he era development in corporate management is required to be able to determine strategies and innovation to survive in business competition, so that it can keep customer satisfaction. There is one of the application, namely Jenius application that must maintain customers. There are some purposes in this study, such as to determine whether E-Trust affects E-Satisfaction Jenius users, whether E-Service Quality affects the E-Satisfaction of Jenius users, whether E-WOM quality affects the E-Satisfaction of Jenius users, whether E-Trust affects E-Loyalty of Jenius users, whether E-Service Quality affects the E-Loyalty of Jenius users, whether E-WOM affects E-loyalty of Jenius users, whether E-Satisfaction affects E-Loyalty of Jenius users, whether E-Service quality affects E-Loyalty of Jenius users through E-Satisfaction as an intervening variable of Jenius users, whether E-Trust affects E-Loyalty of Jenius users through E-Satisfaction as an intervening variable, and whether E-WOM affects E-Loyalty of Jenius users through E-Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research method employed descriptive research with quantitative approach. The results of this study revealed that the effects of E-Trust, E-Service Quality, and E-WOM on E-Loyalty mediated E-Satisfaction. This research involved 130 respondents of Jenius customers who are active and domiciled in Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational justice on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company located in Bandung, West Java. The study used 85 respondents who were employees of a manufacturing company in Bandung. In this study the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the quota sampling method. Tests carried out in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, model tests, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This research has theoretical and practical implications.

Financial performance is a description of the company's financial condition in a certain period, both regarding the aspects of raising funds and channeling funds which are usually measured by indicators of capital adequacy. Therefore, to be able to measure financial performance in companies usually use financial ratio. Financial ratios commonly used in companies such as liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio and investment ratio. However, this study only uses three financial ratio, namely liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and profitability ratio. Based on the research results, the results of the analysis of the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and profitability ratio in the company have fluctuated or are still unstable in each period because they have increased and decreased in each period.

This study aims to examine the effect of viral marketing, promotion and flash sale variables on purchase intentions in the Tiktok shop marketplace. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis by conducting a survey using the Google form which has been distributed to 104 respondents with generation z consumers who use the TikTok shop application as the object of this study. testing in this study used the help of the SPSS 23 analysis tool. The results of the study showed that the influence of the viral marketing variable (X1) did not have a significant effect on purchase intention (Y) because the significant value was 0.069> 0.05 and tcount 1.838 t table 1.984 and the flash sale variable (X3) obtained a significant value of 0.002 <0.05 and tcount 3.253> ttable 1.984. but the variable viral marketing (X1), promotion (X2) and flash sale (X3) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the variable purchase intention (Y).

In a hypercompetitive global market, none of the business can survive without support from satisfied customers and loyal customers who buy goods or services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Perceived Price on Purchasing Decisions for Sanford Drinking Water. The population of this research is the customers in the cafeteria of PT. Team Metal Indonesia, Batam totaling 112 people. The sample consists of 112 respondents, who were taken by the saturated sampling method. Data analysis using Multiple Regression and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study concluded that Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.045, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.010, and the perceived price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.000. Brand image, product quality, and perceived price simultaneously influence the decisions purchase of 0.000

Data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Maluku Province shows that the absorption of labor in Maluku Province has increased quite significantly from 2019 to 2020. This research aims to analyze the effect of wage level, direct investment, and education level on employment opportunity in Maluku Province. It used panel data from BPS of Maluku Province. The results of this study indicate that wage level has a significant effect and negative relationship with employment opportunities in Maluku Province. It was indicated by probability score 0.0300 which is less than 0.05 and regression coefficient - 1.894757. Direct investment has significant effect and positive relationship to employment opportunities with probability score 0.0544 and regression coefficient 138740.1. While, education level also has significant effect and positive relationship to employment opportunities with probability score 0.0087 which is less than 0.05 and regression coefficient is 148667.3.

User capabilities are required to maximize their quality in the operation of information systems. In addition, a quality accounting information system requires reasonable internal control to minimize the risks that will arise from using an accounting information system. The research employed a quantitative survey method by distributing questionnaires to conventional commercial banks in West Java. This research used primary data for the sample of this study, as many as 73 people from 12 banks with details of the Division of Accounting and Finance. For the selection of respondents, this study used convenience sampling. The data analysis technique involved complete structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using smartPLS. The results revealed the effects of User Capabilities on the Quality of Accounting Information Systems, Internal Control on the Quality of Accounting Information Systems, and the Influence of Information Technology on the Quality of Accounting Information Systems with a moderate effect size. Through the support of information technology, this research will become essential support for the achievement of a quality accounting information system since the banks are required to follow the direction of the times of technology-based.

In this study, it was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership and affective commitment on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of West Sumatra Province. The independent variables in this study are transformational leadership and affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables while employee performance is used as the dependent variable. Sampling technique with probability samples. So that the population of respondents used as many as 105 employees. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the research show that transformational leadership has no effect on employee performance; affective commitment has no effect on employee performance; organizational citizenship behavior affects employee performance; transformational leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior; affective commitment affects organizational citizenship behavior; then organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable affecting transformational leadership on employee performance; and organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable affecting affective commitment to employee performance.

Efforts to use various social media applications to support not only friendship but for business marketing not only in cities but even in remote villages today have become something very phenomenal. This very simple study will discuss the concept of transformational leadership which is a leadership style that can turn the vision and mission into action, transforming individuals to want to change towards improving their quality. In its implementation, there are several factors that influence it, namely idealiazed influence, inspirational motivation, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation. The purpose of writing to explain in a comprehensive manner about the concept of leadership, transformational leadership style, and characteristics of transformational leadership.
