Jurnal Tahdzibi: Manajemen Pendidikan Islam adalah jurnal nasional berbasis penelitian ilmiah, secara rutin diterbitkan oleh Program Doktor Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta sejak 2016 (versi cetak dan online). Fokus dari Jurnal Tahdzibi: Manajemen Pendidikan Islam adalah Pengembangan kelimuan yang berwawasan Islam global, Manajemen pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Islam, dan Manajemen Pendidikan. Jurnal Tahdzibi: Manajemen Pendidikan Islam mengundang para dosen, peneliti, pengkaji, praktisi, dan pemerhati serta mahasiswa S1/S2/S3, untuk mengirimkan paper atau artikel ilmiahnya. Paper yang masuk akan di-review secara peer-review. Setelah proses review selesai, hasil review akan diinformasikan kepada penulis paper melalui sistem Open Journal System (OJS). Jurnal Tahdzibi: Manajemen Pendidikan Islam terbit 2 kali dalam setahun. Secara berkala Jurnal Tahdzibi: Manajemen Pendidikan Islam terbit setiap bulan Mei dan November.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan dikeluarkannya berbagai kebijakan dari pemerintah. Salah satu kebijakan tersebut adalah kebijakan Belajar Dari Rumah serta Bekerja Dari Rumah. Dalam karya ilmiah ini dipaparkan mengenai urgensi pendidikan keluarga di masa pandemi Covid-19 kaitannya dengan kebijakan Belajar Dari Rumah serta Bekerja Dari Rumah. Karya ilmiah ini menyuguhkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa urgensi pendidikan keluarga di masa pandemi Covid-19 tersebut diwujudkan melalui optimalisasi fungsi orang tua dalam mendidik anak selama proses Belajar Dari Rumah di masa pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung notabene menjadikan orang tua sebagai mentor anak di rumah serta orang tua sebagai pendidik karakter anak.ABSTRACTThe covid-19 pandemic led to the issuance of various policies from the government. One of these policies is the Study From Home and Work From Home policy. This scientific paper describes the urgency of family education during the Covid-19 pandemic in relation to the policy of Learning from Home and Working from Home. This scientific work presents a conclusion that the urgency of family education during the Covid-19 pandemic was realized through optimizing the function of parents in educating children during the Learning From Home process during the Covid-19 pandemic which makes parents as mentors of children at home and parents as educators of children's character.Keyword: Education, Family, Pandemic of Covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempeoleh gambaran tentang Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan atau suatu fenomena yang terjadi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Diperoleh gambaran tentang Kendala kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung dan Dampak yang dihasilkan Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah sangat efektif dalam mencapai salahsatu tujuannya, Kepala madrasah selalu menitikberatkan peningkatan kompetensi professional guru dalam setiap program pengembangan yang dibuat sekolah. hal ini dikarenakan, mengingat kompetensi professional memiliki memiliki indikator esensial yang akan berdampak pada hasil lulusan atau output peserta didik yang berkualitas yang sejalan dengan cita-cita visi misi sekolah, 2) Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di S MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung terealisasi dengan baik, 3) Kendala dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru PAI yang dilakukan kepala madrasah, mampu diminimalisir dan diatasi dengan baik, terbukti dengan masifnya pembinaan, sosialosasi terkait penggunaan IT/ Aplikasi berbasis IT mampu diikuti dan diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh guru dan 4) Dampak yang terjadi setelah adanya treatment yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PAI, guru PAI semakin professional dalam mengemban tugasnya sebagai guru. Kesimpulannya bahwa Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah yang pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan dimana guru mampu menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan undang-undang serta semakin mampu menguasai materi yang akan disampaikan kepada peserta didik sekaligus para siswa mampu mengimplementasikannya di dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas oleh guru dan semakin baik, juga senantiasa guru menjadi teladan yang baik bagi siswa, dan termasuk kompetensi personal atau kepribadian, sosial, pedagogik dan professionalnya juga meningkat.ABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain an overview of the principal's strategy in increasing the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at MA Baabussalaam, Bandung City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely research that aims to describe a situation or a phenomenon that occurs. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation and documentation study. Obtained an overview of the obstacles of school principals in increasing the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at MA Baabussalaam, Bandung City and the resulting impact of the strategy of madrasah principals in increasing the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at MA Baabussalaam, Bandung City. The results showed that: 1) The leadership style of the head of the madrasah is very effective in achieving one of its goals, the head of the madrasah always focuses on improving the professional competence of teachers in every development program the school makes. this is because, considering that professional competence has essential indicators that will have an impact on the results of graduates or the output of quality students that are in line with the ideals of the school's vision and mission, 2) The strategy of the head of madrasah in improving the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at S MA Baabussalaam The city of Bandung is well realized, 3) Obstacles in improving the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers carried out by the head of madrasah, can be minimized and overcome properly, as evidenced by the massive development, socialization related to the use of IT / IT-based applications can be followed and implemented properly by teachers and 4 ) The impact that occurs after the treatment carried out by the head of madrasah in increasing the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers, PAI teachers are increasingly professional in carrying out their duties as teachers. The conclusion is that the Principal Leadership Strategy is ultimately able to improve the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers and where teachers are able to carry out their duties in accordance with the law and are increasingly able to master the material to be conveyed to students as well as students are able to implement it in the learning process in the classroom. by the teacher and getting better, the teacher will always be a good role model for students, and including personal or personal competence, social, pedagogic and professional also increasesKeywords: Leadership, teacher competence, teacher professionalism, teacher exemplary

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of lecturers' pedagogical competence on learning management through mediation of learning innovation at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to improve learning management by strengthening lecturers' pedagogical competence and learning innovation by exploring learning management with factors that can influence it, namely lecturers' pedagogical competence and innovative learning. This research approach uses quantitative methods with primary data collection conducted through distributing questionnaires to 95 students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta as respondents. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the variance-based Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that the pedagogical competence of lecturers has a positive and significant effect on learning management, the pedagogical competence of lecturers has a positive and significant effect on learning management through the mediation of learning innovation.
