Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution and influence of the Village Income and Expenditure Allocation (APBDesa) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Bojonegoro Residency. The method used is descriptive-quantitative, which is intended to explain the results of research regarding the influence caused by the variables. Secondary data in this research is data that has been statistically processed and sourced from information on the Bojonegoro Residency Human Development Index for the period 2017–2021. Data analysis uses an analysis tool in the form of eviews with a multiple linear regression analysis model, namely classic assumptions, regression testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the three districts that contribute to the human development index, namely Lamongan District, are seen through the variables of village income and village expenditure. Meanwhile, partial and simultaneous test results have significant results and influence the human development index in Lamongan Regency. So from these results, it can be said that not all districts in the Bojonegoro residency related to the Village APBD have an effect on the human development index.

Abstract

This research aims to see the impact of fintech regulations on Shopee Paylater online loan operations as well as studying consumer protection laws in Shopee Paylater services. The method used in this research is the normative legal method, namely a research approach that focuses on the norms or legal regulations that apply and must be obeyed by society. The results of the analysis show that Financial Technology operates under the auspices of the central bank, namely Bank Indonesia, while also being supervised by applicable laws. The law that oversees financial technology is Law no.4 of 2023 concerning Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector which regulates the financial technology industry. This law is the latest instrument in dealing with increasingly developing fintech. One type of Fintech that is popularly used by people today is Shopee Paylater. Fintech developments such as Shopee Paylater can also raise problems related to consumer protection. Therefore, the importance of regulations in consumer protection. The law that regulates consumer protection is Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. There are also policies or efforts that have been made by the government related to consumer protection, namely by establishing a Financial Services Authority.

Abstract

In recent years, the city of Medan has experienced frequent flooding, which has affected the campus environment of Medan State University. This study aims to assess students' opinions on flood management in the city of Medan and its impact on the campus environment of Medan State University. Data collection methods were carried out through interviews and observations of Medan State University students. The results showed that students have different opinions about flood management in the city of Medan and its impact on the campus environment of Medan State University. Some students consider that flood management in Medan city is still ineffective and has a negative impact on the campus environment, while others consider that flood management is quite good and has no real impact on the campus environment. Therefore, better and more effective flood management efforts are needed in the city of Medan so that it does not have a negative impact on the campus environment of Medan State University.

Abstract

This research discusses the impact of lifestyle, advertising and trust on purchasing decisions for the Spaylater feature on the Shopee application. The development of digital technology has changed consumer mindsets and habits, influencing purchasing decisions. Psychological factors and personal characteristics of consumers play an important role in purchasing decisions, with advertising also influencing purchasing decisions using Spaylater. Trust in Spaylater is also a crucial factor in influencing purchasing decisions. The research method uses variables X lifestyle, advertising, and trust, with variable Y purchasing decisions. The research results show that advertising and trust have a positive and relevant influence on purchasing decisions, while lifestyle has no relevant influence. From the test results, it was concluded that advertising and trust have the greatest influence on consumer decisions in using the Spaylater feature on the Shopee application.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the rupiah exchange rate, interest rate, and inflation variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) during the period of 2020-2023. The data utilized in this study are secondary data. The sample size used in the study comprised 48. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that collectively, the rupiah exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation significantly influence the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). Partially, it is evident that the rupiah exchange rate and inflation significantly affect the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), whereas interest rates do not impact the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG).

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of Mental Toughness and Competence on Organizational Commitment mediated by Job Satisfaction by conducting studies on Generation Z employees which are still limited. This research was conducted by means of hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing) which was used to test the influence of Mental Toughness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as mediation for Gen Z Employees in Jakarta. The type of relationship between variables used is correlation research because it explains the variables related to the problem. The data used is cross sectional because it will only be conducted once in a certain period and the unit of analysis is individuals, namely Gen Z employees in Jakarta. The research setting used is a non-contrived setting because the research was conducted where work is generally located. The results of descriptive statistics show that Gen Z employees feel Mental Toughness in Gen Z employees in Jakarta. Employees who have Mental Toughness will often receive appreciation for their ability to manage stress more effectively and remain calm when facing difficult situations at work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added to Return shares in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data collection method used is secondary data. The data used is in the form of company financial report data which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period, totaling 193 companies. Sampling technique by method purposive sampling, based on the objectives of the researchers using certain criteria, the total sample obtained was 40 companies. The results of the t test research show that Economic Value Added no effect and not significant to Return shares; Market Value Added no effect and not significant to Return share. F test shows that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added simultaneously have no effect on Return shares.

Development Economics Study Program, Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Gorontalo State University, with Supervisor, Prof. Dr. Ir Syarwani Canon, M.Si and Supervisor II Boby Rantow Payu, S, Si, ME This research aims to analyze (i) The accuracy of the distribution of Social Assistance (BANSOS) in Gorontalo province (ii) The characteristics of households receiving Social Assistance (BANSOS) in Gorontalo province. The data used in this research is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency obtained from the National Socio-Economic Survey, Household KOR, Individual KOR, and Consumption and Expenditure KOR for March 2023. This research uses descriptive analysis with the crosstabulation test (Cross Tabulation). The results of this research show that the distribution of social assistance based on data from the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) is said to be not on target for the types of assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH), Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), Prosperous Family Card (KKS), and Direct Cash Assistance. Village Funds (BLT-DD) are different from the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) type of assistance which is said to be right on target. Keywords: PKH, BPNT, KKS, PIP, BLT-DD

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product diversity, discounts, store atmosphere and store image on customer loyalty. The sampling method in this research is a non-probability sampling technique, with incidental sampling type. The results of this research show that partially product diversity and store image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, but discounts and store atmosphere have an insignificant positive effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, product diversity, discounts, store atmosphere and store image simultaneously affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of education to the public regarding financial literacy through video content on social media on the TikTok platform. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Qualitative method is a method used to solve research problems through observation activities in the form of narratives. The results of research using the observation method by analyzing Raymond Chin's video content on the TikTok platform. This study shows that Raymond Chin has met the indicators analyzed, including Raymond Chin's ability to provide fast and relevant information to the audience using hand gestures, voice intonation that makes his performance not look monotonous, and uses informal language and often uses English and slang to attract the audience. This makes Ryamond Chin very popular for audiences who want to learn and have an interest in financial literacy. In his video content, Raymond Chin is able to invite the audience to feel what he says so that it can generate interest to make the audience care about the messenger from him.
