This study show that there were differences of aggressiveness level due to the Covid-19 pandemic at Jambi City in terms of the use of problem focused coping, emotional focused coping, positive religious coping, and negative religious coping with a significant p value of = 0.04 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis in this study was accepted. Conclusions and Recommendation This research concluded that differences of aggressiveness level due to the Covid-19 pandemic at Jambi City in terms of the use of problem focused coping, emotional focused coping, positive religious coping, and negative religious coping. Therefore this research that recommendation to people Jamby city for reduce a aggressiveness with better method for they to do. Abstract

Introduction This study aims to examine the relationship between the ease of using m-banking with consumptive behavior in Padang State University students shopee users. Consumptive behavior is defined as the activity of buying an item with unreasonable considerations and not based on needs. Method This research is a quantitative research with a correlational research design. This research was conducted on 51 Padang State University students aged 18-21 years who are shopee users and make payments via mobile banking. The scale used is the ease of use of mobile banking and the consumptive behavior scale. Data were analyzed by using Person Product Moment correlation. Result This study found that there is a positive relationship between the ease of using mobile banking and the consumptive behavior of Padang State University students who use shopee. With a value of (r) = 0.351 (p) = 0.012 (p = 0.012 < 0.05). Conclussion That is the higher the level of ease of use of mobile banking, the higher the level of consumptive behavior of Padang State University students who use shopee, and vice versa. Keywords: Consumptive behavior, college student, mobile banking ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kemudahan penggunaan m-banking dengan perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa pengguna shopee Universitas Negeri Padang. Perilaku konsumtif diartikan sebagai kegiatan membeli suatu barang dengan pertimbangan yang tidak masuk akal dan tidak berdasarkan kebutuhan. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 51 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang berusia 18-21 tahun yang merupakan pengguna shopee dan melakukan pembayaran melalui mobile banking. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala kemudahan penggunaan mobile banking dan skala perilaku konsumtif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi Person Product Moment. Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kemudahan penggunaan mobile banking dengan perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang pengguna shopee. Dengan nilai (r) = 0,351 (p) = 0,012 (p = 0,012 < 0,05). Kesimpulan Penelitian menunjukkan semakin tinggi tingkat kemudahan penggunaan mobile banking maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang yang menggunakan shopee, begitu pula sebaliknya.

Abstract

Introduction Drug abuse in adolescence is in high rate. Many factors that encourage adolescents to commit drug abuse behavior, one of which is attitude towards behavior, which is an individual's good or bad assessment of drug abuse behavior. Method This research was a quantitative study with a descriptive and cross-sectional method. This research was conducted at State and Private Senior High Schools in Jambi City with 380 sample who were determined through the Purposive Sampling Technique. Data collection is done online using Aida form.The analysis used descriptive statistics with the JASP 0.9.0.0 application. Results This study shows the results in the attitude towards behavior category are very negative at 8%, negative 28%, neutral by 30%, positive 26%, and very positive at 8%. Conclusion And Recommendation Jambi City High School adolescents have a neutral attitude towards behavior of drug abuse. By conducting this research, it is hoped that it can become a solution to prevent drug abuse in high school adolescents in Jambi City. Keywords: attitude towards behavior, drug abuse ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penyalahgunaan narkoba di usia remaja berada pada angka yang tinggi. Banyak faktor yang dapat mendorong remaja memiliki intensi melakukan perilaku penyalahgunaan narkoba, diantaranya attitude towards behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control. Setiap faktor tersebut memiliki peranan masing-masing dalam tinggi atau rendahnya intensi perilaku penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja khususnya siswa SMA Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan bersifat cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Jambi dengan jumlah sampel 380 orang yang ditentukan melalui Teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu regresi berganda, uji korelasi, T- Test (Independen Sample) dan F-Test (Anova One Way) menggunakan aplikasi JASP 0.9.0.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil attitude towards behavior, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memberikan kontribusi efektif sebesar 37% terhadap variabel intensi penyalahgunaan narkoba, dengan kontribusi tertinggi diberikan oleh perceivedbehavioral control. Kesimpulan Dan Saran Attitude towards behavior, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memiliki kontribusi dan hubungan dengan Intensi perilaku penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja SMA Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Introduction The background of this study came from three adolescents who consumed drugs from 13-20 years old. This experience was resulted in a dynamic of self-identity, religious identity, and social perception, resulting in a dilemma for a former teenager who is a drug addict. This study used self-identity theory, which states that the process of self-identity formation is influenced by family and environmental factors. The purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship between self-identity, religious identity, and social perceptions in adolescent former drug addicts. Method This research was qualitative using a phenomenological study approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used descriptive data analysis techniques. Results The results of the data analysis of the research that have been conducted show that there has been a change in self- identity, religious identity and social perceptions in adolescents who are former drug addicts in Pondok Rajeg Village towards a worse direction compared to their past before consuming drugs. Conclussion and Recommendation this happens because at the stage during consuming three informants experienced a loss of self-identity and religious identity so that they were negative social perceptions of themselves. Keywords: Adolescents, Drugs, Self-Identity. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari tiga remaja yang mengkonsumsi narkoba sejak usia 13-20 tahun. Pengalaman ini mengakibatkan suatu dinamika identitas diri, identitas keagamaan, dan persepsi sosial sehingga mengakibatkan dilema pada seorang remaja mantan pecandu narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori identitas diri bahwa proses pembentukan identitas diri dipengaruhi oleh faktor keluarga dan faktor lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan adanya hubungan identitas diri, identitas keagamaan, dan persepsi sosial pada remaja mantan pecandu narkoba. Metode Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil Hasil data analisis penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan mengenai identitas diri, identitas keagamaan, dan persepsi sosial pada remaja mantan pecandu narkoba di Desa Pondok Rajeg kearah yang lebih buruk dibandingkan dengan masa lalunya sebelum mengkonsumsi narkoba. Kesimpulan dan Saran Perubahan tersebut terjadi karena pada tahap selama mengkonsumsi narkoba ketiga informan mengalami kehilangan identitas diri dan identitas keagamaan sehingga mempunyai persepsi sosial yang negatif terhadap dirinya. Abstract

Background The massive spread of hoaxes in the digital era has had a negative impact, especially on groups digital native as the largest internet users. Although digital native is associated as a group that has the ability to use technology and the internet, in receiving information, this group's decision-making ability to distinguish true information from hoax is still far from perfect. So that we need a program to overcome these problems. Method This study aims to test the content validity of the program tangkal hoax module on digital native decision-making skills in determining hoax news. The type of research used is module validation research using four validators selected based o ntechnique purposive to test the suitability of the module content with the objectives to be achieved. The method of data analysis used descriptive analysis using Aikens'V. Results This study shows that the results of the validation of the module content assessed by the validator have a V score in the range 0.75-0.88. The results of the validation of the measuring instruments that were assessed by the validator had a range of V score moving from 0.56 to 0.88. Based on the results of the validity test of the hoax deterrence program, which was assessed by the validator, it was included in the valid criteria with several suggestions for improvement. Conclusion Based on the results of the module content validity test, it can be concluded that the program tangkal hoax module is at a good validity level. Keywords: Module Validity, Decision Making Skills, Program Tangkal Hoax, Digital Native ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Masifnya penyebaran hoaks di era digital mendatangkan dampak negatif terutama pada kelompok digital native sebagai pengguna internet terbanyak. Meskipun digital native diasosiasikan sebagai kelompok yang memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi dan internet, namun dalam menerima suatu informasi, kemampuan pengambilan keputusan kelompok ini untuk membedakan informasi yang benar dan hoaks masih jauh dari sempurna. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah program untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas modul program tangkal hoaks terhadap keterampilan pengambilan keputusan digital native dalam menentukan berita hoaks. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu riset validasi modul dengan menggunakan empat orang validator yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive untuk menguji kesesuaian isi modul dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Aikens’V. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil validasi isi modul yang dinilai oleh validator yaitu memiliki angka Skor V dengan rentang 0,75-0,88. Hasil validasi alat ukur yang dinilai oleh validator memiliki rentang angka Skor V bergerak dari 0,56-0,88. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas modul program tangkal hoaks yang dinilai oleh validator termasuk dalam kriteria valid dengan beberapa saran perbaikan. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas isi modul, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul program tangkal hoaks berada pada tingkat validitas yang baik. Abstract

Introduction Types of personality and tendency to be victims of sexual harassment in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to see the tendency of the victims of sexual harassment towards women workers in terms of personality types in West Sumatra. Method This research is a comparative quantitative type and analyzes using statistical techniques of non-parametric difference test. The population of this research is Minang ethnic women who work in West Sumatra and experience sexual harassment at work, using snowball sampling techniques. The research instrument uses the sexual harassment scale and Myers Brigss Type Inventory. Results Based on the results, the value of Sig = 0.052 (Sig <0.05), it means that there is no significant difference in the level of sexual harassment experienced by Minang ethnic women in the workplace in terms of their personality types. The result also shows that the majority of ethnic Minang women in this research experienced sexual harassment in the workplace in the medium category. Conclusion and Recommendation Based on the results of research and hypothesis, it can be concluded The level of sexual harassment in the workplace experienced by Minang ethnic women is in the medium category, and There is no level of sexual harassment in the workplace experienced by Minang ethnic women based on their personalities. Minang ethnic women are suggested to be more careful in establishing relationships at work, as well as increase their knowledge about forms of sexual harassment and ways to minimize it. The workplace owners are expected to have clear and firm regulations on sexual harassment behavior in the working area. The next reseach is suggested to continue research related to the theme of sexual harassment in Minang ethnic women by using other variables which are assumed to be related to sexual harassment behavior. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Tipe kepribadian dan kecenderungan menjadi korban pelecehan seksual di tempat kerja pada wanita etnis Minang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kecendrungan menjadi korban pelecehan seksual pada wanita bekerja ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian di Sumatera Barat. Metode Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif komparatif dan dianalisa menggunakan teknik statistika uji beda non-parametric. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wanita etnis Minang yang bekerja di Sumatera Barat yang mengalami pelecehan seksual di tempat kerja, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel snowball. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan skala sexual harassement dan Myers Brigss Type Inventory. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai Sig =0,052 (Sig<0,05), artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat pelecehan seksual yang dialami wanita etnis Minang di tempat kerja ditinjau dari tipe kepribadiannya. Kesimpulan dan Saran Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pelecehan seksual di tempat kerja yang dialami wanita etnis Minang berada pada kategori sedang, dan tidak terdapat tingkat pelecehan seksual di tempat kerja yang dialami wanita etnis Minang berdasarkan tipologi kepribadian yang dimiliki. Bagi wanita etnis Minang disarankan untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan kehati-hatiannya dalam menjalin relasi di tempat kerja, serta meningkatkan wawasan mengenai bentuk-bentuk pelecehan seksual dan cara untuk meminimalisir hal itu terjadi pada diri sendiri. Abstract

Introduction Mild mentally retarded children experience sexual development like normal individuals. In principle, the material for sexual education taught is the same as for normal children with the presentation of material that is adjusted to the condition of the child's intelligence level and age. This module to facilitate children with mild mental retardation in learning knowledge of sexual education needs to be stimulated using 4 stages in the Busy Box Sex Education module. Method This study aims to test the validity of the Busy Box Sex Education module to increase sexual knowledge of children with mild mental retardation. The type of research used is module validation research. This study used 4 validators who were determined based on a purposive technique to test the suitability of the module content with the objectives to be achieved. Data analysis used descriptive analysis using Aiken's V (validation sheet). Results The aiken's V score showed a range of 0.56 - 0.88 and the results of the validation of the aiken's V score of 0.50 - 0.88. Based on the validity test, the contents of the Busy Box Sex Education module were considered valid by the validator criteria with several suggestions for improvement. Conclusion And Recommendation Based on the results of the module content validity test, it can be concluded that the Busy Box Sex Education module is at a good validity level. Materi pendidikan seksual yang diajarkan pada prinsipnya sama seperti anak normal dengan penyajian materi yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi tingkat kecerdasan dan usia anak. Untuk memfasilitasi anak tunagrahita ringan dalam mempelajari pengetahuan pendidikan seksual perlu distimulasi menggunakan 4 tahapan dalam modul busy box sex education. Metode Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas modul busy box sex education untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan seksual anak tunagrahita ringan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu riset validasi modul. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 orang validator yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive untuk menguji kesesuaian isi modul dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Aiken’s V (lembar validasi). Hasil Angka skor aiken’s V menunjukkan rentang 0.56 – 0.88 dan hasil validasi alat ukur skor aiken’s V 0.50 – 0.88. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas isi modul busy box sex education yang dinilai validator termasuk dalam kriteria valid dengan beberapa saran perbaikan. Kesimpulan dan Saran Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas isi modul dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul busy box sex education berada pada tingkat validitas yang baik.
