Abstract

The urgency of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Start-Up Business Strategy to optimize the economic potential of tourism villages in supporting the national Digital Economy in entrepreneurship in Samosir Regency. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the Start-Up strategy will become a formulation of a strategy that can be used to explore entrepreneurial potential in Samosir Regency. Implementing the Start-Up Strategy is the starting point for the growth of new businesses that have the potential to progress. The emergence of new business opportunities and ideas through a start-up strategy can explore and optimize the village's economic potential, especially entrepreneurship, which has so far been invisible. Adopting technology is one of the best solutions to improve business performance even in the midst of a global crisis. The purpose of this research is to analyze and formulate the implementation of the Start-Up Business Strategy as an Effort to Optimize the Economic Potential of Tourism Villages in supporting the National Digital Economy in Entrepreneurship in Samosir Regency. The results of this research are an analysis and strategy regarding the application of Start Up businesses to improve the digital economy.

Abstract

Low performance is caused by employees' understanding of the targets that must be pursued not being fully understood, and the organization has not identified factors that affect employee performance. This study examines the effect of job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Kantor Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan (BPK) Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative, and primary data was taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling of 46 respondents. Sampling is done using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job involvement and OCB have no significant effect on employee performance. The implication is to maintain employee satisfaction and the performance of workers in the agency.

Abstract

This research aims to gather sufficient information about the impact of loyalty programs on customer satisfaction. This research method is a literature review based on several previous studies to answer the effect of loyalty programs on customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that loyalty programs have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This can be seen in the results of previous research articles which show that loyalty programs have an effect on loyalty.

Abstract

The research is aimed at finding out the influence of store atmosphere and product diversity on purchasing decisions at PM Collection Pekanbaru. The development of the business world is increasingly rapid, marked by the increasing number and complexity of challenges that exist within it. One of the many businesses is the fashion business. The independent variables are store atmosphere and product diversity, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The method used in the research was quantitative methods using the SPSS version 20 program. The sample used was 99 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique for PM Collection Pekanbaru consumers. The data source used in the research are primary and secondary data. The results of this research are that store atmosphere (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y), product diversity (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y), and store atmosphere and product diversity have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Inflation and unemployment are major problems that occur in all developing countries, including Indonesia. Inflation generally has both positive and negative impacts, depending on how severe it is. Mild inflation can improve the economy by encouraging people to work, save and invest. Since the beginning, one of the problems that will have negative consequences if inflation and unemployment are not controlled is the social, economic, political, cultural, and environmental fields. The purpose of this article is to measure how much inflation rate significantly affects the unemployment rate. This article uses a qualitative approach method in descriptive research. This research aims to evaluate the value of a variable independently without making comparisons with other variables. The results obtained are, the inflation rate in 2021 - 2024 has increased, on the contrary, the unemployment rate has decreased, which means that the inflation rate which is still quite under control does not cause an increase in the unemployment rate in Indonesia or inflation and the unemployment rate have a negative relationship.

Abstract

The study of STIA BNM Pariamna students aims to examine the impact of personal factors on entrepreneurial interests, the impact of family factors on entrepreneurial interests, and the impact of personal and family factors on enterprise interests. In this study, the population is STIA BNM Pariaman students, while the sample is STIA BNM Paraman students who are active in the 2022-2023 general school of state administration by semester level, age, and gender. This study employs quantitative descriptive methods and an ex post facto research design. Online questionnaires were distributed to sample members to collect data. Techniques for Data Analysis Using the SPSS 26 Software This study discovered: 1) 1) At STIA BNM Pariaman, personal factors have a significant influence on entrepreneurial students' interests. 2) There is a significant relationship between family environmental factors and entrepreneurial students' interest at STIA BNM Pariaman. 3) Personal and family environmental factors have a significant influence on entrepreneurial students' interests at STIA BNM Pariaman

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kejelasan sasaran anggaran, sistem pelaporan dan kompetensi aparatur desa terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Populasinya adalah 5 kecamatan yang masih dalam kategori berkembang menurut capaian Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) tahun 2023 di kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 134 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Part Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan sasaran anggaran dan sistem pelaporan berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa, kompetensi aparatur desa berpengaruh negatif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of e-trust, e-satisfaction, and perceived value on repurchase intention among B2C e-commerce coffee shop consumers. The research uses a survey method with a sample of 200 respondents who have made purchases on B2C e-commerce coffee shop platforms. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results show that e-trust and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while e-satisfaction does not have a significant effect. Prior online experience strengthens the relationships between e-trust, perceived value, and repurchase intention. These findings suggest that e-commerce coffee shop businesses should focus on building trust and offering high perceived value to encourage repeat purchases. Providing a positive online experience can further enhance the impact of e-trust and perceived value on repurchase intention

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product, promotion and employee performance on customer satisfaction at PT. Prudential Life Insurance (Bank UOB IR.H Juanda Medan Branch). The research data was obtained from the results of questionnaires with related parties according to the research objectives. This research approach uses quantitative methods because the aim of this research is to explain and test hypotheses regarding the influence of predetermined variables with a total of 87 respondents who actively purchase insurance which is used as a data collection tool in the questionnaire. From the results of research using the SPSS program, it shows that the product has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. This shows the value of tcount (9.306) > ttable (1.987) with a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of the product on performance. Employees, Promotion research results also using the SPSS program show that Promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. This shows the value of tcount (2.234) > ttable (1.987) with a significance value of (0.028 < 0.05) meaning there is a positive and significant influence products on employee performance, and the results of employee performance research also using the SPSS program show that employee performance has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. This shows the value of tcount (2.790) > ttable (1.987) with a significance value of (0.007<0.05) meaning there is product positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that Products, Promotions and Employee Performance have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The contribution of coffee to the national economy is very important, especially as a foreign exchange earner, a source of income for farmers, a producer of industrial raw materials and the provision of employment opportunities (BPS, 2022). People's coffee plantations still have many obstacles, including; still low production, productivity and product quality; coffee farmer institutions are still weak; limited business partnership between farmers and industry (Ditjenbun, 2022). The reality in the field is that many coffee plants are damaged and old and pest/plant disease attacks are increasing. The government has carried out a coffee plant development program through assistance in rejuvenating coffee plants to farmers, one of which is coffee farmers in Malangbong, Garut Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the farming management of coffee farmers in Malangbong, Garut Regency. This research uses qualitative methods and quantitative methods to analyze farming calculations. The results show that the characteristics of coffee farmers in the Regency research location are those of a productive age ranging from 15-64 years (95.18%) with a low level of education (57.32%), but have long experience in cultivating coffee (70.44% ) with own land ownership (81.48%). General results of the implementation of farm management such as management functions; planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating have been carried out by coffee farmers. The farming income of coffee farmers is IDR 9,622,782 ha/year and this value is relatively lower when compared to other areas, because most of the coffee plants in Malangbong are old plants and are only rejuvenated at 3-4 years of planting age so the harvest results are not optimal.
