Abstract

This research aims to analyze Humble leadership and Inclusive Leadership on Innovation Behavior in Mediation, the influence of Humble Leadership, the influence of Inclusive Leadership, and 4. the influence of Humble Leadership on Innovation behavior of employees in Startup companies. This research applies a quantitative descriptive approach and data analysis is carried out through hypothesis testing which is used to assess the correlation between variables to test the influence of Humble Leadership, Inclusive Leadership, mediated by Work Engagement on Innovative Behavior in employees at startup companies in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of his research are: 1. The description of cash turnover, inventory turnover, liquidity and profitability. 2. The effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on profitability either simultaneously or partially. 3. The effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on profitability with liquidity as a moderating variable This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: 1. Average Cash Turnover and Liquidity have decreased. Average Inventory Turnover and Profitability have increased. 2. The results of hypothesis testing I (multiple linear regression note that cash turnover has a positive effect, while inventory turnover has a negative effect on profitability. The results of the simultaneous test can be concluded that cash turnover and inventory turnover have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Partial test results can be concluded that turnover cash has a significant positive effect on profitability and inventory turnover has a non-significant negative effect on profitability). Abstract

This research aims to increase the income of village communities in Pangururan District by utilizing organic waste to optimize coffee production and develop the concept of agrotourism villages as one of the tourism supporters in Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a sample size of 28 respondents distributed among 4 farmer groups and carried out by observation and interviews. Based on the research results, the following findings were obtained: (1) The potential for organic waste such as livestock waste, coffee husks, and corn cobs is very large for processed, (2) Farmers who process and utilize agricultural and livestock waste are still 10 percent and the majority use chemical fertilizers, (3) Farmers who have used organic fertilizers on their coffee plants are not optimal and have problems with product marketing, 4. Agrotourism development has not been supported by utilization. existing natural potential. To increase the income of farming communities, a strategy is needed to utilize agricultural and livestock waste as quality organic fertilizer to support increased organic coffee production and the development of agro-tourism destinations.

Abstract

Tiktok is a social media application that is currently gaining popularity among the public, because its interesting features and easy access make TikTok one of the most popular applications. Tiktok was originally only used as social media which was only intended for entertainment, but now Tiktok is also used by people to promote their products. The study's overarching goal is to learn how consumers' confidence in the TikTok app affects their purchasing choices in relation to social media marketing and online customer reviews. The study used a purposive sample technique to collect data from 112 residents in Denpasar City. Surveys were sent out to gather data, which was then analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results show that trust significantly influences purchase decisions, social media marketing significantly influences trust, online customer reviews significantly impact trust, and trust significantly impacts purchase decisions.

Abstract

The digital economy has become a key pillar in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the modern era. Digital transformation, through the application of technology in business operations, opens up new opportunities to increase revenue and expand markets. MSMEs, as the backbone of the Indonesian economy, have the potential to thrive with digital technology. This study evaluates the impact of the digital economy on the revenue of Cireng Tuban Ala Mbak Mira MSMEs, which utilize digital technology to optimize revenue. Qualitative methods were used by collecting primary data through interviews. The results showed a significant increase in revenue after the adoption of online food delivery apps such as GoFood, ShopeeFood, and GrabFood, with revenue increasing steadily every year, highlighting the benefits of digitalization in expanding markets and operational efficiency.

Abstract

The interests of the business community are critical to social and economic growth. Because entrepreneurship fosters an atmosphere that encourages innovation and long-term economic growth, it also makes a country more competitive in the global marketplace. The aim of this research is to find out how entrepreneurship courses at the Faculty of Economics, Bojonegoro University influence development economics students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research approach offered uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The number of samples in this study was 75 people, and the original data was in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale for measurement. Based on research findings, although the application of this course does not have a real impact on company interests, from an understanding perspective, it has a significant and positive influence on the entrepreneurial interest of development economics students at the Faculty of Economics, Bojonegoro University. from students enrolled in the development economics curriculum, Faculty of Economics, Bojonegoro University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, perceived price and service quality on purchasing decisions at Little Talk Bistro. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. In this study with a consumer population at Little Talk Bistro of 100 respondents. The sample technique used accidental sampling technique. data collection techniques used by researchers are questionnaire methods with a Likert scale where researchers process multiple linear regression data with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 application. The results of the study partially brand image, price perception and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and there is a simultaneous influence brand image, price perception and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan in Riau Province. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research methodology to analyze the data collected by distributing questionnaires. and observation with the aim of knowing the effect of supervision and occupational safety and health on job satisfaction of employees in the production division of the palm oil mill of PT. Pekebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan. Supervision and occupational safety and health as independent variables while job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The source of data in this study came from primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 58 research respondents and secondary data in the form of ready-made data regarding the object of research. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression equations and multiple linear regression, f test, t test and R² test. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were tested statistically using the SPSS 22 program. The results of the tests carried out showed that the f test obtained Fsig <0.05 meaning that the variables of supervision and occupational safety and health have a positive effect and have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in the production division of palm oil mills PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan.

Abstract

This research focuses on career development and work-life balance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable to examine how these factors influence turnover intention employees Bank Muamalat KC Medan. Using a simple random sampling method, The Slovin formula is used to select the number of employees. A 5 point Likert scale was used for questionnaire measurements. Validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests, judgment tests and f and t tests were all used to analyze the mediation effect in this research. The results of this research are that Work-Life Balance does not directly affect Turnover Intention, Career Development does not directly affect Turnover Intention, Work-Life Balance and Career Development do not directly affect Turnover Intention, Work-Life Balance does not directly affect Job Satisfaction, Career Development does not directly affect job satisfaction, Turnover Intention directly affects job satisfaction, Work-Life Balance, career development and Turnover Intention directly affect job satisfaction for millennial employees at Bank Muamalat KC Medan. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Entrepreneurial Intentions, Job Insecurity, on Organization Culture which is mediated by Depression in Entrepreneurial Students in Jakarta. This research design was carried out by hypothesis testing. The data used is cross sectional because it will only be conducted once in a certain period and the unit of analysis is individuals, namely students who are entrepreneurs in Jakarta. From the descriptive statistical results of Entrepreneurial Intentions, it shows that respondents feel the existence of Entrepreneurial Intentions when starting an entrepreneur. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant negative influence between Entrepreneurial Intentions and Depression. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is no significant influence between Entrepreneurial Intentions and Organizational Culture. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant positive influence between Job Insecurity and Depression. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is no significant positive influence between Job Insecurity and Organization Culture. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between Depression and Organization Culture. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between Entrepreneurial Intentions on Organization Culture, mediated by Depression. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between Job Insecurity on Organization Culture, mediated by Depression.
