Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate using multiple logistic regression test at a significance level of 95%. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on BPJS outpatient satisfaction on the dimensions of reliability (p = 0.019), responsiveness (p = 0.013), assurance (p = 0.026), direct evidence ( tangible) (p=0.006), and empathy (p=0.003). The chance of patient satisfaction related to the quality of good pharmaceutical services is 86.23%. The conclusion that the dimensions of pharmaceutical service quality consist of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, direct evidence and empathy affect BPJS outpatient satisfaction. Abstract

Hemoglobin levels can be used as an indicator of a decrease in a person's nutritional status. Radiotherapy can result in a decrease in nutritional status in nasopharyngeal cancer patients. This study aims to prove the existence of differences in hemoglobin levels in nasopharyngeal cancer patients before and after radiotherapy. This study used a retrospective design, based on medical record data of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who were treated at rsud Prof. Dr. Margono Soekardjo January – May 2022 Data analysis in this study includes descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. Test the hypothesis using the T Dependent test with normal distributed data. The degree of meaningfulness is p ≤ 0.05. The research data is normally distributed so that the T Dependent test is used. A meaningful comparison of hemoglobin levels was obtained in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer before and after radiation with p 0.003 So it can be concluded that there is a significant comparison with hemoglobin levels in nasopharyngeal cancer patients before and after radiation at rsud Prof. Dr. Margono Soekardjo.

The results of community service obtained data that there were differences in the level of knowledge of cadres about PTM Posbindu before and after being given additional material. There was 1 cadre (6.25%) with a decreased score after the intervention, 13 cadres (81.25%) experienced an increase in post-test scores, and 2 cadres (12.5%) with a fixed score. The intervention given to the cadres was in the form of knowledge about the PTM Posbindu which consisted of the role of cadres in the implementation of the PTM Posbindu, the concept of the PTM Posbindu which included definitions, types of non-communicable diseases, targets, objectives, risk factors for PTM, and the implementation of Posbindu activities by cadres. The conclusion of this community service is the formation of PTM Posbindu in Plosobuden Village, Deket District. Besides. there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of cadres to carry out early detection of PTM risk factors such as measuring blood pressure, weighing weight, measuring height, calculating body mass index, conducting random blood sugar checks, measuring abdominal circumference and cadres were able to fill KMS FR-PTM , conduct counseling and referrals to first-level health facilities, as well as record and report the results of PTM Posbindu activities
