Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) states that infant mortality is caused by nutritional problems. The study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to nutrition service strategies for toddlers. The research informants are the Head of the Puskesmas, the person in charge of the nutrition program, the village midwife, the staff of the public health sector of South Nias Regency. The research was conducted in November 2018-July 2019. Internal factors of the Bawomataluo Health Center in nutritional services for toddlers are the availability of health services, the budget for nutrition services, SOPs for nutrition services, health efforts through the availability of nutrition counseling rooms, lack of human resources, the nutritional status reporting system which is still manual. External factors: work partners, support from the government, community creativity in managing food, low economy, damaged infrastructure, behavior and culture of the community who are less concerned with the nutritional needs of toddlers. Alternative strategies that can be used for nutritional services to children under five at the puskesmas are by utilizing the budget with partners, improving nutrition service facilities, providing additional food, increasing training, providing demonstrations of good food ingredient management, increasing human resources, improving technology-based reporting systems.

Abstract

Melati belanda flowers have two varieties that look different, namely from the shape of the flowers. The first variety has the shape of an elongated flower and the second variety has the shape of a rounded flower. So that, this difference in the shape of the flower will allow generating different activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the distinctive spectra of these two varieties. The method used is a fingerprint analysis of UV-VIS spectroscopy combined with chemometrics for the identification and authentication of varieties of Melati belanda. The results of the analysis of PLSR Combretum indicum Varr. B against Combretum indicum Varr. M on a spectrum of 218.86-252.54 nm, The first derivatization of RMSEC 2.39; R2 0.9975; RMSEP 6.92; R2 0.9939 and RMSEC 5.63; R2 0.9868. Meanwhile, with a wavelength of 253,260 – 299,020, a normal model of RMSEC 2.01 was obtained; R2 0.9983; RMSEP 1.89; R2 0.9985 and RMSEC 1; R2 0.9772. So can be concluded below UV-VIS spectroscopic fingerprint analysis combined with chemometrics is able to identify the authentication of the Combretum Indicum Varr. B against the occurrence of adulteration of flowers Combretum Indicum Varr. M at a wavelength of 253.260 – 299.020 nm of normal models.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a disease caused by the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov) or SARS-CoV-2. The highest cases were recorded in Sekayu District, where there were 811 positive confirmed cases, 14 deaths and 711 recovered cases. For an addition of 12 positive confirmed cases. Cases of COVID-19 infection in Indonesia, including cases of health workers and non-health workers exposed to COVID-19 infection, continue to increase in health care facilities. From this data, researchers are interested in researching "Factors Influencing Behavioral Prevention of COVID-19 Infection While Working for Employees During a Pandemic at the Balai Agung Health Center, Sekayu District in 2021". This study is an analytic study using a cross sectional approach, which involves the independent variables (knowledge, attitudes, gender, availability of hygiene facilities and availability of PPE) and the dependent variable (COVID-19 infection prevention behavior) collected at the same time. The sample research in this study used a non-random sampling method with a total sampling technique of 91 respondents. There is a relationship between knowledge and availability of cleaning facilities with COVID-19 infection prevention behavior while working for employees during the pandemic at the Balai Agung Health Center, Sekayu Subdistrict in 2021. It is expected to improve the quality and quantity of facilities and infrastructure that can protect employees working in health care facilities from exposure to the COVID-19 virus and can determine programs and policies to improve the quality of preventing COVID-19 infection for employees at the Puskesmas.
