Abstract

In terms of technological developments today, more and more people have vehicles to run daily activities. Therefore, vehicle taxes become superior in providing income and become a greater source of income than other types of local taxes. The objective of this research is to know the influence of vehicle taxes to local tax revenues at the BERSAMA SAMSAT office of Pematangsiantar. The sample in this research is in the form of vehicle tax revenue of Simalungun Regency report in the period of 2013-2016 at BERSAMA SAMSAT Office of Pematangsiantar since the data in the form of the latest financial statements t so that can be calculated the development and the problem. The data collection method in this research is documentation and observation method. The data analysis method in this study using microsoft excel, that is by simple linear regression test method. The result of this research is that partially vehicle taxes positively influence to local tax revenue of Simalungun regency and Pematangsiantar City with contribution of influence given 99% while the rest 1% is the influence of other factors not examined. Thus the better the acceptance of vehicle taxes, the local tax revenue of Simalungun and Pematangsiantar City will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities on learning motivation, the influence of lecturer competencies on learning motivation, the influence of facilities and lecturer competence on learning motivation. The population and sample in this study amounted to 81 people. The method used is a saturated sampling method, namely the technique of collecting data through interviews, surveys and questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test, F test and determinant coefficient. The results of the analysis show that the facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, t count> t table (2,390> 1,664), lecturer competence partially has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, t count> t table (4,229> 1,664), and facilities and Lecturer competencies together have a positive and significant influence on learning motivation, F count> Ftable (25,872> 2,720)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Good Corporate Governance either partially or simultaneously on Cost of Debt in Retail Companies are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchanges. Population in this study, are Retail Company in Indonesia which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchanges since 2009 until 2013 as much as 15 companies with the samples taken by purposive sampling as much as 13 companies. Collected data is secondary data. Prior to data analysis, first tested data analysis is classical assumption test such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorellation test. Methode of data analysis used is multiple linear regression with 95% assurance level. The results of this study indicate that the partial effect and simultaneously, Good Corporate Governance doesn’t have any effects to Cost of Debt.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to also learn how to influence supervision work discipline of the rubber production at PT. As for the issue of this research is "Is there any influence on the work discipline supervision rubber production at PT. Pantja Solar Trade "Data collection methods used in the study are as follows: a. Interview, b. Observation. Data analysis technique used in this research is to use the formula of product moment. This study population is all the production employees as many as 157 samples of this research are as many as 22 people. From simple linear regression coefficient is positive, meaning a positive relationship between the supervisory discipline with employee productivity, the higher the supervision of discipline (the lower absenteeism) then further increase employee productivity. Of correlation r value of 0.95 was obtained. What this means is that the relationship between the supervisory work discipline and productivity is very strong. Of unknown coefficient determination R2 values of (0.952) = 0, 9025. What this means is that the influence of discipline supervision variable to variable productivity of employees amounted to 90.25%. While the remaining 9.75% is influenced by other variables not included, such as in educational training, promotion and others.

Abstract

The Bank's Financial Performance Appraisal Method continues to evolve along with developments. This study aims to compare the level of financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the period of Quarter I 2019 - Quarter II of 2020. The Bank's Financial Performance Level is measured through several assessments. These assessments include ratio assessments (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The object used in this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) Quarter I 2019 - Quarter II 2020. The data collection technique in this study is by downloading financial reports from the official website of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The analysis technique used is the ratio assessment. The results of this study note that the Financial Performance Assessment of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) with this ratio approach shows a continuing downward trend.

Abstract

Service quality is one of the most important in government services because society will give good value from the services of their community. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of the quality of public services on community satisfaction in Simalungun district, This study used a qualitative method and the data was collected by using questioner and observation method . The sample is using 100 samples with random sampling. The data collected then tested the validity and reliability and then analyzed using linear analysis using SPSS. From this study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence on service satisfaction in the Dolok Batu Nanggar sub-district of 53.8% while 46.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. For further research can be develoedp using relationship management or loyalty variable.

Abstract

Technological developments are so fast and fast that all banks are increasingly trying to provide excellent service to customers who are the spearhead of the banking business. The high competition in the banking business and the heterogeneous condition of customers make the management have to make efforts to improve services. the inability of banks to deal with customer complaints makes customers dissatisfied and shifting. The large costs associated with service recovery have prevented the banking sector from responding quickly to various customer complaints or customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which service recovery can improve banking services. The independent variable (independent) in this study is service quality (X), namely the application of service recovery strategies consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Meanwhile, the determining variable (dependent) is customer satisfaction (Y) at Bank BRI Pasar Horas Unit. The analytical technique used in this study is linear regression to see how much influence the variable X has on Y. The results of data processing using SPSS are that X has a significant positive effect on Y with a significance value of 0.00 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.772. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 0.772 is equal to 77.2%, this figure implies that quality affects customer satisfaction by 77.2% Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, service recovery

Abstract

The poverty condition in Magelang Regency is still considered high, reaching 10.67 percent of the total population in Magelang Regency. This number still lags behind the national average of 9.41 percent. This is also not in accordance with the 2014-2019 RPJMD target of Magelang Regency where the percentage of poverty is expected to touch 9 percent. The purpose of this study was to determine how small and medium industrial enterprises influence poverty alleviation in Magelang Regency. The research was conducted in Magelang Regency using secondary data for 20 years from 2000 - 2019. The method of analysis used ordinary least squares. The results show that all variables have a simultaneous effect on poverty alleviation efforts in Magelang Regency. However, partially, there are only a few variables that have an influence on poverty alleviation, such as the total of SMIEs, SMIEs employment and the investment value of SMIEs.

Abstract: For companies engaged in providing services, operational costs are a very influential element for the formation of corporate profits. Similarly, the UD. Saroha Serbelawan, so that the management and use of operational costs in this company are always monitored from period to period with a continuous monitoring system to maintain the creation of efficiency and effectiveness of work and to see the responsibility of each part in the deviation that occurs in the use of operational costs. After conducting a review and research on UD. Saroha Serbelawan, it can be seen that in the period of 2004 the company experienced a problem, namely the realization of operating costs in 2004 deviated from a sufficient amount of material from the company's operating budget. " To prove the truth and reality of the company, direct research is carried out in the field to obtain data related to the problem and then conduct library research to obtain theoretical materials as a basis for analyzing and evaluating problems that occur. As for suggestions - suggestions that can be made on the conclusions of the problem that occurs is that in each preparation of operational costs should the company conduct a more careful study of all factors that affect operational costs both internal and external factors and then followed up by increasing supervision of management and use of operational costs, mainly through accounting oversight by creating a more in-company accounting system.

Abstract

Service is very important factor in the service industry. Improving service quality can retain consumers and increase satisfaction. This study aims to examine and explain the magnitude of the effect of service recovery on customer satisfaction levels. The object of this research is Panin Bank KCU Pematangsiantar. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 97 customers using a purposive side. The collecting data method is using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis model. Data are testing for validity test, reliability test, normality test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the SPSS test showed that there was an effect of service recovery of 58.8% on satisfaction, and the remaining 41.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The t-test shows that there is a signifikant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study are to provide information to management in making service improvement policies. For subsequent research, the research variables can be developed like service quality and customer relationship management
