Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work involvement, commitment and its influence on employee performance. The samples taken were all employees of the Ambon State Christian Institute of 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) work involvement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) engagement work does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Organizational culture influences performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable.

Abstract

One of the policies that are the focus of this research is the accountability of poverty alleviation policies. Poverty is a complex 'problem' throughout the world, especially for developing countries including Indonesia. It is said to be complex, because poverty affects various aspects of life both socially, economically and politically. For this reason, collaborative efforts are needed in solving poverty problems that are effective and efficient. This study aims to analyze the collaboration process as an accountability strategy in poverty alleviation policies in Merauke Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Determination of informants using purvosive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the collaboration process in the accountability of poverty policy implementation in Merauke Regency which is carried out by the Merauke Regency regional government has not been maximally implemented due to several aspects of cross-sectoral collaboration such as: a) Forging agreement; b) Building leadership; c) Building legitimacy; d) Building trusts; e) Managing conflicts; and f) Planning, has not been implemented properly in order to reduce poverty in Merauke Regency. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of personal selling and distribution on marketing performance directly or moderated by regulation. The research method used is quantitative which is associative by using primary data, namely interviews, and secondary data, namely sales, distribution, and data sourced from PT. Kimia Farma Trading Medan Branch. The research instrument was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants are determined and determined based on the number needed, but based on consideration of the function and role of information according to the focus of the research problem. So that the informants in the study are 58 people who are managers at PT. Kimia Farma Trading Medan Branch. The results of this study indicate that this study shows that the direct effect of personal selling has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). Furthermore, the distribution has a positive but not significant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). Regulation has a negative and insignificant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). With the results of the moderating effect analysis, it can be seen that the regulation mediates the influence of personal selling and distribution on Marketing Performance (Marketing), and regulation mediates the influence of personal selling but not moderating distribution on Marketing Performance (Marketing) PT.Kimia Farma Trading Cab. Field.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the dividend decisions of consumer goods companies in Indonesia with the established financial performance strategy and involve the role of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in its implementation. The data for this study were derived from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study is 209 companies in the Consumer Goods sector, of which 128 companies come from the Consumer Cyclicals sector and 92 companies in the Non-Cyclicals sector. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method is a quantitative approach with path analysis data method using Smart PLS. The findings revealed: 1) The number of CEOs has a positive and significant effect on profitability. 2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on dividend distribution decisions. 3) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on profitability. 4) The number of CEOs moderated by profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend distribution decisions. 5) Leverage and company size moderated by profitability have no effect on dividend distribution decisions.

Abstract

This research on tourism human resources is entitled The role of tourism business in the application of Balinese cultural values to hotels in Badung. Badung Regency was chosen as the research location with several considerations: 1) Badung is the district with the fastest tourism growth in Bali, 2) The growth in the number of hotels in this area is followed by a growth in the number of hotel employees, 3) The culture of hotel employees in Badung Regency needs to be maintained. Considered that the province of Bali relies on the tourism sector for its main regional income, this research is important because the application of local wisdom to tourism human resources is an important component in a service. This study produces information about the role of tourism/hotel business actors in the application of local wisdom values in hotels in Badung Regency. This research includes descriptive research by utilizing a qualitative approach. In this study, the authors explore data and information about the role of the tourism industry in implementing local cultural values in running their business. The stages carried out in this study 1) Identify Balinese cultural values applied by tourism actors (hotel employees) in Badung, 2) identify the role of tourism business people in the application of local culture as a strategy to increase the superior value of tourism business services.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the analysis of factors have an impact on accounting conservatism in PT company. Jaya Real Property, Tbk period 2016-2021. Sampling is done by purposeful sampling method. Quarterly time series data for the period 2016-2021 is used as a sample. As a result, the total number of samples obtained is 24 samples. IBM SPSS Statistics 26 application was used to perform multiple regression analysis in this research. According to F test (simultaneously) results, the independent variables of debt-to-assets ratio, investment opportunity set and firm size all have an impact influence on accounting conservatism. Contingent the results of the partial t-test, perhaps inferred of debt-to-asset ratio and the set of investment opportunities have an impact on accounting conservatism, but firm size does not. significant movements. Out of results the experimental resolution also explain of the debt-to-asset ratio, the set of investment opportunities, and the capacity of the business have an important influence on the conservatism in quarterly accounting for the period 2016-2020.

Abstract

Nagari Kamang Hilia has a lot of potential for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with multiple categories, namely food processing, trade, industry and services. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential for developing MSME products, especially Kamang Chips. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative methods through the process of observation, interviews and documentation presented in the form of data, then analysis using SWOT matrix analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The informants used as data sources are Walinagari Kamang Hilia, MSMEsNagari Kamang Hilia actors. The results of the research and discussion show that digital marketing can provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME actors. The digital marketing of MSMEs Nagari Kamang Hilia is in the form of social media, Nagari website, and Nagari Podcasts.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implementing technopreneurship in the culinary department at SMKN 2 Bukittinggi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire filled out by students and then analyzed to see the proportion of student interest and the form of entrepreneurship they had in the use of social media platforms. The results showed that 78% of the students were doing entrepreneurship activities using social media. Of the number of students who use the WhatsApp social media platform as much as 50% of the total number of students. They take advantage of information technology in the form of easy internet access with their social media account platforms in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The problem in this study is about the application of the work environment in improving the performance of the employees of the Karawang Regency DPRD Secretariat, where the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the work environment in improving employee performance at the Karawang DPRD Secretariat. In answering these problems, researchers used qualitative research. The primary data in this article is from interviews with employees of the Karawang DPRD Secretariat, while the secondary data in this article comes from data on employee performance appraisal reports and employee promotion reports. In this study, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, which consisted of key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. The results of the study of this article can be concluded that the work environment at the Karawang DPRD Secretariat is quite good,as seen from the employees who work optimally based on the good employee performance appraisal report and 9 (nine) employees who have been promoted.

Abstract

Civil Servants (PNS) as state apparatus, among others, are shown by their ability to achieve performance and work discipline. Civil servants must have a high discipline good performance and attitudes and behavior that are full of obedience and obedience to the state. District Court Purwakarta currently uses manual attendance to record and return employees then uses a recapitulation of adjustments with an online presence to calculate or determine the level of employee performance. The researcher gave the title ‘’The Application Of Online Presence To The Work Discipline Of Purwakarta State Court Employees’’ This research is descriptive and qualitative. The results of the study show that this online attendance will minimize the spread of the virus during this pandemic, there is no need to queue when absent. This attendance system also does not make employees make changes to their habits, employees who initiate such as doing attendance at home and when manual absences do not match the time with absences in the application.
