Abstract

Job burnout is a response to stressful situations, difficult to control, and conditions that affect employee performance. Green Management as a business strategy is shown in the form of respect for the environment and corporate cultural values. So the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of tenure on job output and employee performance that is intervened by the green management strategy. This study selected employees with more than five and more than ten years of service who were indicated to be experiencing job burnout. Job evaluation document data and competency gaps found conditions of job burnout and decreased performance. The data were analyzed in inferential statistics. The results show a significant effect of tenure on job burnout; tenure intervened by the green management strategy has a significant effect on job burnout; tenure intervened by the green management strategy affects employee performance. The green management strategy has a negative effect on job burnout, the green management strategy has a significant effect on employee performance, and job burnout has a negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human capital is effective and humane management in HR management. This study aims to analyze the impact of human capital management on employee competence and company competitiveness. This descriptive quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach took supervisors and senior staff at PT Aerofood ACS as a sample. Company competitiveness data from scales, checklists and documents, and human capital data are designed using the Likert model, as well as competency data compiled according to the HR Department's checklist. The results of the analysis obtained a value of t = 4.877 with a probability of 0.000 (p <0.01) which proves that there is a very significant increase in the human capital management approach to the competence of supervisors and senior staff. The results of inferential analysis and interpretation of document data show that competitiveness is in the form of a company's ability to strengthen its market position which in quantity is classified as stable, over a period of 2-4 years, is able to maintain a relationship with pro-environmental behavior, increase the number of workers and meet the demands of service user companies workforce at the skill level.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at the Regional Revenue Agency of West Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of West Sumatra Province. The sampling technique is the sample method is by probability sampling with a total of 118 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has no effect on employee performance. Competence and work discipline have no effect on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable. Based on the results of the determinant coefficient test, the R square value is 0.725, this means that 72.5% of employee performance is explained by competence, work discipline and work motivation. While the remaining 27.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Abstract

This research examines the effect of company size and the previous year's audit opinion on audit report lag with KAP's reputation as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016–2019. This type of research is quantitative, using secondary data taken through the IDX website. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling method, with a full selection of 136 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 23 software. The results show that partially the company size and the previous year's audit opinion significantly affects audit report lag. The KAP reputation strengthens the relationship between the company size and the previous year's audit opinion with audit report lag in manufacturing companies for the 2016–2019 period.

Abstract

This study explores the issues of competence, compensation, and job satisfaction on auditor work ethic in the BRI Jakarta III office, using a sample of 78 auditors. Data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out questionnaires. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey, while the analysis technique is regression analysis. The results prove that there is an influence between competence on work ethic which shows that increasing competence will result in an increase in the work ethic of auditors. that an increase in job satisfaction will result in an increase in the work ethic of auditors. There is a joint influence of competence, compensation, and job satisfaction on work ethic indicating that increasing competence, compensation, and job satisfaction together will result in an increase in the work ethic of auditors. The uniqueness of this finding is that job satisfaction has a greater effect than competence and compensation, so organizations must pay attention to job satisfaction and the factors that cause it, so the BRI Jakarta III Auditor's office must increase job satisfaction until employees get optimal job satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the efforts in improving employee performance is by building effective communication, among others, with internal communication between leaders and subordinates. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, and internal communication on employee performance. The PLS-SEM approach was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Internal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Management can achieve success if the resources are owned, Management can only succeed if it has resources, especially human resources. Employees are therefore a key factor in making a real contribution to the sustainable success of the organization. Therefore, only optimally performing employees can achieve this success. Therefore, various aspects need to be improved to maximize employee performance. This study aims to analyze how these aspects can improve employee performance. This research uses an associative quantitative approach based on PLS-SEM. The results show that training effectiveness has a positive impact on organizational commitment and a significant positive impact on employee performance. However, training effectiveness does not affect employee performance. However, organizational commitment indirectly and optimally can be a driving force to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The value of products to get products from the money they spend to get benefits on the brand of a product or service, after that having a lifestyle that is more than the beginning. This raises the right for customers to be able to sort out the best product or service brands, which creates automatic customer happiness by indirectly demanding that companies must be able to create a stronger brand more than just ordinary products or services. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that can increase loyalty to the Wardah Cosmetic brand. This study was conducted on Primagraha University students, especially in management study programs with a population of 403, while those drawn into the sample were 130 with a purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is an associative quantitative approach with a survey method, the data analysis technique used in this research the author uses SmartPLS. The results showed that brand loyalty is influenced by brand experience, brand loyalty is influenced by brand trust, and brand trust can moderate the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty

Abstract

In this case, service and non-services companies as taxpayers are required to pay taxes. For companies, taxes are a source of expenditure (Cash Disbursement) without direct cash for the company. So, many companies usually make efforts to pay their taxes owed as small as possible . PT. Semesta Nusantara Konstruksi is a company engaged in the construction of building construction, income/profit obtained by PT. Semesta Nusantara Konstruksi automatically. The company has become a tax subject as well as a tax object of a country. PT. Semesta Nusantara Construction provides full tax returns to its employees. However, the method used by this company is the Net method. This research used quantitative research which was conducted at PT Semesta Nusantara Konstruksi. It is one of the companies engaged in the construction field. Data collection methods was through literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation. Calculation of Income Tax article 21 on PT. Semesta Nusantara Konstruksi related to paying income tax till uses the calculation charged to the employer (Net). It shows that PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how capital structure and liquidity impact the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, by examining their profitability. The data for this study was obtained from the Stock Exchange Investment Gallery and the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Indonesian Muslim University. The study found that capital structure has a positive and significant impact on profitability in food and beverage companies, while liquidity also has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Additionally, capital structure has a significant and positive impact on firm value, while liquidity has a positive but not significant impact on firm value. Profitability also has a significant and positive impact on firm value in the food and beverage industry. Capital structure has a positive and significant impact on firm value through profitability, while liquidity affects firm value through profitability but does not have a significant impact. The results of this research are expected to be helpful for investors when making investment decisions in food and beverage companies.
