Abstract

Simalungun Regency is one of the regencies in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This district is home to the Simalungun Batak people. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to the community and MSME actors in Simalungun Regency in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of PKM is their knowledge and insight in managing a business. Apart from that, this PKM activity is to train the community and MSME players in running their businesses and this activity provides tips and strategies for managing a business, marketing strategies in doing business, preparing simple business bookkeeping, and the role of digital marketing in a business. This activity equips people in entrepreneurship and motivates them to become entrepreneurs. PKM participants are expected to have creative ideas and be able to run their businesses better, in terms of management, marketing and business capacity, which will ultimately increase income.

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service is to train and direct the community to carry out various efforts to increase and increase household income. Various entrepreneurial innovations are efforts to increase people's income and can be done using various approaches. Carrying out training for women in Ward VIII, Babura Village - Medan Baru District. The PKM team conducted training in making fruit ice and are expected to be able to do it themselves to increase their income and for their own consumption. The participants paid serious attention to the training and were motivated to do so.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Adaptif, Kecerdasan Intelektual, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 140 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu oleh perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan Adaptif, Kecerdasan Intelektual, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan masing-masing nilai signifikansi < 0.05. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 57.518. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0.550 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 55% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Adaptif, Kecerdasan Intelektual, dan Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh people, proses, physical evidence, dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Beat pada mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Methodist Indonesia. Terdapat 100 responden pada penelitian ini. Variabel independen yang diteliti adalah Physical Evidence, People, dan Process variabel dependennya adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) bahwa people, proses, dan physical evidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Brand Awarness berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian,. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) diperoleh people, proses, physical evidence, dan brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Berdasarkan hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh bahwa people, proses, physical evidence, dan brand awareness memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 79.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen pada PT Cakrawala Elektrik Indonesia Medan Denai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi berjumlah 100 responden dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 80 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lokasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Besarnya nilai Adjusted R Square adalah 0,98 yang berarti sebesar 98% Variabel Independent yaitu Lokasi, Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, dan Promosi mampu menjelaskan atau menggambarkan variabel dependen yaitu Minat Beli. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 2% dijelaskan atau digambarkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan adaptif, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Tamtama Mulia Abadi Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 44 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 karyawan sesuai dengan jumlah populasi yang ada. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistic dan uji regresi berganda, uji ttest, uji Ftest, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menujukkan hasil uji simultan dengan uji F, nilai Fhitung sebesar 21,474 > Ftabel sebesar 2,84 dan nilai signifikansi F 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia, disiplin kerja, dan iklim kerja secara simultan/bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Diketahui nilai koefisisen dari pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah 0,067 disiplin kerja 0,194 iklim kerja 0,105 yakni semua nilai koefisien bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan hasil uji R-square determinasi (Adjusted R square) adalah 0,588. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut pengembangan sumber daya manusia, disiplin kerja, dan iklim kerja mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 58,8% sisanya sebesar 41,2% diperngaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of capital structure in mediating profitability on firm value. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling, namely companies classified as basic materials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period that have met the criteria are 45 companies. The software analysis used is WarpPLS version 8.0. The results of this study indicate that the profitability and liquidity variables directly have a positive effect on the value of the Company, the Company size variable does not affect the value of the Company. The profitability ratio has a positive effect on capital structure. The test results prove that the capital structure is able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze how the influence of Capital Structure, Company Size, Dividend Policy and Profitability on the Value of Properties and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The variables used in this study, the independent variable (X) consists of Capital Structure proxied by Debt to Equity ratio (DER), Company Size proxied by (Ln Total Asset), Dividend Policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). The sample in this study was obtained by the purposive method. Based on the criteria and data processing process that have been set, 55 companies were determined as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that partially Capital Structure (DER) does not have a significant effect on Company Value, Company Size (Ln Total Asset) has a significant negative effect on Company Value, Dividend Policy (DPR) does not have a significant effect on Company Value and Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Company Value. Simultaneously Capital Structure, Company Size, Dividend Policy, and Profitability have a significant effect on Company Value.
