Abstract

This study examines the impact of cash flow and earnings on stock prices, which seeks to identify the stock price based on its cash flow and profits. The sample in this study is a manufacturing business that went public and was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2019, utilizing a technical sampling of 15 companies. The analysis was carried out by testing the classical hypotheses and statistical tests to fulfil the assumptions necessary in the multiple linear regression analysis. The traditional assumption tests are multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. Then, to establish the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a multiple linear regression test was performed. According to hypothesis testing, cash flow and net income positively and significantly affect stock prices. According to the F-test results, the probability value of the cash flow and net income variables is less than Fcount > Ftab. This suggests a positive and strong association between cash flow and net income and stock prices; the better the cash flow and the higher the net income, the higher the stock prices of manufacturing businesses listed on the IDX in 2018-2019. According to the results of the determination, the stock price is controlled by 65.9 percent of the variables, with the remainder influenced by other variables

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the influence of performance appraisal, compensation, employment security, public service motivation on nurse’s organizational commitment and its impact toward turnover intention. The research model is modified from the previous study and empirically tested on nurses in Xyz hospital in Tangerang during Covid-19 pandemic. Data are collected from hospital nurses on April 2021 and 107 eligible respondents collected through a questionnaire distributed online with simple random sampling technique as sampling technique, then analyzes the data collected using PLS-SEM. The result showed that performance appraisal, employment security, and public service has a significant negative impact towards turnover intention, but compensation doesn’t significantly negatively impact toward turnover intention and all independent variable show significant positive impact toward organizational commitment. The strongest significant negative impact comes from performance appraisal toward turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment. This research confirms some theories on human resource management specifically the impact of employment security and public service motivation towards turnover intention. Moderate predictive accuracy with large predictive relevance was obtained to turnover intention so that it can be developed in further research, there are also managerial implications and recommendations for the further researcher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic level in Central Sulawesi Province. This study uses secondary data and then analyzed using the Williamson Index analysis tool. The Williamson Index increased between districts/cities in general, increasing from 2015 which was 0.5 to 0.65 in 2019, with high levels because the Williamson Index coefficient is getting further from zero and closer to one. The regional government of Central Sulawesi Province in carrying out its activities is to prioritize areas that are lagging behind in development without the development of advanced regions, the development of equitable distribution of development results

The benefits and objectives of the analysis of the sources and uses of funds to find out how to use the funds and where the funds are obtained from Research uses quantitative methods, in determining the relationship between variables in a population through calculations derived from samples Analysis of Sources and Use of Funds at Maju Jaya Building Stores, through; Analysis of Changes in Working Capital Reports, Analysis of sources and uses of funds, and Analysis of reports on sources and uses of Working Capital results obtained; Report on Changes in Working Capital has increased obtained from; income or profit; accumulated depreciation; and capital. These changes occurred in an increase in cash/bank balances, inventories, followed by a decrease in trade payables and others, as well as a decrease in bank loans, both working capital credit and investment credit, sources of funds obtained from company profits, a decrease in receivables and accumulated depreciation, then the use of these funds. which is used to increase cash/bank balances, payment of debts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the corona virus on stock prices in all company sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study examines whether there are differences in stock prices before and after Covid-19 was announced in Indonesia. The data consists of stock prices at the end of January 2020 (30 days before the announcement of covid-19) and stock prices at the end of March 2020 (30 days after the announcement of covid-19) for all company sectors on the IDX. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The analysis technique in this study consists of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing using the nonparametric MANOVA method on the STATCAL software. The results showed that there was a significant difference in stock prices before and after the announcement of the first case of covid-19 in Indonesia, indicated by a significant value per company sector in all sectors <0.05. The value of the permutation test p-value is 0.01, i.e. < 0.05 significance level, it can be concluded that overall, there is a significant difference in stock prices 30 days before and after the announcement of COVID-19, based on 9 company sectors and all company sectors

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to avoid the loss of tanu items staying at the inna parapat hotel. When working, a Room Attendant must always provide good service to guests and always dress neatly because the appearance of a Room Attendant greatly affects the guest's impression of the hotel. The presence of guests must always get more attention from the hotel, for example in the field of guest services while at the hotel such as cleanliness, neatness, and comfort and of course Room Attendant service in preparing guest needs. Because a Room Attendant is required to always be skilled and responsible in carrying out their duties. By using Observation, Questionnaire, and also Literature Study, the writer analyzes its implementation. The study was conducted at the Inna Parapat Hotel, this aims to improve the management of Inna Parapat Hotel to pay more attention to the work of their subordinates. At the time the author conducted research at Inna Parapat Hotel, the results of the research conducted by the author, the author found that the Room Attendant who worked was not in accordance with what had been set, and the lack of responsibility for lost and found items belonging to hotel guests became one of the biggest obstacles in Inna Parapat Hotel, so Room Attendant work is not optimal. This is due to the lack of supervision from supervisors to their subordinates. Abstract

The basic and chemical industries that are experiencing growth cannot be separated from the capital structure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the current ratio, net profit margin, company size and asset structure on the capital structure of basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. A quantitative approach that processes statistical data using multiple linear regression. This type of quantitative research is a causal relationship. The population of this study is 100 basic and chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period.The research sample is 25Company. The result is that the current ratio affects the capital structure of basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The net profit margin has no effect on the capital structure of basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Company size affects the capital structure of basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Asset structure affects the capital structure of basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Current ratio, net profit margin, company size and asset structure affect the capital structure of basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the direct and indirect effects and impacts of Brand Experience, Brand Image, Brand Satisfaction, and Brand Loyalty on the perspectives of IOS operating system users in DKI Jakarta, specifically from the Four Stage Loyalty Model. The samples for this study were drawn from a total of 124 respondents who live in DKI Jakarta and are dispersed around the district (Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, and South Jakarta). The data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) statistical tool, which also employs the SmartPls program tool after existing samples were acquired using a questionnaire distribution approach. The findings of this study conclude that Brand Experience has a favorable influence on Brand Image and Brand Satisfaction, as well as having an impact on Brand Loyalty for IOS users in DKI Jakarta, based on data processing and observations.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of patient satisfaction at Primaya Hospital Tangerang based on the respondent's profile and the specified variables. This study involved 476 inpatients at Primaya Hospital Tangerang in the period December 2020. Data collection was carried out using data from a questionnaire containing 35 statements with a Likert Scale of 1-4 based on the purposive sampling method. Data were described and analyzed based on PLS. The results of this study analyzed the level of satisfaction of inpatients based on a specific respondent's profile for each variable used, namely health workers, health facilities, medical support and administrative processes in hospitals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education, and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation of STIE Eka Prasetya’s students partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were all students of STIE Eka Prasetya who already had a business independently, totaling 147 people. Data were collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form with a total sample of 107 respondents. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of Entrepreneurship Education, and Self- Efficacy have an effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation of STIE Eka Prasetya’s students. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test), and also it shows the significant values of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Entrepreneurship Education, and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation of STIE Eka Prasetya’s students, and the effect is 49%, this is evidenced by the determination test.
