Abstract

PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Amplas Trade Center Medan is one of the shipping companies in Indonesia. One of the most important factors in the development of PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Amplas Trade Center Medan is human resources. Based on employee performance data in 2019-2020, it shows a decrease in employee performance in the "According to Standard" category with a total of 46 employees and an increase in the number of employees "Not Meeting Standard" with a total of 3 employees. This can be caused by several factors, namely the state of the work environment, the relationship between employees, the level of employee discipline, and the motivation or encouragement of each employee. Based on these problems, it is necessary to research the above factors. In the results of the study, it was concluded that partially and simultaneously the work environment, work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Amplas Trade Center Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the factors of convenience, trust, and security significantly affect the interest in using the Go-Food application for millennials in Makassar City. Sampling in this study uses the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a set questionnaire. A total of 96 respondents were successfully invited to participate and fill out the questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively and regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The test of this research was conducted using the SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that the security and usability variables significantly affected the interest in using the Go-Food application. While the ease of use variable has no significant effect on the interest in using the Go-Food application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the competence of financial management officials, regulations and the role of internal audit, with organizational commitment as a moderating variable on the quality of the financial reports of Regional Apparatus Organizations in the Manggarai Regency Government. The type of research used is causality research. The population in this study amounted to 99 employee, Manggarai Regency Apparatus Organizations that operate 33 respondent. The sample method is the census method, so that the entire population is used as a research sample. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis and residual test with the help of the SPSS program. The results prove that the competence of management, regulatory and internal audit officials has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports simultaneously. Financial management and regulatory officials have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports, role of internal audit has no effect on the quality of financial reports. Organizational commitment as a moderating variable can moderate the relationship between the competence of financial management officials, regulations and the role of internal audit, with the quality of the financial reports of Local Government Organizations in the Manggarai Regency Government.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the extent to which training, education, and motivation of superiors affect the usefulness of the regional financial accounting system at the government office of BPKKD Sidoarjo Regency. The population in this study is all employees of the finance department of 135 people in Sidoarjo regency, with the number of samples needed as many as 57 respondents. The data obtained will be analyzed using multiple linear regression.After knowing the problem, researching and discussing the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: Based on test F shows that Training, Education and Motivation of Superiors affect the Usefulness of SAKD, so that the regression model produced is suitable or appropriate in explaining the Usefulness of SAKD. Based on partial tests for variables, training partially has no effect on the usefulness of SAKD. Based on partial tests for variables Education partially has no effect on the usefulness of SAKD. Based on partial tests for the Superior Motivation variable partially affects the Usefulness of SAKD.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the governance of the Foundation (transparency and accountability) to public trust simultaneously, partially with fiscal performance as a moderating variable, the effectiveness of non-program activities as a moderating variable, public support as a moderating variable, investment performance as a moderating variable, and program activities as moderating variables. The research method used is quantitative research with the research subjects are donors who have donated to the Mardi Wiyata Foundation for more than 5 years and parents of students at the Mardi Wiyata Foundation. Main Findings: Transparency and accountability variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on public trust. Partial transparency variables have a significant positive effect on public trust, while the Theory and Policy Implications is the existence of transparency and accountability to public trust simultaneously. There is partial transparency and accountability for public trust. This research bridges the foundation's governance to public trust through financial performance.

Abstract

Indonesian market, in general, has swift their perception of healthy food much more positively, It is diverting the focus of contact in business relationships towards the coordination of logistical operations that offer value to the client. By applying value co-creation, the Healthy-food industry is anticipated to expedite the process of innovation and invention. In addition, the purpose of this study is to investigate the blueprint for cooperation and creativity utilizing a business model canvas based on service-dominant logic. This initial business model canvas is proposed to offer a qualitative overview of the process of value co-creation (i.e., literature review, observation). It is anticipated that more research will validate the created BMC by giving various statistical evaluations.

Abstract

Various kinds of work motivation theories are contained in organizational behavior, including Maslow's theory of needs. Although Maslow's theory is old, it is still used in modern organizations. The employees work motivation in this research, was studied based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory approach consisting of physical needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs, and actualization needs. This study aims to describe quantitatively the conditions of employee motivation using Maslow's needs approach. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this study amounted to 158 respondents from a population of 262 employees. Data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, surveys, and interviews. While the research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. And data analysis using scale range analysis. The results showed that work motivation was based on physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs at high motivation levels.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital skills, industry 4.0 skill-sets, and instructor competencies on the work readiness of trainees at BLK Padang in facing the future world of work, by using a total sampling technique of 160 trainees, then the data analyzed by assisting of SPSS V 26, Mc. Excel, and PLS software 3.3. Results of the research show that digital skills, industry 4.0 skill-sets, and instructor competencies have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Then, the moderation test showed that instructor competencies not only affect the work readiness of BLK Padang trainees but also strengthen the effects between digital skills and industry 4.0 skill-sets on work readiness of BLK Padang trainees.

Abstract

Stakeholders capability factors can be effect by domination and competency beside their interpersonal skills to gain competitive advantage organizations need to have something that the competitors do not have and cannot achieve in the short-term. Bussiness benefit in construction sector must have stakeholders with the competency and domination for knowledge the project characteristic to be the project success. This research based on 80 samples from the stakeholders in business construction sector wich which will be analyzed with the partial structural-least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The result of the analysis show that the competency an domination of the Stakeholders is the only variable consistently giving influence upon the project success, project characteristic and business benefit in construction sector in all modelling compositions.

Abstract

Onions are one of the leading vegetable commodities in Indonesia which have been intensively cultivated by farmers for a long time. This vegetable commodity belongs to the group of non-substituted spices that function as food seasonings as well as ingredients for traditional medicines. This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on the decision to purchase onions in Bima Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. While this type of research is categorized as causal research with the number of samples in this study amounting to 100 people with the research instrument using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of hypothesis testing state that partially the price has an effect on purchasing decisions where the tcount value is 4.477 with a t table value of 1.66071 (4,477˃1.66071), product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions where the t count value is 1,428 with a t table value of 1, 66071 (1,428<1,66071), and simultaneously it can be stated that the price and product quality affect the decision to purchase onions in Bima Regency where the fcount value is 40,097 with the ftable value 3,09 (40.097 >3.09)
