Motivation given to employees is further encouraged and provides positive direction to employees, in terms of giving awards, attention, competition, participation, pride, and fighting that are justly agreed to each employee. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Effect of Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of PT. Duta Logistik Asia. The entire population in this were employees at the company, amounting to 112 people, and at the same time served as sample of respondents.Variables in this study consisted of compensation, Job satisfaction as independent variables employee performance as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression was used in this study. The results of the research that have been carried out give a conclusion: that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the probability value 0.017 < 0.05. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the level of significant 0.000 < 0.05. So first and second hypotheses in the study declared, accepted. Another result is that compensation and job satisfaction, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance 0.000 < 0.05, thus the third hypothesis is accepted.Value of R2 in this is 68.2%, this means that the change in employee performance variables is influenced by compensation and satisfaction variables by 68.2% the rest is influenced by other variables that’s not included in this study.]]>

In this study there were 112 respondents is who were used to be anaIysed. MuItipIe regression anaIysis was used in this test. The independent variabIe used is job description, work motivation, and work discipIine and one dependent in variabIe is work performance. There are four resuIts in this research, and the resuIt is that job This description has a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a significance IeveI of 0.000 < 0.05, this means the first hypothesis is accepted. And Work motivation has a positive and significant is effect on work performance, with a significance IeveI of 0.029 < 0.05, this means that the second hypothesis is accepted. And work discipIine has a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a significance IeveI of 0.000 < 0.05, this means that the third hypothesis is accepted. <![CDATA[Product quality is a good experience for all customers something that is offered to customers because it satisfies the element of customer satisfaction so competitive in the market. Brand image is a unique set of associations that will be created or managed by marketers. Promotion is the process of corporate communication with interested parties now and in the future as well as the public. Purchasing decisions are consumer decision making that varies, depending on assumptions such as economic views, passive views, cognitive views and emotional views. Samsung Group is one of the world's largest electronics companies. Samsung until now has also become one of the biggest brands in the world by releasing smartphones that have become champions in the smartphone market competition. However, there are still many consumers who are shaken in the decision to purchase this product. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on Samsung smartphone purchasing decisions on students. The population in this study is Samsung smartphone user students. The sample in this study were 385 respondents. The sampling technique used was sampling aksidental. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. Hypothesis testing conducted in this study is the t test and f test. The results of the study concluded that product quality, brand image and promotion influence purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Electability of an agency in the customer's mind can be known through the quality or quality of services provided to customers who have met customer expectations or not. In service quality there are aspects that underlie the assessment of services, namely reliability, responsiveness, empathy, guarantee, and physical evidence.Service quality can be determined by comparing consumers' perceptions of the service they receive with the service they actually expect of the service attributes of a company. If the service received is as expected, the service quality is perceived to be good and satisfying, if the service received exceeds consumer expectations, the service quality is perceived to be very good and quality.Respondents in this study were customers of the Deli Serdang District National Land Agency. Based on the results of data collection using a questionnaire it was found that customers gave quite positive responses in the implementation of this study. All validity, reliability and classical assumption tests meet the requirements, so the data can be used as a measurement tool.Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis obtained by the regression equation, namely Y = 13,711 + 0.565X + e. From this equation it can be interpreted that the Quality of Service can continue to be improved, it will be able to increase Customer Perception. Based on partial hypothesis testing shows that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Perception. The results of the determination coefficient test using R-Square obtained the results that the contribution of Service Quality in influencing Customer Perception of 49.3%.]]>

<![CDATA[The high mortality rate caused by lung cancer is at an alarming rate. Lung cancer patients must be treated quickly and appropriately. One method often used in survival analysis is the cox proportional hazard regression model. In the cox proportional hazard regression model, the independent variables used must meet the proportional hazard assumption. The results showed that the variables that had a significant effect on the Cox Proportional Hazard regression analysis using a 90% confidence level in the survival time of lung cancer patients were cell type 2, cell type 3 and performance status. Meanwhile, other variables namely treatment, cell type 1, disease duration, age, and prior therapy did not significantly influence.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the Chemical Composition, Micro Structure and hardness of the new piston types of SUZUKI and DENSHIN motorcycles. The research method begins with the preparation of the piston material, making the specimen, conducting the test and discussing it. Chemical composition test results show that the two pistons are Al-Si Hypoeutectic alloys with a percentage of Si that does not exceed the Eutectic limit of 12.6% (Si). Ingredients, SUZUKI 0.1045% (Cu) 0.0009% (Ni), DENSHIN 0.1351% (Cu) 0.0021% (Ni). The results of the photo observation of the Micro Structure Test of SUZUKI and DENSHIN piston specimens showed that the Si phase forms were almost as smooth and evenly distributed. The Hardness Test results show that the SUZUKI and DENSHIN pistons have almost the same hardness value.]]>

<![CDATA[World Health Organizations recommends exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months. Experts state that the benefits of breast milk will increase if the baby is only given it for the first 6 months of life. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding has a relationship with social culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural relationship with exclusive breastfeeding.This research uses quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The populations were all mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months at Working Area of Pabatu Health Center Tebing Tinggi amount 324 people. The numbers of sample were 76 respondents with random sampling techniques. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes.The results of the social cultural Chi Square test include education with p-value .026, work with p-value .082, income with p-value .031, knowledge with p-value .005, confidence with p-value .054, customary with p-value .003 and family support with p-value .028. This showed the variables that have a relationship with exclusive breastfeeding seen from p-value <.05, namely education, income, knowledge, habits, family support and that were not related to exclusive breastfeeding p-value > .05, namely work and trust.Final logistic regression test found education, knowledge, habits, and family support with p-value <.05, and the most dominant is the habit variable. It is expected that the government of Tebing Tinggi City will have a more vigorous campaign in conducting the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.]]>

For that public transportation service provider should pay attention to the security and comfort of their vehicles that used as a transport so that passengers as a service user can be fulfilled all his rights as should be without feeling harmed Because of public transport conditions that are less comfortable and less secure than the passengers themselves. But in fact there is still a neglected passenger rights in terms of comfort and safety of passengers as a public transportation service users so that the authors interested in the title of legal protection for users of public transport services under the LAW No. 22 year 2009 about traffic and public transport.The problems examined in this study are: (1) How is the legal arrangement for users of public transport services under law No. 22 of 2009? , (2) How is legal protection for users of public transport services under law No. 22 year 2009? , (3) What are the remedies that consumers can reach in the public transport service?This enelitian uses a normative juridical method of approach, which is the legal approach by reading, studying and describing the norms, provisions and opinions of legal experts.
