Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look for direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, knowledge management on innovation in electro manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative approach. Data obtained by conducting a survey of 433 employees of electro companies. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS tools. Model testing is carried out and declared fit. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence of organizational culture and knowledge management on innovation in Indonesian electro manufacturing employees. Organizational culture can also have a significant effect on knowledge management. This study also shows the indirect effect of organizational culture on innovation through knowledge management. The novelty of this research is that there has been no research related to organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation, especially in the electrical companies in Indonesia. Further research opportunities are domain keys identified.

Abstract

Construction projects play an important role in the advancement of a nation through infrastructure development that leads to economic growth. many factors that influence the success of the project construction, limited to the main variables such as competency of stakeholder , domination of stakeholder and negotiation model. Project success in construction sector must have stakeholders with the competency and domination for knowledge how make the project success. This research based on 100 samples from the infrastructure sector wich which will be analyzed with the partial structural-least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The result of the analysis show that the competency, domination of the Stakeholders and negotiation model giving effect to the project success in partial variable. Simultaneously, competency and domination of stakeholder, project success and characteristic are able to explain about the significant effect upon the business benefit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the collaboration of actors in the network in the stunting prevention program in Bulukumba district using qualitative research methods. The data collection method is by observation and document study. The data analysis method is data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that the number of children with stunting in Bulukumba district is 1740 cases spread over 20 sub-districts and there are 58 people scattered in various regional apparatus organizations in Bulukumba who are members of the stunting prevention team including the Health Office, Development Planning Agency, Regional Research and Development, Population control agency, family planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, and others. Collaboration between actors in the network, such as face-to-face dialog, is carried out through stunting consultations and is stated in the MOU on the equality of stunting data and the commitment of the actors in stunting prevention programs.

Abstract

Economic order quantity models have been fascinated to be researched since a long time ago. This article presents a bibliometric analysis for imperfection production inventory models. Analysis involved 40 peerreviewed research articles published during 2000-2020 at Google Scholar and Sciencedirect. The articles are filtered based on trends, year of publication, countries, institution, and publisher name. Result of this study shows that a journal entitled International Journal of Production Economics has the most published article in the area. Content analysis has classified purpose of research, type of echelon, type of demand, lead-time, backorder, type of production process, quality improvement, setup cost and ordering cost reduction, logistic cost, and pick-up service. This study also recommends research gap for future studies in the field of inventory for supply chain management

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Poverty Reduction in Telluwanua District. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and literature study. The theoretical approach used in this research is the policy implementation approach of Daniel Mazmanin and Paul Sabtier. The results showed that the implementation of PKH in Telluwanua District regarding the knowledge and socialization of the PKH Program carried out by officers was only carried out between PKH Program Recipients and their officers. The data collection process in determining the recipients of the PKH Program has been carried out with program procedures and provisions. However, there are still many people who should be included in the criteria as recipients of the PKH Program, but have not received it. The assistance that must be carried out by the Facilitator or PKH Officer has been carried out properly. The distribution process and PKH to PKH or RTSM recipients, experienced difficulties that were felt directly by PKH participants. In addition, there is still a lack of support from parties who are not directly involved in the program or public support.

Abstract

In public service institutions, such as the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Tasikmalaya Regency, aspects of work design characteristics and psychological capital support the emergence of positive behaviour so that employees will show a more positive attitude in carrying out their work. Based on the data obtained, it was found that the employees of BAPPEDA Tasikmalaya Regency had a good level of self-efficacy, as evidenced by the exposure of employees who believed in their abilities and liked challenging work for the development of their potential. In addition, employees also express self-confidence to achieve success in their current work. This employee's self-capacity can affect the level of work engagement of employees. The findings of work design characteristics problems at BAPPEDA Tasikmalaya Regency are characterized by low employee work design characteristics, especially those based on differences in age and education and psychological capital problems at BAPPEDA Tasikmalaya Regency marked by low employee confidence in dealing with work problems. The research method used is regression analysis to assess the influence between variables. The population in this study were all employees of BAPPEDA Tasikmalaya Regency who had agreed to participate in the study. The research instrument uses a questionnaire of work design characteristics, psychological capital, and work engagement which will be filled out by respondents, namely all employees at BAPPEDA Tasikmalaya Regency. This research will use a multiple linear regression test. The results showed a positive effect of work design characteristics on work engagement and a positive influence of psychological capital on work engagement. Furthermore, it was found that work design characteristics and psychological capital simultaneously and significantly affect employee work engagement at BAPPEDA Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

It has been a challenge for hospitals to meet patient satisfaction with health services provided. There are many factors related to patient satisfaction, one of them is communication, especially in this digital era where the patients can access easily through social media. Not only communication between hospitals and patients, but also communication between patients and doctors play an important role. To address the underlying mechanism between these predictors in the context of social media and patient loyalty. This study used an observational-descriptive design with 302 respondents who have received a service from a private hospital either outpatient or inpatient. They are selected by simple purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM. Patient trust toward hospital, strength of hospital patient communication, and perceived image of hospital are not associated with patient satisfaction. Perceived image of doctor is positively associated with patient satisfaction and patient satisfaction is positively associated with patient loyalty. In social media context, perceived image of doctor is positively associated with patient satisfaction. We need to improve patient satisfaction in order to increase patient loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on the performance of small and medium enterprises mediated by competitive advantage in the construction of a welding workshop at the Medan City Court. This study uses an associative approach. The population of this study was all Small and Medium Industries located on Jalan Medan Kota Court. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated, amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that: (1) the influence of entrepreneurship orientation on the performance of SMEs is positive and significant (2) the effect of market orientation on the performance of SMEs is positive and significant. (3) the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage is positive and significant. (4) the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage is positive and significant. (5) the effect of competitive advantage on the performance of SMEs is positive and significant (6) competitive advantage plays a role in mediating entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs (7) Competitive advantage plays a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Consumer Goods Industry Company is one of the Manufacturing companies in Indonesia. it is still the main choice for investors to invest their funds. That's because the stocks of companies in the Consumer Goods Industry still offer the potential increase. The theory used in this research are theories that discuss the financial ratios turnover ratio of cash, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and liquidity. The method used in this research is the associative approach, the type of research is descriptive statistics, and the nature of this research is Explorative research. Data collection was performed by documentation, the type, and source of data are secondary data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The study population was the whole Consumer Goods Industry companies totaling 40 companies from 2011-to 2014. The samples were obtained from 17 companies that met the criteria for the research samples using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the partially, cash turnover does not affect liquidity, receivables turnover negatively affects the liquidity, and inventory turnover negatively affects liquidity. Simultaneously, cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover significantly affect the liquidity in the Consumer Goods Industry companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from the 2011-to 2014 period.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of discipline, workloads and emotional intelligence toward employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kota Kupang simultaneously and partially (quantitative). The sample in this research were all employees at Dinas Sosial Kota Kupang as many as 93 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The research results obtained are: 1). Partial test (t test) which is performed prove that discipline has an effect to employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kota Kupang is t-value 5.536 > t-table 1.98638 and also a sig as many as 0,000 < 0,05; 2). Workloads affects to employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kota Kupang, where is t-value 33.683 > t-table 1,98638 an also a sig as many as 0,000 < 0,05; 3). Emotional intelligence affects toward employees performance at Dinas Sosial Kota Kupang, where is t-value 20.817 > t-table 1,98638 and also a sig as many as 0,000 < 0,05; 4). Discipline, workloads and emotional intelligence significant effect simultaneously to employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kota Kupang, where is F-value 459.956 > F-table 2,70 and also a sig as many as 0,000 < 0,05.
