Abstract

Optimal self-efficacy is a key factor in the success of self-management of DM patients. Poor self-efficacy affects many things, such as motivation and adherence, and can lead to poor self-care management by people affected by DM. Learning from the experiences of others through the law of self-help groups can increase self-efficacy.The purpose of this study was to clarify the influence of self-help groups on the self-efficacy of type 2 diabetes patients at the Paccerakkang Health Center in Makassar City. The design of this study was pre experimental and pre-test for one group. The free variable in this study is self-help group, and the bound variable in this study is self-efficacy. Sampling using simple random sampling method. The population includes all type 2 diabetics of the Paccerakkang Health Center in Makassar City, with a total sample of 3 respondents. Search for self-efficacy data using the DMSES (Diabestes Management Self Efficacy Scale) questionnaire. A statistical test by Wilcoxon signed the rating test. This research has been carried out in the Paccerakkang Health Center Working Area, Makassar City from June to July 2022. The population in this study were patients with Type 2 DM who visited data at the Paccerakkang Health Center in Makassar City, a sampling technique using Probability sampling with a simple random sampling type with a total sample of 46. The results of the research obtained were the influence of self-help groups with self-efficacy on patients with Type 2 DM at the Pacerakkang Health Center, Makassar City

Abstract

Breast milk has advantages and privileges as a nutrient compared to other nutritional sources. The macro and micro components contained in breast milk are very important needed at every stage of the baby's growth. Objectives To determine the relationship between knowledge and mother's attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding in the independent practice of Midwife Indah Suryawati Kel.Sumber Karya Timur Binjai District in 2020. Results There is a relationship between mother's attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding in the Independent Practice of Midwife Indah Suryawati Kel.Sumber Karya Binjai District East Year 2020. Obtained by calculating the chi-square statistical test with df = 1 p value = 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Cataract is a condition of decreased vision due to clouding of the eye lens. If the lens becomes cloudy, then vision also becomes blurred. Cataracts are generally a disease in the elderly around the age of 50 years, or also called art cataracts. Objectives To determine the relationship between knowledge and anxiety levels in preoperative cataract surgery patients at the Eye Polyclinic, RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai in 2022. The factors that cause cataracts are age, physical, chemical, predisposing diseases, genetics, and viral infections during fetal growth. There are various factors that cause cataracts, including: The results showed that out of 30 respondents, the majority of patients were anxious about pre-cataract surgery, amounting to 18 people and a minority of patients not being anxious about pre-cataract surgery, amounting to 12 people.Based on the results of the chi square test, the relationship between knowledge and anxiety levels in preoperative cataract surgery patients at the Eye Polyclinic of RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai in 2022 with a degree of significance (α) = 0.05 and df = 1, the calculation results are Sig (2-tailed) 0.025 < (α) = 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

Diet is one way to treat hypertension without serious side effects because of its natural control methods. Reducing salt intake, increasing fiber, stopping bad habits such as smoking, drinking coffee, consuming alcohol, using vegetables and herbs and taking medication regularly will help in lowering blood pressure. The eating factor in dietary compliance is an important thing to consider in hypertensive patients. Patients with hypertension should adhere to a hypertension diet in order to prevent further complications. Patients with hypertension must continue to carry out a hypertension diet every day with the presence or absence of pain and symptoms. The purpose of the hypertension diet and hypertension treatment is to control the blood pressure of hypertensive patients to remain stable or normal blood pressure so that they can avoid hypertension and prevent complications, especially the heart and blood vessels that can cause death. The results of the study were 31 respondents, the majority of patients aged 45-59 years with a total of 18 people (58.1) and a minority at the age of 60-75 years with a total of 13 people (41.9).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find outThe Relationship of the Role of the Family to the Prevention of Fall Risk in the Elderly in Tangkahan Durian Village, Brandan Barat District, Langkat Regency in 2021. Based on an initial survey conducted in Tangkahan Durian Village, Brandan Barat District, Langkat Regency, there were 66 elderly people living with their families over the age of 60 years. The results of interviews with families found about 13 elderly people who had experienced falls caused by several factors including: the elderly living at home alone because their children worked, getting older, muscle weakness in the elderly, slippery floors, poor lighting, placement of home furnishings. random stairs. The results obtained in this study are known that of the 66 respondents the majority of the patient's age was20-30years with a total of 28 people (42.4) and minorities at the age of< 20year with a total of 9 people (13.6). Of the 66 respondents, the majority were female with a total of 38 people (57.6) and the minority was male with a total of 28 people (42.4). Of the 66 respondents, the majority of the respondents were IRT with a total of 27 people (40.9) and the minority occupation of the respondents was Kariawan with a total of 7 people (10.6). The majority of respondents' education in SMA was 35 people (53.0%) and the minority who obeyed the education of elementary school respondents amounted to 3 people (4.5%). Of the 66 respondents, the majority of respondents who have relationships with the elderly as children are 36 people (54.5%) and the minority of respondents who have relationships with the elderly as grandchildren are 12 people (18.2%). Of the 66 respondents, the majority of good family roles amounted to 39 people (59.1%) and the role of adequate families amounted to 12 people (18.2%). Of the 66 respondents.

Abstract

Antenatal care (ANC) is carried out with the aim of monitoring before delivery, especially aimed at the growth and development of the fetus in the womb. The risk of maternal death during pregnancy can be anticipated by performing ANC. K1 and K4 visits are still low, this is related to the attitude of pregnant women to the importance of ANC. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and adherence to ANC visits. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional. The time of the research was carried out in January-March 2022. The place of research was carried out in Karya Indah Village. The sample in this study were 30 respondents with total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. Univariate results showed that the majority of respondents' attitudes were positive with a percentage of 62.5%. Bivariate analysis using Chi-square found, there was a relationship between attitudes towards ANC visits with p value (0.000 <0.05). It is expected that pregnant women will adopt a positive attitude to comply with ANC visits in order to improve the health and welfare of the mother and fetus

Abstract

Effect of implementation of Permenkes no. 46 of 2015 concerning the accreditation of Health Centre, pratama clinics, independent doctor's practice, and independent dentist’s practice on the performance of human resources and the effectiveness of the use of funds and their impact on the quality of services at health centre. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the implementation of Permenkes no. 46 of 2015 concerning the accreditation of health centre, pratama clinics, independent doctor's practice, and independent dentist’s practice on the performance of human resources and the effectiveness of the use of funds and their impact on the quality of services at health centre in bekasi. This research was conducted based on purposive sampling, the aim of which was targeted at respondents of the head of health centre, administrative coordinator, treasurer Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, treasurer bantuan operasional Kesehatan, treasurer Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah, so that sample of 100 respondents was obtained sufficiently and represented the population in the city of Bekasi. This study used a research questionnaire that was distributed to 20 health centre units. The method used is SEMPLS (partial least square structural equation modeling) which is based on an evaluation of the interdependence relationship between variables. From the results of the study it was found that there was a significant positive strong relationship between the implementation of Permenkes no. 46 of 2015 concerning the accreditation of health centre, pratama clinics, independent doctor's practice, and independent dentist’s practice on human resource performance. There was no significant relationship between the implementation of Permenkes no. 46 of 2015 concerning the accreditation of health centre, pratama clinics, independent doctor's practice, and independent dentist’s practice to the effectiveness of the use of funds shows a significant positive relationship between Permenkes no. 46 of 2015 concerning the accreditation of health centre, pratama clinics, independent doctor's practice places, and independent dentist’s practice places on the quality of services at healt centre in Kota Bekasi. Permenkes no. 46 of 2015 on the performance of human resources and the effectiveness of the use of funds and their impact on the quality of services at the puskesmas.

Abstract

Breast milk (ASI) is a liquid secreted by the mother's breast glands in the form of natural foods or the best nutritious and high-energy milk produced during pregnancy. Breast milk is the perfect and best food for babies, especially babies 0-6 months because it contains the nutritional elements needed for optimal baby growth and development. This research is a type of qualitative research, using descriptive method. The definition of qualitative research can be understood as a research procedure that seeks to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behavior interaction in certain situations according to the researcher's own perspective. and the results of this study explain that, breastfeeding is a natural process and is an art that must be re-studied, because breastfeeding actually not only provides an opportunity for babies to grow into physically healthy human beings but is also able to increase intelligence and have emotional stability, positive spiritual development and better social development. In addition to the mother's knowledge factor, another factor that affects exclusive breastfeeding is the role of health workers. The role of health workers is to provide health education by providing counseling to provide encouragement to mothers by providing information about the smooth running of milk, especially the effect of social support on the smooth production of breast milk, then providing knowledge by direct education to patients, distributing leaflets and posters to the public, and involving families to provide support to breastfeeding mothers to always give exclusive breastfeeding from birth to 6 months of age, because the presence of professional health workers can be a supporting factor for mothers in determining the sustainability of breastfeeding now and in the future.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adolescents are children who have reached the age of 10 to 18 years, while according to the National Education Office, it is considered a teenager if a child has reached the age of 10-18 years for girls and 12 to 20 years for boys. This study aims to obtain a clearer and more complete picture of Overview of knowledge about the ideal age of marriage, preparation for family life and the impact of early marriage on young women. This research uses a descriptive method. The sample in this study was 115 female adolescent girls at SMAS Methodist Pancur Batu street. Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The sampling technique is Stratified Random Sampling which is where the sample is taken based on the strata in the population . The research instrument uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form . The results obtain from 31 respondents show that the most who had good knowledge were 18 people 58.06%, knowledgeable enough 8 people 25.82% and the least who had less knowledge are 5 people 16.12%. Respondents' knowledge is good because respondents received more information from education staff or teachers who might be able to help young women to gain knowledge about the impact of early marriage, they also got knowledge and information from social media.
