Abstract

This study aims to increase the potential for tourism in Sumenep district by using the concept of sister city collaboration paradiplomacy as one of the local government innovation efforts in providing welfare and the community's economy. In line with the globalization process, international relations actors also extend not only to state actors but also to non-state actors such as international organizations, NGOs, MNCs, media, regions, minority groups. , even individuals. From this we can see that the various actors involved in foreign relations and cooperation are increasingly complex, especially in the decision-making process. The research method, the researcher used the literature study method. Literature study, namely the researcher diligently examines the literature needed in the study. The many potentials of the tourism industry in Sumenep regency are not yet optimal, the efforts of the Sumenep district government to use sister city cooperation are one of the solutions to increase local and foreign tourists. Abstract

Teknologi dan Kesehatan. Dua bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dan semakin lekat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Teknologi saat ini berperan besar dalam bidang kesehatan untuk mendukung praktik kesehatan dalam berbagai hal, misalnya pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk konsultasi kesehatan, perangkat wearable yang mendata mengukur aktivitas kesehatan tubuh, serta perangkat medis berbasis teknologi digital. Dalam pandemi global Covid-19, peran teknologi dalam dunia kesehatan semakin dibutuhkan. Upaya untuk memerangi Covid-19 melalui pemanfaatan teknologi, salah satunya adalah dengan pembuatan aplikasi pencegahan Covid-19. Indonesia mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi lokal yang diberi nama PeduliLindungi. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan data diri, serta koneksi jaringan bluetooth yang berfungsi untuk melacak lokasi dan merekam aktivitas pengguna untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Aplikasi ini menotifikasi developer dan pengguna apabila terdeteksi kontak dengan pasien positif Covid-19 ataupun Orang Dalam Pengawasan (ODP). Penelitian ini akan terfokus pada penyalahgunaan data pribadi pengguna yang terekam dan tersimpan pada big data aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana data pribadi diproses dalam big data. Di sini yang dipaparkan bukan semata sistem aplikasi PeduliLindungi, melainkan penyalahgunaan data pribadi yang dicurigai digunakan untuk kepentingan tertentu, serta praksis sosial yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji teori uses & gratifications untuk melakukan tes atas tipologi motifmenurut Denis McQuails pada mahasiswa di Surabaya dalam menggunakan messagingapplication: LINE, WA, dan BBM. Mahasiswa dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian karenasecara umummemiliki kemampuan intelektual yang spesifik sehingga penting ditelitibagaimana motif menggunakan aplikasi tersebut pada mahasiswa di Surabaya. Denganpendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode survey, didapatkan hasil bahwa mahasiswa puasdalam menggunakan aplikasi BBM, WA, maupun LINE. Adapaun urutannya sebagai berikut:WA, LINE, dan terakhir BBM. Berdasarkan analisis data per indikator, BBM hanyamemberikan kepuasan pada kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan identitas personal dan hiburan. Disisi lain, WA dan LINE memberikan kepuasan pada tiga indikator. Masing-masing urutberdasarkan skor paling tinggi, WA memberikan kepuasan pada indikator identitas personal,pemenuhan hiburan, dan informasi. Sedangkan LINE memberikan kepuasan atas identitaspersonal, informasi, dan hiburan. Persamaan antara penggunaan LINE dan WA adalahmahasiswa tidak puas dalam pemenuhan integrasi dan interaksi sosial

Abstract

AbstractPopulation migration is an integral part of the development process in Indonesia. Thephenomenon of migration that does not take place within a country is widely seen in variousregions of Indonesia, each region certainly has different characteristics and each region hasnatural resources and human resources. which are not equal in number, this differencecauses the distribution of the population to be uneven and also a change in mindset that isnot in accordance with what is desired.This study aims to describe an economic condition of the Talango village communitycaused by migration, which of course gives a good influence on an economic condition interms of social and development in Talanago village.The results of this study in the title Migration in Changes in Socio-EconomicConditions of the Talango Village Community, which describe several conclusions that havebeen studied and analyzed using the theory of Everett, S Lee 1970 in Purwanto, (2007: 2017)there are three factors that need to be considered in the process. population migration,among others, positive factors, negative factors, neutral factors discussion that can be takenfrom this research are as follows: positive factors where the population because someonewants to change their standard of living for the better, economic factors are the drivingfactors that people migrate to leave their place of residence development, the availability ofjobs and opportunities to earn higher incomes are very accurate attractors in changingsocio-economic conditions, and also higher opportunities to obtain education becomeattractive as migrant actors as students, favorable environmental conditions provide apattern of life. up who live a prosperous life, and where progress at the destination is one ofthe most important accesses seen by migrant actors, while neutral factors are real factorsthat exist at the place of origin or destination are not yet the main factors, because in the endit returns to the response someone about these factors, personal sensitivity and intelligence,every time you make a decision from yourself there must be obstacles or obstacles there are anumber of factors that keep people from staying there, and attract outsiders to move to thatplace, there are a number of negative factors that encourage people to move from the place.Keywords: Migration, Driving Factors for Migration

Abstract

AbstractThe birth of Village Law No. 6 of 2014 gives authority to the village to take care andmanage the affairs of its own government. Villages are required to develop theirterritory in accordance with the conditions and keep up with the times, one of which isthe development of information technology. To encourage the village government inutilizing technology to provide information to its citizens, a system developed byBP2DK is needed. This program is in the form of a technology platform based on theinternet called SIDeKa. One of the villages that participated in implementing SIDeKain Sumenep Regency is Pamolokan village, where Pamolokan is a village that took theinitiative to make the village an informative village. The regulations that overshadowSIDeKa in Pamolokan village are contained in Perdes No. 4 of 2017 concerningRPJMDes. This research aims to determine the implementation of Village andRegional Information System (SIDeKa) in accelerating village independence inPamolokan village, Sumenep Regency. The method used in this study is descriptivequalitative. The focus of this research is communication, resources, disposition,bureaucratic structure. Data and research results are obtained from observations,interviews with several informants and documentation. Pamolokan village is a villagethat has implemented technology named SIDeKa in its implementation developed in theform of a village website. But most people do not understand because of the lack ofdeep socialization to the community about the benefits of village websites.Keywords : Village, Information Technology, SIDeKaAbstrakLahirnya Undang-Undang Desa No. 6 Tahun 2014 memberikan kewenangan kepadadesa untuk mengurus dan mengatur urusan pemerintahannya sendiri. Desa dituntutuntuk mengembangkan wilayahnya sesuai dengan kondisi dan mengikutiperkembangan zaman, salah satunya seperti perkembangan teknologi informasi. Gunamendorong pemerintah desa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memberikaninformasi kepada warganya maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dikembangkan olehBP2DK. Program ini berbentuk platform teknologi berdasar pada internet yang diberinama SIDeKa. Salah satu desa yang ikut mengimplementasikan SIDeKa di KabupatenSumenep adalah desa Pamolokan, yang dimana Pamolokan adalah desa yangberinisiatif membuat desanya menjadi desa informatif. Peraturan yang menaungiSIDeKa di desa Pamolokan terdapat di dalam Perdes No. 4 Tahun 2017 tentangRPJMDes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Sistem InformasiDesa dan Kawasan dalam percepatan kemandirian desa di desa Pamolokan Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Fokus penelitian ini adalah komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi, struktur birokrasi. Datadan hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dengan beberapainforman dan dokumentasi. Desa Pamolokan adalah desa yang telahmengimplementasikan teknologi yang diberi nama SIDeKa dalam pelaksanaannyadikembangkan dalam bentuk website desa. Namun sebagian besar masyarakat tidakmemahami karena kurangnya sosialisasi yang mendalam kepada lapisan masyarakatmengenai manfaat website desa.Kata Kunci : Desa, Teknologi Informasi, SIDeKa

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to examine the influence of leadership styles that focus on autocratic leadership styles, transactional leadership styles, and organizational culture on job satisfaction of members of the Police Mobile Brigade Corps. The focus of the study in this research is to members of Brimob, considering that the role of Brimob is very important and strategic in supporting the main duties of the Police in the field of maintaining security and order, so that the positive behavior and attitudes of Brimob members in carrying out their duties in the field are strongly influenced by job satisfaction of organizational members. The success of Brimob's main duties is largely determined by the quality of human resources as the most important asset in the organization, so it can be interpreted that all Brimob members need job satisfaction so that they can carry out their duties properly. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan yang berfokus kepada gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Korps Brimob Polri. Fokus kajian dalam peneletian ini kepada anggota Brimob mengingat peran Brimob sangatlah penting dan strategis di dalam mendukung tugas pokok Polri dibidang pemeliharaan keamanan dan ketertiban, sehingga perilaku dan sikap positif anggota Brimob di dalam melaksanakan tugas dilapangan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja anggota organisasi. Keberhasilan tugas pokok Brimob sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia sebagai aset yang paling penting dalam organisasi, sehingga dapat dimaknai bahwa seluruh anggota Brimob membutuhkan kepuasan kerja agar mereka dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan; Transaksional; Otokratis ; Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja; Brimob.
