Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutasi dan promosi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 61 karyawan, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 karyawan. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisa regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial, variabel mutasi dan promosi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,671, atau sama dengan 67,1% yang menunjukkan kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh mutasi dan promosi kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,9% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan telaah pustaka mengenai perencanaan strategi sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi yang berpengaruh pada prestasi karyawan. Tersedianya sumber daya manusia bagi suatu perusahaan dalam menghadapi globalisasi, dilakukan dengan cara mengindentifikasi kebutuhan kerja, serta mengembangkan tenaga kerja itu menjadi sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa sumber daya yang ada di dalamnya memiliki pengetahuan, kemampuan dan ketrampilan dan sikap yang unggul sehingga dapat menunjang pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Melalui perencanaan sumber daya manusia, diharapkan prestasi kerja karyawan akan meningkat, dan melalui evaluasi serta penilaian prestasi kerja yang dilakukan, dapat membantu memonitor kemampuan dan kinerja karyawan.

Electability of an agency in the customer's mind can be known through the quality or quality of services provided to customers who have met customer expectations or not. In service quality there are aspects that underlie the assessment of services, namely reliability, responsiveness, empathy, guarantee, and physical evidence.Service quality can be determined by comparing consumers' perceptions of the service they receive with the service they actually expect of the service attributes of a company. If the service received is as expected, the service quality is perceived to be good and satisfying, if the service received exceeds consumer expectations, the service quality is perceived to be very good and quality.Respondents in this study were customers of the Deli Serdang District National Land Agency. Based on the results of data collection using a questionnaire it was found that customers gave quite positive responses in the implementation of this study. All validity, reliability and classical assumption tests meet the requirements, so the data can be used as a measurement tool.Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis obtained by the regression equation, namely Y = 13,711 + 0.565X + e. From this equation it can be interpreted that the Quality of Service can continue to be improved, it will be able to increase Customer Perception. Based on partial hypothesis testing shows that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Perception. The results of the determination coefficient test using R-Square obtained the results that the contribution of Service Quality in influencing Customer Perception of 49.3%.

Purchasing decisions are decisions made by consumers to make a purchase of a product initiated by an awareness of the fulfillment of needs and desires. Many factors influence consumer purchasing decisions on company products, including brand image and marketing mix. This research is a survey research with an associative quantitative approach which aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion mix on purchasing decisions of cosmetic products at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu (Oriflame Medan Branch). The population is all customers of PT. Orindo Alam Ayu (Oriflame Medan Branch) as many as 1247 people. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula in order to obtain 93 research samples. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the brand image and promotion mix simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Promotional mix partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. To PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Medan is advised to further improve the promotion mix so that purchasing decisions can be maximized.

The purpose of community service activities in the form of Empowerment and Fostering of Weak Economic Communities is to provide input on what businesses can be developed according to the conditions in the environment and in accordance with the current situation, namely the Covid 19 Pandemic outbreak. The target audience in this PPM activity are people who live in Neighborhood IV, Sidomulio Village, Medan Tuntungan District, totaling 25 people whose livelihoods are as farmers and also as farm laborers. The availability of adequate academics in giving lectures on Empowerment and Development of Weak Economic Communities at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Indonesian Methodist University, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the Village Head and the Head of the Environment for the implementation of activities and supporting funds from UMI are the supporters of the implementation of this PPM activity. The problem is the limited time for coaching. The benefits that participants get from this PPM activity include fostering economically weak communities.

The purpose of community service at HKBP Padang Bulan Elementary and Junior School is to provide input for teachers, principals, regarding efforts to improve teacher performance. Thus, teachers are expected to improve the quality of education. The efforts that can be taken are the establishment of institutions that foster the performance of teachers and education staff, supervision of school principals, teacher consultation activities, bringing in motivators, providing adequate facilities, and providing adequate welfare. Teachers are expected to develop themselves and always follow the changes that occur.

Community Service aims to provide understanding and the importance of collaborating in entrepreneurship in Lumban Pea Timur Village, Toba Regency. In this case, the method used is the lecture, discussion, and question and answer method. Through this, there are many ways that can be done to collaborate in developing a business or entrepreneur. In this meeting, it is known what business is being carried out, what business will be carried out and what problems are faced in developing an entrepreneur. In the end, it was discovered that the most pressing problem in recent times is business capital and the need for a regional regulation to support and protect businesses.

Increasing people's income can be done with various approaches, by conducting training for the community. Conducting training for mothers who are members of the Peaceful Prosperous Self-help Agency (BKM) in Sukaraja Village – Medan Maimun District. Through training in making liquid soap, it is hoped that it will increase human resources who are able to rely on their own strength. The purpose of this training is to make your own liquid laundry soap and motivate mothers so they can increase their income. The results obtained were that the enthusiasm of the participants was extraordinary and hoped that the training activities would continue to be carried out.

Simalungun Regency is one of the regencies in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This district is home to the Simalungun Batak people. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to the community and MSME actors in Simalungun Regency in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of PKM is their knowledge and insight in managing a business. Apart from that, this PKM activity is to train the community and MSME players in running their businesses and this activity provides tips and strategies for managing a business, marketing strategies in doing business, preparing simple business bookkeeping, and the role of digital marketing in a business. This activity equips people in entrepreneurship and motivates them to become entrepreneurs. PKM participants are expected to have creative ideas and be able to run their businesses better, in terms of management, marketing and business capacity, which will ultimately increase income.

The aim of implementing community service is to train and direct the community to carry out various efforts to increase and increase household income. Various entrepreneurial innovations are efforts to increase people's income and can be done using various approaches. Carrying out training for women in Ward VIII, Babura Village - Medan Baru District. The PKM team conducted training in making fruit ice and are expected to be able to do it themselves to increase their income and for their own consumption. The participants paid serious attention to the training and were motivated to do so.
