Abstract

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is a consumer goods industry sector engaged in the production of food and beverage ingredients, with production activities based on policies established by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity on profitability at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Types of quantitative descriptive research with data collection methods are observation and documentation studies. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and analyzed using correlation coefficient tests, coefficients of determination, simple linear regression equations and processed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 28.0.0 software. 0.138. The results of the determination test show that there is no significant effect between the Current Ratio and the Ratio On Assets of 0.190. The simple regression equation formed is not significant between the Current Ratio and the Ratio On Asset, namely Y = 4.090-0.853 X.

Abstract

This research moved from the problems that showed dissatisfaction with the community which was allegedly influenced by the quality of service, the effectiveness of the work and professionalism of work at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Bandung. Bappeda has not been able to serve the community well seen from the relatively long time efficiency in serving the community, there are complaints from the public regarding employee performance and performance targets that have not all been realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of public services, the effectiveness of performance and professionalism of work partially and simultaneously on community satisfaction at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach and descriptive verification analysis. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Bandung was 93 respondents. To determine how much influence public service has, the effectiveness of performance and work professionalism uses the t test and F test with the SPSS version 22 program. Based on the results of testing that the influence of the quality of public services on community satisfaction is 39.5%, the effect of performance effectiveness on community satisfaction is 27.1%, the effect of work professionalism on community satisfaction is 40.8%, while the effect of quality public services, performance effectiveness and simultaneous work professionalism towards community satisfaction is 64.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

PNPM-MP is a program in which there are Women's Infrastructure and Savings and Loans (SPP) activities which are managed by the Activity Management Unit (UPK). SPP is one type of activity that clearly shows the seriousness of prioritizing Women's Empowerment. This study aims to analyze the effect of SPP Capital Loans in improving the economy and family income in Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population in this study were members of the Village/Kelurahan SPP Group in Dolok Masihul District. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive quantitative research, namely research that has the intent and purpose to analyze and provide data as accurately as possible about humans or other conditions or symptoms.Sampling for research according to Suharsimi Arikunto (2010: 112), if the subject is less than 100 people should be taken altogether, if the subject is large or more than 100 people can be taken 10-15% or 20-25% or more. The sampling technique used is the simple proportioned cluster sampling technique with a sample size of 20% of the total population, which is 60 samples. The results of testing hypothesis 1, it is known that tcount (1.506) > ttable (1.694), as well as the significance value of 0.142 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the SPP Savings and Loans Capital Loan Variable (X) has no significant effect on the Variables of Economic Improvement and Income Family (Y). Testing hypothesis 2, it is known that tcount (12.494) > ttable (1.672), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the SPP Loan Variable (X) has an effect on the Family Income Variable (Y2).

Abstract

The government anticipates the impact of the economic slowdown caused by the pandemic through economic stimulus through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) by issuing Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 11/POJK.03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus. This regulation relates to policies that support economic growth stimulus that can be carried out by banks. One of them is the policy of restructuring credit or financing. This study aims to analyze the implementation of credit restructuring during the social order era of the covid-19 pandemic at Bank Sumut Tebing Tinggi Branch. This study uses a qualitative approach, where the data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from in-depth interviews with the head of the marketing section and the credit account officer (AO) of Bank Sumut, Tebing Tinggi Branch. Secondary data were obtained from various literatures such as laws, regulations and bank statements. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of credit restructuring at Bank Sumut Tebing Tinggi Branch is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and is carried out through delays in payment of principal and loan interest installments, extension of credit period, Scheduling of payment of principal and/or loan interest installments and Reduction fine.

Abstract

Marketing strategy plays an important role in small, medium and micro businesses. The important role of the right marketing strategy will be able to increase the competitiveness of the products produced by MSMEs. Developing a marketing strategy requires complete information about the market, consumers and the products they need. The lack of understanding of MSME actors in using technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era as a marketing strategy certainly makes it more difficult for SMEs to compete. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of marketing strategies in an effort to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, to analyze the development of marketing strategies in an effort to increase the competitiveness of SMEs. The results of this study are the marketing strategy carried out by MSME actors in Tebing Tinggi City, it was found that 60% of MSME actors did not understand the use of the marketplace as a means of marketing products on a wider scale. This is due to the limited understanding of MSME actors and the product packaging and types of products being sold cannot sell through the marketplace. However, as many as 87% of MSME actors have used social media as a forum for market development and promotion. Utilizing technological developments as a means of promoting and selling strategic products on the SWOT matrix. MSME actors do not fully use and utilize the currently available technology to the fullest. Selling products through the marketplace and social media provides many advantages, especially the unlimited marketing area and being able to get a large number of consumers.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism development requires stakeholder participation to ensure broad participation. Systematic policies in tourism development are needed, especially in realizing sustainable tourism development in the city of Manado. With the regulation of the Minister of Tourism Number 14 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Sustainable Tourism Destinations which is supported by Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2020 concerning RIPPARDA, the purpose of this research is to explore the extent to which policies are implemented in the context of sustainable tourism development in Manado City. This study uses qualitative methods through a phenomenological approach with qualitative observations, qualitative interviews and qualitative documents. The results of current research, tourism in Manado City continues to be developed starting from tourist destination infrastructure, MSME locations are also revitalized by related parties, HR training both external and internal, coordination continues to be built with stakeholders in organizing tourism events, as well as participation from the community in provide criticism or input on the tourism development of Manado City, which is still at the consultation stage with the Manado City Tourism Office, as well as a decrease in Manado City's PAD which is dominated by the tourism sector due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This article discusses the handling of domestic waste through institutional innovation and co-production as an alternative in reducing and utilizing organic and inorganic waste. Waste in Bandung Regency is a very serious problem, almost all sub-Regencys experience problems in managing waste, even though the local government has created many waste management programs but the waste problem still continues. Therefore, a new concept is needed with reference to the concept of co-production. Co-production is a concept of joint production that exists between the government and the community to produce innovations in waste management through the Thematic Waste Bank. This writing refers to one variable, namely the role of the government, this article is finding various waste handling innovations designed and managed by the local government with a qualitative analysis approach using interviews with informants from the Bandung Regency Environmental Agency. The result of this study is that the local government has carried out various innovations that prioritize broad public participation and community commitment in dealing with the challenges of solid waste issues in Bandung Regency, but these innovations have not been able to significantly reduce waste generation in Bandung Regency. This Thematic Waste Bank Program does not cover all sub-Regencys in Bandung Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of working capital (WCTT), debt policy (DER) and firm size on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The population taken is the food and beverage sub-sector entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020 totalling 34 entities. Sampling with purposive sampling technique through certain standards, samples obtained amounted to 70 samples (14 entities with 5 years of research). This study has the result that working capital, debt policy, profitability and firm size have a simultaneous and significant impact on firm value. Working capital, debt policy and firm size have a simultaneous and significant impact on profitability. Working capital has an individual positive impact on firm value and has an individual positive impact on profitability. debt policy has no individual impact on firm value and no individual impact on profitability. Firm size has no individual impact on firm value and no individual impact on profitability. Profitability has an individual positive impact on firm value. Research findings where if an entity wants to increase the value of the company, it must pay attention to working capital, debt policy and company size and increase the profits generated.

Abstract

Tax Avoidance is one of the tax planning strategies carried out by the company. The tax avoidance strategy is a way to reduce taxes that are legally recognized. In practice, tax avoidance is carried out based on the provisions of tax law. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, and Audit Quality on Tax Avoidance in the annual reports of Manufacturing Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research is secondary data. To explain the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, the data obtained in this study were analyzed using panel data regression model analysis. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables jointly affect the dependent variable. However, individually, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit quality have a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, while the audit committee has no significant effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study analyzes service quality, price perception, and location on customer satisfaction at Hotel Harris Suites fX Sudirman Jakarta. The type of data in this study is primary data or data from respondents containing respondents' opinions of service quality, price perception, and location on customer satisfaction. Data collection can be found questionnaire instrument. The population in this research is customers of Hotel Harris Suites fX Sudirman Jakarta with a sample of 100 respondents by Purposive Sampling. The method of analysis uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The calculated value is more significant than the t table from the research results on partial variables. This study shows and states a positive and considerable influence of service quality, price perception, and location on customer satisfaction. At the same time, the percentage of impact on service quality, price perception, and place on customer satisfaction at Hotel Harris Suites fX Sudirman Jakarta amounted to 78.4%. In contrast, the rest is influenced by others.
