Mothers who experience hypertension due to pregnancy range from 10%, 3.4% of them have pre-eclampsia, 5% have hypertension and 1-2% have chronic hypertension. Type of case study report with descriptive method, location at BPS Deniawati Kwala Bingai Stabat. Data collection techniques include primary data including physical examination, interviews and observation and secondary data, including documentation studies and literature studies. Able to carry out midwifery care for pregnant women with mild pre-eclampsia using Varney's 7-step midwifery approach. Results For midwifery care for pregnant women at BPS Rusnah after carrying out midwifery care for 3 weeks the results were: Blood pressure 150/90 mmHg, to 120/80 mmHg, Urine protein from (+1) to (-). Although in this case there is a gap between theory and practice, the midwife can provide care to the patient so that a potential diagnosis in the form of severe pre-eclampsia does not occur. The results of midwifery care carried out for 3 weeks were the mother did not feel dizzy anymore, blood pressure became 120/80 mmHg, urine protein (-) and there was no edema in the left and right legs (pregnant women did not experience pre-eclampsia anymore).

The period of rapid growth occurs in infancy and toddlerhood. Therefore, at this time good and sufficient nutrition is needed for babies (Raharjo, 2014). Based on the results of the 2018 Ministry of Health Basic Health Research, 17.7% of infants under 5 years old (toddlers) still experience nutritional problems. This figure consists of toddlers who experience malnutrition by 3.9% and those who suffer from malnutrition by 13.8% (Kemenkes RI, 2018). The purpose of the study was to identify the frequency distribution of Mother's Knowledge About Feeding Patterns for Children aged 1-3 Years at the Hugo Hasena Tanjung Pura Clinic, Langkat Regency in 2019. The research design used was an analytical survey (Explanatory Research) with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was all mothers who had children aged 1-3 years at Hugo Hasena Clinic, as many as 34 people. Collecting data using primary data obtained directly from mothers who have children aged 1-3 years through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by chi-square, at the limit of the statistical significance of the calculation of p value (0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge about feeding patterns and the nutritional status of children aged 1-3 years with a p value of 0.000 (<0.05). It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge about feeding patterns and the nutritional status of children aged 1-3 years at the Hugo Hasena Tanjung Pura Clinic, Langkat Regency in 2019

The study population was all nurses in the inpatient room at Mitra Sejati General Hospital, Medan, totaling 200 nurses. The sampling technique used was total sampling, by setting inclusion criteria. The study wascarried out from March to July 2022. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test. Results: most of the respondents stated that patient safety was well implemented (56%) and the work environment was good (64.5%). There is a significant relationship between the nurse's work environment and patient safety, p-value = 0.005. Conclusion: A good working environment for nurses ensures the optimal implementation of patient safety. Therefore, the hospital management contributes to supporting a conducive working environment for nurses by involving nurses in decision-making related to the development of nursing services, improving the ability of nurses, fulfilling nurse resources according to the required expertise

Efforts to create a healthy life must start from a baby because at this time there is a rapid growth and development that determines growth and development in adulthood. Mothers must prepare themselves by increasing their knowledge in caring for newborns, because the mother's ability to care for newborns is influenced by mother's knowledge from the beginning, if the mother does not have good knowledge, the mother will have difficulty in carrying out new roles as a mother. This study aims to find out the description of knowledge of Primipara's mother about the care of a newborn baby at the Pratama Kasih Ibu clinic 2020 in caring for a newborn baby. This research is conducted with a descriptive method, sampling is carried out by taking the entire population, namely 30 primiparous mothers are examined (Total Sampling). Based on the results of the research, the Respondents' knowledges of newborn care with good knowledge are 5 people (16.7 %), and Respondents with less Knowledge are 6 people (20%) . Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the majority of Primipara mothers get information from friends, not from health workers, so it is advisable for health workers or the local government to provide counseling or care about newborn baby care.
