Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on Stock Return, either partially or simultaneously. This research includes descriptive researchquantitative. Population 154 companies are manufacturing companies in the trade, services and investment sectors on the IDX and the sample studied is 17 companies for 4 periods. The statistical method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the classical assumptions have met the requirements. Partially (t test), Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio have an influence on Stock Return. Simultaneously (F test) Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin have no and no significant effect on Stock Return. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 6.6% while the remaining 93.5% Stock Return can be explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of consumer perceptions, lifestyles, and motivations on purchasing decisions of CV Macehat Premium Coffee Beans Medan. The population is 1.340 people, with a complete sample of 93 respondents. the info analysis technique used multiple statistical regression analysis. Research data sourced from primary data with a questionnaire. supported the results of the study, it absolutely was found that the perception partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, lifestyle partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and consumer motivation partially had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Perception, lifestyle, and consumer motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Adjusted R Square value of 0.952 means 95.2% of buying decisions is explained by the variables of perception, lifestyle, and consumer motivation.

Abstract

The accounting information system was implemented by the Aceh Financial Management Agency in 2008. The accounting information system used is the Regional Financial Management System (Sistem Manajemen Keuangan Daerah / SIMAKDA) application. Because this application has expired with the previous vendor, in 2012 the Aceh Financial Management Agency used a new accounting information system, namely Regional Financial Management Information System (Sistem Informasi Penelolaan Keuangan Daerah/SIPKD). In this study, because the data is presented in the descriptive form and describes what is contained in the Aceh Financial Management Agency, then the analysis of the problem uses qualitative analysis methods. Where after the data is obtained and processed, the data is analyzed and compared to further describe how far the suitability. The implementation of the Accounting Information system at the Aceh Financial Management Agency has been carried out a quite well-using computer equipment such as in making various forms and records, namely how to make cash and non-cash transaction proof forms. The application of the form is complete, accurate, and easy to understand.

Abstract

The discussion about labor still leaves problems from various points of view, especially in economics and religion. The religious environment has a big role in influencing individual behavior in making decisions to work. By using the theory of job supply, the research looks at the impact of income, gender, education, age, and marital status on working hours for Muslim workers. This study uses secondary data from IFLS-5 using the median quantile regression model, this is due to the occurrence of heteroscedasticity. In this article, the researcher emphasizes Muslim workers in West Sumatra Province, which is known as one of the provinces in Indonesia that still prioritizes sharia in the philosophy of life of its people. The results of this study indicate that the average working hours of Muslim workers in West Sumatra is 128 hours per month or 32 hours per week. In addition, the findings of this study report that income and gender have a positive and significant effect on working hours, while age and marital status have a significant and negative effect.

Abstract

The tomb of Sunan Giri is one of the religious destinations located in Bukit Giri in Giri Gajah Village, Kebomas District, Gresik Regency. Several supporting facilities such as a shopping center for various products are sold at the Tourism Market as a center for selling MSEs. Transportation accommodation to the tourist area is quite complete where there are public transportation, motorcycle taxis, and gigs. However, the MSE products sold are still very limited both in terms of quality and quantity. The products sold are various, ranging from food, drinks, crafts, books related to the Islamic religion, skullcaps and crafts related to religious tourism to Sunan Giri's tomb. The problem is that the potential for MSEs has not been identified and the MSE product development strategy in Sunan Giri's religious tourism has not been implemented optimally. The purpose of the research is to identify the potential and develop a strategy for developing MSE products. Research Outputs: 1.Research Report that can be used as input for relevant agencies and MSEs in Sunan Giri religious tourism. 2. Enrichment Journal: Journal of Management: Sinta 4. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, with a sample of several MSEs in Sunan Giri religious tourism. Research Results: Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the right MSE development strategy in Giri Village, District, was obtained, namely the SO (Growth) Strategy. SO strategy is a strategy that utilizes existing strengths to increase its competitive advantage. Through the SO (Growth) strategy, MSEs in Giri Village, Gresik Regency are expected to carry out product development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image variables, product features and social influence on buying interest in Realme Smartphone products in the city of Padang. The scope of this research is on Smartphone respondents in the city of Padang. This research is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The sample in this study involved 100 respondents in Padang city and this sample was limited to Android Smartphone respondents. Non-probability sampling is applied in this research by using purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression is used in technique of data analysis through the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results of this research are the variable brand image on purchase intention have a positive and significant effect and the variable product features on purchase intention have a positive and insignificant effect, in social influence, variable on purchase intention has a positive effect and significant. Based on the results of data processing, it is also found that the variable brand image and social influence are variables that have a big impact on purchase intention in Realme Smartphone products. The better the brand image and social influence, the more buying interest will be in Realme Smartphone products in Padang City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of green risk and attitudes towards green purchase intention mediated by green trust on herbal medicine consumers in Padang city, West Sumatra. The population is all herbal medicine consumers in Padang City. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 142 respondents. Processing and data analysis was done using SmartPLS. Green risk has positive and significant effect on green purchase intention. Attitudes have positive and significant effect on green purchase intention. Green risk has positive and insignificant effect on green trust. Attitude has positive and significant effect on green trust. Green trust has positive and significant effect on green purchase intention. Green trusts act as mediation between green risk and green purchase intention. Green trust acts as a partial mediation between attitudes and green purchase intention.

Abstract

Agile Project Management is considered as project management methodology which have important role in the current rapid changes business environment. Agile maturity model hence provide a structured agile implementation guidance to help continuous implementation and improvement of agile. This research is conducted to assess the correlation of agile maturity model with perceived project success in Indonesian Banks. This research is using Partial Lest Square (Structured Equation Modeling). From 5 levels of agile maturity model, this research found that there are positive correlation between agile maturity model and perceived project success in level 2, 4, and 5. In specific this refer to the project planning, sustainable pace and performance management in each respective level. The result of this research is expected to assist the project practitioners to be more efficient in the implementation and the improvement of agile project management quality.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of subjective norms, the effect of behavioral control, the effect of health conscious and the effect of perceived price on buying interest during the COVID-19 pandemic in the city of Padang. The population in this research were the consumers in Padang city. While the sampling method used was purposive sampling method, which 21 samples were multiplied by 5 so that the number of samples in this research was 105 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS. The results showed that perceived price, health conscious and informational influence had a significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, there was an increase in sales of vitamin C products. A preliminary survey of 57 people aged 18-60 years showed that the most oral vitamin C products consumed is 500 mg and buying decisions was influenced by several things. This study aims to analyze the effect of product attributes and consumer characteristics on consumer preferences and buying decisions for oral vitamin C products during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was an explanatory quantitative study of 159 respondents who purchased 500 mg oral vitamin C products. Respondents was men and women, aged 18-60 years, bought 500 mg oral vitamin C products without a doctor's prescription at pharmacies in Bogor district, West Java during December 2020 - January 2021 and were not in the healing period. Data was collected by purposive sampling and analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis technique using the Lisrel program. The results showed that the product attributes of 500 mg oral vitamin C had no significant effect on consumer preferences and buying decisions. Consumer characteristics have a significant effect on consumer preferences and buying decisions for 500 mg oral vitamin C products. Consumer preferences have a significant effect on buying decisions for 500 mg oral vitamin C products. During the COVID-19 pandemic, personal psychological factors which are consumer characteristics have the most significant influence on consumer preferences in choosing and buying decisions of 500 mg oral vitamin C products, followed by socio-economic factors and cultural factors.
