The policies issued by the government to prevent the spread of COVID-19 have an impact on the economy, including the micro economy. This study was made with the aim of knowing the impact of policies in handling pandemics and the factors that affect the income of micro business owners who partner with grabfood as well as to compare the income earned before and after the pandemic and to find out how the application of technology impacts traders in Ketintang Surabaya during the pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the policies during the pandemic had an impact on micro businesses in the form of a drastic decrease in the number of buyers, decreased income and business closures.

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance; (2) the influence of work ethic on employee performance; (3) the influence of individual characteristics and work ethic on employee performance. The method used in this research is to use quantitative analysis methods. Sampling in this study using the Slovin method. The number of samples in this study were 70 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Simalungun Regency From the research results, the following results can be obtained: (a) the multiple regression results are Y 'Y' = 10.107 + 0.330X1 + 0.504X2; (b) the results of the t test (partial) show that each individual characteristic variable (X1) and work ethic (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), where the value of t count> t table (0.235) and the value of 'Sig' respectively -Each individual characteristic variable (X1) is 0.014 and work ethic (X2) is 0.001 <0.05. (c) the output model summary (R Square value) is 0.282, meaning that variations in employee performance can be explained by variations in individual characteristics (X1) and work ethic (X2)% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined. (d) From the calculation of the Fcount value of 13,146> the FTabel value of 3.13 or if it is seen from the sig 'value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected.

Companies in enhancing a good image or image need social thinking which is not only concerned with seeking profit only in the business world. All social activities are carried out by corporate social responsibility. Therefore this research was conducted to determine the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) carried out by PT Bank Syariah XYZ. The sample of this research is the financial performance report of PT Bank Syariah XYZ using quantitative research and data analysis techniques using the measurement of the Triple Bottom Line concept of PT Bank Syariah XYZ in 2018, 2019 and Q3 2020 with the EVA (Economic Value Added) method. The results obtained from this study are that the EVA number always has a positive tendency or is greater than zero, as a result it proves that CSR activities have an influence on Value added for entrepreneurs. The results of this triple bottom line measurement have been tested to be able to assess whether or not there is an EVA from the CSR of PT Bank Syariah XYZ which produces benefits from year to year. This study aims to determine the effect of providing daily test evaluation on the improvement of student achievement in economy class X SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar. The population of this research was all class X as many as 344 people. Samples were taken as many as 86 people, the research was conducted at SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar.The instrument used to collect data on the provision of daily test evaluations was a questionnaire compiled by the researcher, while the economic learning achievement data were obtained through a list of value sets. The quality of the research instrument was carried out by testing the validity and reliability. By using the normality test, the data for the provision of daily test evaluations were normally distributed. While the linear regression equation is Y = a + bX, so the regression of learning achievement (Y) on the provision of daily test evaluation (X) is Y = 50.43 + 0.38X. For analysis accuracy used regression linearity test and using a list of variances (ANOVA) through the F test, it turns out that Y does not need to look for a non-linear model. To determine whether the relationship between variables is close or not, the correlation coefficient test is used as follows: The correlation of providing daily test evaluation with student achievement is 0.359 and the coefficient of determination of Y on X is 0.1288 or 12.88%. Based on hypothesis testing, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than Ftable (12.44> 3.96). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of providing daily test evaluations on the improvement of student achievement in class X SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar

The COVID pandemic has infected almost all countries in the world and caused a high number of deaths. One of the steps taken by the government to break the chain of spread of COVID in the community is to implement physical distancing as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). This policy has negative consequences for various things, including those related to business so that businessmen cannot carry out their activities properly. Restrictions on movement and activity during this pandemic have disrupted supply chains which can cause an imbalance in production factors, and lead to a decrease in demand. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital, labor, and length of business on the production and income of sponge sandal craftsmen during a pandemic at the sponge sandal craft industry center in Toyomarto Village, Malang Regency. The number of samples used were 36 industrial units. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The results showed that capital and labor had a positive and significant effect on production and income, while length of business had a negative and significant effect on the production and income of sponge sandal craftsmen during a pandemic.

This research entitled The Effectiveness of the Social Media of the Tok Team and the Influencer in Boosting Sales Volume Amid the Covid Pandemic19. This research is motivated by the Covid19 pandemic which is a threat to business people in marketing their products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness level of Tik Tok social media as a place to increase the number of sales during the Covid19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods using literature and interviews with sources to strengthen the results of the research. The result of the research is that Tik Tok social media and Influencers have a role in increasing sales of Lippie Serum products.

The Covid-19 virus epidemic that hit Indonesia had an impact on policies in changing creative, adaptive and innovative teaching and learning processes. In preventing the spread of the covid-19 virus, the Indonesian government closed schools and universities for a while. Campus management conducts health protocols without reducing teaching and learning process between students and lecturers. One of the activities carried out on campus is by conducting online or online classes using various applications such as zoom and E-learning. This research method is done by qualitative methods. Data obtained by conducting a survey of 50 Indonesian Business Polytechnic students online. The purpose of this research is to get information about problems and obstacles faced by students when conducting the online learning process. This research is expected to be able to provide input for higher education institutions in managing and providing policies during the Covid-19 pandemic

Work discipline can improve company progress. This study aims to determine the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Bridgestone Pondok Bandar Jambu, Simalungun Regency. This research is a quantitative study using all employees as the sample. Data collection techniques is done by distributing questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of the data were obtained by using SPSS, the data were tested by validity test, reliability test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, normality test, and simple linear analysis. From the research results, there is a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance where the magnitude of the influence of the discipline variable is 51.6% while the remaining 48.4 % is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study such as work environment variables, leadership style, and others.

Liquidity is the ability of a company to meet its financial obligations at maturity.Companies that are able to meet their financial obligations when billed. Companies that areable to fulfill their financial obligations in a timely manner shall be declared the company ina liquid state. Liquid means that the company has a means of payment or assets lancer greaterthan the debt lancer or short-term debt. Conversely, if the company can not meet its financialobligations on time, it means the company is in an illiquid state. The level of liquidity of acompany is always influenced by the amount of current assets and current liabilities, therefore,the increase and decrease of items in current assets and current liabilities always affect thelevel of corporate liquidity. The higher the level of corporate liquidity, the greater the guaranteeagainst current liabilities. Conversely, if the level of corporate liquidity is low then the currentdebt can not be guaranteed well at the time of payment settlement. Liquidity ratio is veryimportant that aims to the company can measure the level of the company's ability to meetshort-term obligations that must be met. PT. AGRO LESTARI, Tbk has very good finance, seenfrom the balance sheet of 2012 and 2013 experienced a significant increase between assets andliabilities. Keywords: Analysis, Liquidity

Everyone has different personal characteristics that will influence their behavior to make purchasing decisions. In improving consumer purchasing decisions, producers should produce products that can meet the needs and desires of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of the product on the purchase decision of Sikka ikat woven fabric. This research was conducted at Alok market of Maumere in 2021. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought Sikka ikat woven fabric with a total sample of 96 people and used a random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. Testing data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS version 25. The results showed the product had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Sikka ikat woven fabric by 45.2% and the remaining 54.8% was influenced by other factors that were not investigated in this study.
