Maspul Journal of Community Empowerment (MJCE) a Alternate text for thumbnaildalah jurnal pengabdian yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang adalah sebuah jurnal yang memuat artikel-artikel ilmiah hasil program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (Community Based Services). Manuskrip/Naskah yang dipublikasikan di Jurnal MJCE adalah Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang meliputi hasil-hasil kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang meliputi berbagai bidang fokus seperti Agama, Hukum, Sosial, Pendidikan, Kesehatan, dan Pertanian yang bersifat asli dan baru dari berbagai kalangan akademisi. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dipublikasikan dapat berupa penerapan teknologi tepat guna, pelatihan, penyuluhan, pengembangan dan implementasi sistem, dan lain-lain. Maspul Journal of Community Empowerment (MJCE) terbit pertama kali bulan Desember 2019, dan diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Redaksi Maspul Journal of Community Empowerment (MJCE) mengundang para penulis untuk mengirimkan jurnal hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan. Abstract

The Student Study Service (KKN) is a vehicle for the application and development of science and technology, which is carried out off campus in certain time, work mechanisms, and requirements. KKN implemented by universities is an effort to increase the content and weight of education for students and to get greater added value to higher education. The purpose of this KKN activity is to determine the level of competence development of the village community where the KKN is located. Students participating in KKN and the community carry out KKN in Lubuk Sakai Village. The application methods used in community service activities are interviews, observations, and utilization. This method of application aims to explore information and collaborate the potential and social competence of the community with the competence of the student's personality in restoring the village after the pandemic. From the results of community service KKN activities, it was obtained that the achievement of points developed by students participating in KKN with the village community in developing the potential and competencies possessed by the village community itself.

Abstract

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi sekaligus memancing kreativitas masyarakat Kelurahan Pasir Sialang khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk mengembangkan bisnis rumahan yang ramah lingkungan dan tidak membutuhkan modal yang banyak. Adapun ide usaha yang di tawarkan adalah pembuatan sabun cuci piring dari bahan kimia yang tidak berbahaya dan bernilai ekonomis. Sabun cuci piring merupakan benda yang telah menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari terutama bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga, melihat banyaknya UMKM kuliner yang ada di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang, mendorong Tim Kukerta UNRI Pasir Sialang untuk mensosialisasikan tata cara pembuatan sabun cuci piring dengan modal yang sangat ekonomis tapi dapat menghasilkan sabun cuci piring dalam jumlah yang banyak. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan pelaku UMKM Kuliner dapat menghemat pengeluaran untuk biaya kebersihan dan dapat memotivasi ibu ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang untuk mendirikan ide usaha ini.

Abstract

Sampah plastik dapat dikreasikan menjadi berbagai kerajinan tangan seperti tempat tisu, tempat minuman gelas, aksesoris dan hiasan rumah lainnya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah plastik yang ada di rumah dan lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan ini dicapai melalui pelaksanaan sosialisasi pemanfaatan sampah plastik yang melibatkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dari Kelompok Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) untuk diajarkan cara pengolahan sampah tersebut. Kegiatan ini diajarkan dengan metode reuse, dimana sampah-sampah yang ada dirumah dan lingkungan disekitar diolah kembali menjadi produk yang bernilai guna serta bernilai ekonomi. Peserta sosialisasi diajarkan untuk mengolah sampah menjadi berbagai kerajinan tangan seperti hiasan dinding, vas bunga, tas, dompet, dll. kerajinan ini dapat digunakan di rumah dan dapat dijual yang hasilnya bisa digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan PKK itu sendiri, diantaranya untuk pembelian konsumsi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok PKK. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta sosialisasi yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penyebaran kuisioner bahwa 85% peserta telah sangat baik memahami cara pembuatan kerajinan tangan yang telah diajarkan. Kegiatan ini diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan PKK sehingga dapat menunjang keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), are one of the driving forces for economic development in Indonesia. MSMEs are able to create new jobs so that they can absorb the productive age workforce, and as an effort to increase income. The business of diversifying oyster mushrooms that are processed into crispy oyster mushrooms as a functional food that has a positive impact on people's health is a trend today. Through the MSME group, Birandang Island Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau, it is an opportunity to increase people's income, utilize agricultural products through processed mushroom products and provide functional food-based food diversity. The purpose of this community service is to help MSME partners in Birandang Island Village in developing diversification of oyster mushroom agricultural products into crispy mushrooms that can increase sales and income. The methods used are surveys, socialization, and training. The results obtained are to produce diversification of processed oyster mushroom products into crispy mushrooms as the latest innovation and add a more economical selling point for MSME activists in Birandang Island Village which is shaded by Bdan Village-Owned Enterprises.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro-enterprises. This journal was created with the aim of providing information and increasing knowledge about the role of MSMEs in advancing the economy in Pekan Arba Village, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. The weaknesses faced by MSMEs in improving their business capabilities are very complex and include various indicators, one of which is interrelated with each other, among others; lack of capital both in quantity and source, lack of managerial ability and operating skills in organizing and limited marketing. The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can improve the prosperity of the community, because the existence of MSMEs is able to meet the economic needs of the family, is able to reduce unemployment and is able to meet the needs of the community.

Abstract

Banana tree is one of the plants that are easily found in Indonesia, a plant that only bears fruit once in its life. Utilization of the banana tree itself is still only on the fruit and leaves, the banana stem itself or known as the banana stem is one part of the banana tree that is not utilized. It turns out that after further investigation, part of the banana gedebog can be used as one of the processed foods in the form of chips, by giving it a variety of different flavors, such as Balado, spicy sweet or original flavors. This food preparation was made because considering the utilization of banana trees does not seem optimal, if you pay attention to the banana midrib, it will only become waste or garbage that will disappear when it rots. As a plant that only produces fruit once in its lifetime, it will feel useless if its utilization is not carried out optimally. On the other hand, the effort to use banana stems as processed food also opens up business opportunities for the people in the village. Where, the results of processed chips can be one of the business opportunities in the form of UMKM which can then be marketed both online and offline. This UMKM product in the form of processed food can then be used as added value from a village, which in the end becomes something that can be said as a village potential.

Abstract

The Village/Urban Information System is a forum that contains information on population data, public services and information about village/kelurahan activities and programs managed by the village/urban government to support better village development. In the village of Central Village, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City, the information system is still not maximal, so it needs to be updated and developed. The purpose of this community service is to update the existing information system in the Central Village Village, both population data, village location maps and village structures. This is done by using a population census, filling in population data on the website and updating the location map and village structure. The results obtained are that the village information system has been updated so as to improve public services.

Abstract

Empowerment aims to develop a potential that is owned by each individual or society. Dasa Wisma Empowerment is a PKK work program consisting of 10 – 20 houses in 1 RT, community service activities are carried out in Puo Raya Village from July to August 2022. This program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Dasa Wisma group members about cultivation organic herbs and vegetables in a narrow area. These activities include the manufacture of organic fertilizers, training on how to plant and care for plants. After the training, it is hoped that the Dasa Wisma group will have skills in making organic fertilizers, planting and caring for organic herbs and vegetables. The selection of this program is due to the large number of narrow lands that can still be used to improve the family's economy through agricultural development. The results show that the Dasa Wisma group has been able to carry out the cultivation of organic herbs and vegetables well even though the land is narrow, as evidenced by well-developed plants and vegetables. Plants and vegetables resulting from agricultural development on this narrow land can support the family's economy because the yields are quite large.

Abstract

Each village has its own flagship UMKMs, UMKMs are businesses that help the Indonesian economy. In developing superior UMKMs from Bukit Raya Village, of course there is a product produced by the surrounding community, Bukit Raya Village takes Salted Eggs as a superior product that is favored by many people and is a typical Indonesian food. The Kukerta team visited the salted egg production site to explain and discuss efforts to improve and advance UMKMs in order to achieve a wider target market in order to be able to compete with other micro, small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this activity is to find out how the process of making salted eggs is the leading UMKM in Bukit Raya Village. The method used in this program is a descriptive method. The results of this activity received a positive response from UMKM owners, and provided production support goods, namely location signs and banner designs for salted eggs. The purpose of this salted egg banner installation is to promote, advertise, and provide information on salted egg products to the wider community, so that many people know and are interested in buying salted eggs that are marketed.

Abstract

This research is to find out the existence of Ranah Village which is one of the traditional villages in Kampar Regency. In the village, of course, there are customary law communities and also customary law that has a strong correlation. The people of Ranah Village still maintain their cultural values ​​and are believed to be in the midst of the civilization that is happening around them. In addition to being rich in customs and culture, in this village there is also a Bumdes that can improve the welfare of the village.
