Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation (X1), Job Training (X2), on Employee Performance (Y) PT. Deltavista Nusantara - South Jakarta. The research method used is a questionnaire distributed via Google Form at PT. Deltavista Nusantara - South Jakarta. By using quantitative research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis by testing the hypothesis, namely the t test and F test with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The sample in this study was 133 employees who were selected using the slovin formula. The variables used in this study are Work Motivation (X1), Job Training (X2), as the independent variable and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Deltavista Nusantara – South Jakarta. Job Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance of PT. Deltavista Nusantara – South Jakarta. Then work motivation and job training simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Deltavista Nusantara – South Jakarta and the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.294, which means that 29.4% of employee performance is influenced by work motivation, job training and the remaining 70.6% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

In today's business competition, marketing strategy for brand image is very important in a product, because it is possible that existing consumers will not switch to other products because they believe and are loyal to the brand that has been consumed. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, which is a type of research that produces new data obtained by using statistical or measurement procedures. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the correlation test prove that there is a very strong influence between advertising, brand image on consumer buying interest with a correlation value of 0.801 which means the correlation between variables is very strong. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that R square is 0.683. The results of the multiple linear regression coefficient test show that Y = 1.239 + 0.310X1 + 0.893X2. The results of the above analysis indicate that PT Mayora Indah Tbk has a very strong and significant influence between advertising and brand image on consumer buying interest and based on the results of the regression equation test, advertising and brand image have a positive effect on consumer purchases. interest

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the strong influence of corporate governance, leverage, and financial performance on earning management. Independent factors in the study were management ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, leverage and financial performance. Bound variables are managerial ownership and institutional ownership. The earnings management variable is used as a bound variable. The businesses included in this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of three years 2017 to 2019. The study used quantitative research techniques, such as purposive sampling, resulting in 24 company samples or 120 research samples. The sample size is determined by a set of criteria, and the sample is taken from a pool of participants. Multiple linear analysis techniques were used in this study. Normality test, multicollinearity test, autorelation test, and the heteroskedasticity test is an example of the classical assumptions used in data analysis. It seems from the finding that managerial ownership has little impact on earning management because share ownership is very insignificant. Earning management is not affected by institutional ownership because institutional ownership relates only to current income and only current income. Independent commissioners have no influence on earnings management. The use of leverage has little impact on profit management. It doesn't matter how well the business is running financially because the company's strong profits show that the company is doing well on the other side of the equation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of Personal Branding, on the credibility built by social media influencers in the formation of Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention. This study uses a quantitative approach that uses the figure of Kiki Siantar as the research case and the followers of Kiki Siantar as research respondents. The method used in this research is purposive sampling with non-probability sampling and snowball sampling. The results of this study found that there is a positive and significant influence between Personal Branding in the formation of Influencer Credibility. In addition, it was also found that the credibility built by a social media influencer has a positive and significant influence in building Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention on Hellolilo products in the minds of Kiki Siantar's followers. And also found that Brand Awareness has a higher influence on purchasing decisions than Influencer Credibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to formulate and determine the most appropriate business strategy to increase competitiveness at the Rupat Island Depot, PT. Pantja Surya to remain able to compete and excel among competitors. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the nature of this research is exploratory. The informants in this study were stakeholders. Methods of data collection is done by observation, study documentation, and in-depth interviews. The method of data analysis was carried out by analyzing IFE and EFE matrices, SPACE matrices, and SWOT matrices. This study resulted in 1) 15 points of internal factors consisting of 8 strength factors and 7 weakness factors. 2) 12 points for external factors consisting of 6 opportunity factors and 6 threat factors. This research resulted in a growth and build strategy, this is shown from the results of the internal-external matrix is in the cell division I, while the SPACE matrix results in a business competition position that is in the II quadrant, namely an aggressive strategy, then in the SWOT matrix the results of this study are to utilize the SO (strength- opportunities) strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of home care-based health services and marine ambulance telemedicine in Makassar City. because public health has an important role in efforts to improve the quality of human resources, poverty alleviation and economic development. The Human Development Index puts health as one of the main components of measurement besides education and income. With the weakening of health services based on Home Care and Ambulance Telemedicine Marine, the community feels that they do not get effective services, where people expect to get better and more effective health services, but in fact they find that health services are getting weaker. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. with 307 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the performance of home care-based health services and marine ambulance telemedicine in Makassar City is still categorized as not good, this is seen from 29.5% indicating that the performance of health services is still not good.

Abstract

This research is the effect of work, salary and co-workers on employee job satisfaction at Sinar Utama Mie Ayam and Kopi Medan. Furthermore, the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires from 35 respondents. The model used is Multiple Linear Regression and processed using SPSS version 20. The results of the analysis using the t test can be seen that one independent variable, namely work (X1) has a positive but not partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction (Y) while it is known that two independent variables, namely salary (X2) and co-workers (X3) have a positive and partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction (Y). Then the results of the analysis using the F test can be seen that the three independent variables, namely work (X1), salary (X2) and coworkers (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction (Y). The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination, it is known that 80.5% of job satisfaction can be obtained and explained by work, salary and co-workers. While the remaining 19.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of cash waqf in empowering MSME actors in Medan City. The results of the study stated that the problem in implementing the Potential of Cash Waqf as the Empowerment of MSMEs in Medan City includes two important components, namely: internal and external. aspects of internal problems include two important aspects, namely: human resources and accountability issues. Meanwhile, the external problem lies in 2 aspects, namely: the problem of authority, the problem of society in general. Thus, things that become important in implementing the potential of cash waqf as an empowerment of MSMEs in Medan City from the authority side: 1) supervision issues, 2) nazhir certification 3) Violation penalties for nazhir who do not carry out their duties properly. Meanwhile, in terms of the general public, it consists of a priority order: 1) trust (public trust) which is still relatively low 2) Minimal education, 3) Lack of public awareness of cash waqf 4) guarantees provided by cash waqf managers for cash waqf .

Abstract

Promotion is a career planning process. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the promotion of the Makassar City State Civil Apparatus. The approach used is qualitative. Data obtained through direct field observations, interviews, and document analysis. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the structural position employee promotion system such as: (a) seniority can be a consideration in the implementation of employee promotion (b) educational qualifications that can support an employee's career to be promoted (c) employee loyalty with a loyal attitude towards work with the institution can become a separate consideration for occupying a higher position in the implementation of promotion, (d) the honesty of an employee of the State civil apparatus is needed in terms of promotion, because it can be related to the tasks that will be carried out when occupying a position with responsibility. greater (e) work performance which is always accompanied by rewards to employees both individually and as an organization, because this reward can improve the performance of employees in carrying out their duties, and always show the abilities they have. iki and can be one of the assessments in the implementation of promotion. Factors that influence (a) Nepotism System (b) Politics (Spoil System), the employees who will be promoted should be avoided from political factors so that the implementation of promotions for employees runs according to established procedures.

Abstract

The midst of the many needs for regional financing and the complexity of the needs of the citizens, of course, the regional government must be able to explore its own financial sources as an autonomous region so that the implementation of government functions can run effectively and efficiently, namely in the field of government and services to the community. In indonesia itself over the last few years, tax revenue has increased significantly, both in nominal and as a percentage of the total state revenue. On the other hand, in general, the percentage of taxpayers is still very small compared to the total population in Indonesia In this study, the author uses scott's theory. In analyzing the effectiveness of regional revenue agency in local tax services in barru district, "there is a demand to achieve the effectiveness of tax services which the researcher divides into three variables outcomes, process, and structure and on this topic the researcher will describe the achievement of the effectiveness results of the regional revenue agency in service delivery. Local taxes in the district of barru the above theory is used as a tool to analyze the problems that exist in this study. Based on the results of the study that the process of paying taxes in the district of barru is also fairly convoluted so that it is a factor in people's laziness in paying taxes, in fact an integration of the tax payment system has been carried out within the scope of bappeda but there are many obstacles such as the lack of human resources in this program and knowledge on the ongoing basis of the ease of paying taxes through applications, bappeda is also expected to be productive in innovating, for example collaborating with banks in order to facilitate tax services, because pbb taxes are now available through the application, they do not have to come directly.
