Abstract

In 2024, Indonesia will hold an election for head of state which will be the pinnacle of democracy in its political system. In the context of democracy, active community participation plays a key role in making general elections successful. However, there is still a tendency for people to only follow election procedures without actively participating. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze public sentiment towards the 2024 presidential candidates, using data from social media Twitter. Social media, especially Twitter, has become the main platform for Indonesian people to express their political opinions, views and preferences. With the number of social media users reaching 170 million in 2021, Indonesia has great potential to gather various opinions and sentiments regarding general elections. This research aims to analyze sentiment using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method on tweets containing hashtags related to three presidential candidates, namely Aniesbaswedan, Ganjarpranowo, and Prabowosubianto. The results of sentiment analysis show that the SVM method can be used to analyze sentiment with an accuracy of around 78.3 % overall. This accuracy is influenced by factors such as the amount of data used and the composition of positive and negative data. The sentiment data analyzed came from 1719 tweets from Twitter users, with a distribution of around 597 data for Aniesbaswedan, 627 data for Ganjarpranowo, and 495 data for Prabowo Subianto. This research provides insight into how Indonesian people convey their sentiments regarding the 2024 presidential candidates via social media. . This sentiment analysis can be an important reference in understanding the public's political preferences ahead of the upcoming general election.

Abstract

A broadcaster is an individual who is responsible for conveying information, entertainment, and interacting with listeners through radio broadcasts. In the world of radio broadcasting, there are a number of criteria that must be met including education, self-confidence, musical knowledge, vocal quality and communication skills. However, the selection process often faces several challenges, including bias in selection and a lack of transparency and objectivity. Some radio stations still use conventional methods such as direct interviews or written tests, which have proven to be less effective. This is where modern technology and selection methods, such as Decision Support Systems (DSS), can play an important role. SPK is information technology that assists in decision making during the radio announcer selection process, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of decisions. Research using the EDAS (Distance From Average Solution) method has proven that the application of SPK can improve the radio announcer selection process. Radio stations can produce high-quality broadcasters and ensure broadcasts that appeal to listeners. The calculation results using the EDAS method show a value of 1 in the Q1 criterion on behalf of Setyowati Budi, validating the success of the selection process.

Abstract

The increasing trend and public interest in coffee shops, also known as cafes. One of the cafes named Kopi KurangLebih has great potential to attract customers due to its strategic location, high-quality menu, and aesthetic ambiance. Although Kopi KurangLebih already has an Instagram account to showcase its content and engage with followers, the information provided is limited and lacks proper organization. Visitors to the coffee shop struggle to make menu choices due to the absence of a platform to display the available options. To address these challenges and improve the quality of service, a website is needed to document and present information that assists customers in making menu selections. The current reliance on social media as a source of information for coffee shops is inefficient and temporary, as the information shared only appears briefly on users' timelines. Hence, the development of an attractive and informative website for Kopi KurangLebih becomes necessary. The website should be designed according to user needs and the resources available to Kopi KurangLebih. By utilizing a digital information medium in the form of a website, potential customers can access and obtain information easily, thereby increasing their interest and purchasing power. The research also applies the Three Circles method and incorporates various UX Law principles into the user interface (UI) design. Through observations and analysis, the research identifies the values of Kopi KurangLebih, customer needs, and competitor values. This research successfully built a UI prototype of the KURLEB website, transforming it into an effective digital platform for promoting, storing, and providing information about Kopi KurangLebih. It also achieved a good user experience by providing relevant information, intuitive navigation, and appealing visual aesthetics. With a well-designed UI and the applied principles of UX Law, this website delivers a positive user experience, enhances customer engagement, and contributes to the sustainable marketing of Kopi KurangLebih as a local coffee shop brand.

Abstract

The development of technology, information and communication (TIK) is growing very rapidly and dynamically. Www.rsuppersahabatan.co.id, is a website owned by the government in the health sector provided by the Friendship Hospital as a form of service to the community in providing information and health services online. As a national respiratory referral center hospital and has a vision as a world-level hospital that has excellent respiratory services. Of course, many users access the website to seek information related to health service needs, training, education and research in the health and medical fields. Of course this is a challenge for Persahabatan Hospital to improve the quality of the website so that it can compete not at the national level but at the world level. The purpose of this study was to measure user satisfaction with the service quality of the Persahabatan Hospital website. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique. In this study, the methods used were webqual and IPA methods. The webqual method consists of aspects of usability, information quality and interaction quality. The IPA method is used to analyze the level of suitability and gaps based on the level of satisfaction and expectations of the users.The results of calculating the IPA method can be described by the IPA matrix which consists of four quadrants. From the results of the analysis in this study, the largest gap (gap) is in the aspect of information quality with an average value of 0.41%.

Abstract

Presidential elections are held every five years and each presidential candidate will get support from several political parties to run for candidacy in the election. In a multi-party system, the number of parties participating in the election is very large, so that the perspectives of voters on political actors, including presidential candidates who will advance in the 2024 elections, are varied. The survey results from Polling Indonesia (SPIN) conducted from 7 to 16 October 2022 show that Prabowo Subianto has the highest electability with a score of 31.6%, based on a national leadership survey. In this study, a test was carried out by classifying tweet data from the public collected on the Twitter application from January to December 2022 using the Modified k-Nearest Neighbor method to analyze public sentiment regarding the upcoming election. Data collected as many as 2,100 data with positive and negative categories related to "Presidential Candidate" and "Prabowo Subianto" and the implementation of the Modified k-Nearest Neighbor classification was carried out using Google Colab. Based on the results of the confusion matrix test from the Modified k-Nearest Neighbor classification with three comparisons made (ie comparisons 70%:30%, 80%:20% dan 90%:10%) and using K=3, 5, 7, 9, 11 when testing a comparison of 90:10 at K=3 the highest accuracy results were obtained with a value of 93,3%.

Abstract

Build Id is a website and application-based marketplace that provides various construction needs, both products and services. The Build Id design by PT Semen Baturaja Tbk is aimed at the community as a form of implementing digital transformation in Indonesia. But the design process, to requires evaluation and improvement before it is inaugurated. This is done to avoid complaints, which can reduce the performance of applications and companies. This study aims to help design the Build Id user interface so that it is more focused on the features to be implemented so that the results can match the user's needs. In testing, this study uses the Goal Directed Design method which focuses on designing application designs by identifying user goals and needs. The results of the test prove that the Build Id marketplace for Admins is running well and as expected.

Abstract

Ogan Ilir Regional General Hospital (RSUD) tries to maintain the availability of medicines to meet patient needs. The Pharmacy Department of Ogan Ilir Regional Hospital always monitors existing drug stocks before placing orders with distributors of pharmaceutical supplies. The drug procurement process is carried out in a planned manner to reduce the risk of loss from the method of drug procurement and to identify the need for highly used drugs. This research aims to determine the forecasting of drug needs using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The data used is drug use data for the period 2021 to 2022. Based on the research results, it was found that based on the highest MAPE score it was at 22% for alpha 0.1, and the highest MAPE was at 12% for alpha 0.5. These results show that the prediction of drug use is successful and has good value because the MAPE score does not exceed 20%.

Abstract

In general, the buyers of rice field produce are often middlemen who offer the lowest possible prices to the farmers. This is due to the lengthy distribution chain that causes a significant price difference between the low prices paid to farmers for their rice and the high prices consumers pay for milled rice. Therefore, in an effort to cut out the distribution chain that disadvantages both farmers and consumers, the idea of developing the Petani Sawah Sugita mobile-based application emerged. This application enables farmers to sell their rice and milled rice directly to consumers at prices that benefit both parties. The research was conducted by applying the four main stages of the SDLC. The requirements analysis phase involved observations and direct interviews with farmers in one of the rice fields located in the Ciasuk area, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The design phase was carried out by creating UML diagrams. The implementation phase was done with the assistance of Android Studio, resulting in the Sugita Rice Field Farmer mobile application. The application's standout feature is the location search for farmers or nearest products from users, built using the Dijkstra algorithm. The system testing phase was performed using black box testing. The test results showed that 105 out of 114 test cases, or 92.1%, met the expected outcomes. In conclusion, the development of the Sugita Rice Field Farmer application proceeded well and was successfully implemented. This application can help reduce product delivery costs and foster relationships between users and farmers. Furthermore, it simplifies the process for farmers to market their agricultural products to the wider community and provides valuable experience for farmers to stay up-to-date and leverage existing technology advancements.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects the normal functioning of the brain, thereby affecting a child's communication and social interaction abilities. This disorder poses a problem for children in communicating and forming relationships with their environment. As the number of individuals with autism increases, public awareness of autism remains very low. Additionally, most psychologists or psychiatrists are located in major cities, limiting access for rural communities. This leads to many parents struggling to obtain information about autism symptoms. The research method used is the naïve Bayes method, it can be drawn from the system is that it will generate the maximum score despite any disturbances in the provided data. The results of this research align with expert knowledge, suggesting that it can be relied upon to accurately diagnose autism based on the symptoms experienced by individuals. The aim of this study is to build an expert system that can provide information and solutions to parents regarding autism disorders based on their knowledge of the symptoms they experience, enabling users to diagnose autism in their children early on without incurring costs.

Abstract

Preparation of course schedules is the core activity of learning and learning. This is felt by study programs, where assignments are arranged through lecturer assignments, to class determination and class schedule dissolution, therefore the right application is needed to be able to arrange schedules automatically, then by using the k-means method you can arrange schedules correctly , in designing this application requires a prototyping application development method which gives good results where the clusters formed reach 17 clusters where the course schedule is made with the results of the Means Sequence Error in cycle 1 which is 65.66% with an accuracy of 54.06%. so that it is continued in cycle 2 the MSE value is 87.55% with an accuracy of 84.03%. The K-Means algorithm can accurately determine course schedules in the faculties of computer science and information technology.
